FIG. 6 is an end elevational view looking in the direction of the arrows 6--6 of FIG. 4;

FIG. 7 is an end elevational view looking in the direction of the arrows 7--7 of FIG. 4;

FIG. 8 is a perspective view in a closed position; and

FIG. 9 is a sectional view taken on the line 9--9 of _FIG. 8.

The ornamental design for a bag resealing clamp or similar article, as shown and described.
