FIG. 1 is a front view of a combined respirator face piece and strap units showing our new design with a pair of detachable filter units being shown in broken lines spaced apart from each side of the face piece for illustrative environmental purposes only;

FIG. 2 is a side elevation view in the direction of lines 2--2 of FIG. 1 which symmetrical to the other side of the face piece;

FIG. 3 shows a sectional view through lines 3--3 of FIG. 1;

FIG. 4 shows a rear view opposite from the showing of FIG. 1;

FIG. 5 shows a sectional view through lines 5--5 of FIG. 1;

FIG. 6 shows a bottom view looking upwardly in the direction of lines 6--6 of FIG. 1; and,

FIG. 7 shows a view looking downwardly in the direction of lines 7--7 of FIG. 1

Portions of the straps are shown fragmentally in FIGS. 1 and 2, and display of the straps as omitted altogether in FIGS. 3-7, for ease of illustration .
