FIG. 1 is a side elevational view of a shoe heel insert showing our new design;

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a plan view of a shoe heel insert showing a second embodiment of our new design;

FIG. 5 is a plan view of the first embodiment shown in FIGS. 1-3; and

FIG. 6 is a plan view of shoe heel insert showing a third embodiment of our new design.

The insert is oriented in an inverted position in FIGS. 1-3, the grooved bottom facing upward and FIGS. 4-6 are views looking downward on the insert as oriented in FIG. 2. The surface opposite that shown in FIGS. 4-6 is unornamented.

Claims

The ornamental design for a shoe heel insert, substantially as shown and described.
