FIG. 8 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 9 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 10 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 11 is a rear elevational view of a third embodiment of a combined filter and vacuum head for cleaning underwater surfaces showing my new design;

FIG. 12 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 13 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 14 is a left side elevational view thereof, a right side elevational view being a mirror image of FIG. 14; and

The ornamental design for a combined filter and vacuum head for cleaning underwater surfaces, substantially as shown and described.
