FIG. 4 is a bottom view thereof;

FIG. 5 is an end elevational view thereof, it being understood that both end views are the same;

FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view taken along the plane 6--6 of FIG. 2; and

FIG. 7 is a cross-sectional view taken along the plane 7--7 of FIG. 6;

FIG. 8 is a cross-sectional view taken along the plane 8--8 of FIG. 2; and

FIG. 9 is a cross-sectional view taken along the plane 9--9 of FIG. 2.

The ornamental design for a louvered vent for boats, substantially as shown and described.
