FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof, shown rotated about a horizontal axis 90.degree. relative to the view in FIG. 4; and

FIG. 7 is a side elevation view thereof, as seen from the side opposite that shown in FIGS. 1 and 4, the view in FIG. 7 shown rotated about a horizontal axis 180.degree. relative to the view in FIG. 4.
