FIG. 2 is a right-hand rear perspective view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a front perspective view with the keyboard in an alternate position from that of FIG. 1; and

FIG. 4 is a rear perspective view with the door illustrated in an alternate position from that of FIG. 2.

The bottom of the terminal is plain and unornamental.

The ornamental design for a customer satisfaction terminal, or the like, substantially as shown and described.
