FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view in a collapsed position with the upper flexible arm being shown with the curved side facing downwardly;

FIG. 4 is a side elevational view in a collapsed position; and

FIG. 5 is a rear elevational view in a fully open position as in FIG. 1.

Claims

The ornamental design for collapsible plastic holder for a container or the like, substantially as shown and described.
