FIG. 5 is also a side, elevational view thereof taken with respect to any of the points 0.degree., 90.degree., 180.degree. or 270.degree. in FIG. 2 (with 0.degree. being at the top of this figure);

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof.

The ornamental design for a holder for an artichoke or similar vegetable, as shown and described.
