FIG. 2 is a fragmentary rear elevational view thereof;
FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof, with the hook omitted for ease of illustration;
FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof;
FIG. 5 is an enlarged fragmentary front perspective view of the area surrounding the point of attachment of the support hook; and
FIG. 6 is a right side elevational view thereof, the opposite side being substantially a mirror image.
