FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 6 is an exploded perspective view thereof, the template design being shown in broken lines for illustrative purposes only;

FIG. 7 is a bottom perspective view of one of the exploded members;

FIG. 8 is a front perspective view thereof, mounted on a display stand shown in broken lines for illustrative purposes only and does not form part of the claimed design; and

FIG. 9 is a rear perspective view thereof, mounted on a display stand shown in broken lines for illustrative purposes only and does not form part of the claimed design.

The ornamental design for a display plate having a removable template, substantially as shown and described.
