FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a top plan view in a fully open condition;

FIG. 6 is a rear elevational view in a closed condition;

FIG. 7 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 8 is a view looking from the left of FIG. 6, the opposite side being a mirror image thereof; and

FIG. 9 is a view looking from the right of FIG. 2.
