FIG. 4 is a left side elevational view of FIG. 1, the right side being a mirror image of the left side shown;

FIG. 5 is a perspective view of FIG. 1 taken from the top, front and left side;

FIG. 6 is a rear view of FIG. 1;

FIG. 7 is a front elevational view of the FIG. 1.
