FIG. 2 is a top plan view of the spout thereof;

FIG. 3 is a bottom plan view of FIG. 2;

FIG. 4 is a front elevational view of FIG. 2;

FIG. 5 is a rear elevational view of FIG. 2;

FIG. 6 is a left side elevational view of FIG. 2, the right side being a mirror image of the left side shown;

FIG. 7 is a top plan view of one handle thereof;

FIG. 8 is a bottom plan view of FIG. 7; and

FIG. 9 is a side elevational view of FIG. 7, the other three sides being the same as the side shown.

The ornamental design for a combined lavatory spout and water control handles, as shown and described.
