FIGS. 6 and 7 are respectively top and bottom plan views thereof;

FIG. 8 is a side elevational view thereof, the side opposite being substantially identical; and

FIG. 9 is an elevational view of the ends of both embodiments.

The ornamental design for a telephone base, substantially as shown and described.
