FIG. 1 is a top plan view of a combined desk telephone and index unit showing my new design, with the handset shown cradled in the base;

FIG. 2 is a side elevational view as viewed from the right in FIG. 1;

FIG. 3 is a side elevational view as viewed from the left in FIG. 1;

FIG. 4 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof, on a reduced scale; and

FIG. 7 is a perspective view thereof with the handset shown removed from the base and the telephone number index shown in open position.

The ornamental design for a combined desk telephone and index unit, substantially as shown and described.
