Description
FIG. 1 is a front elevation of a cutting tool showing my new
design;
FIG. 2 is a rear elevation thereof;

position;
FIG. 4 is a side elevation of the handle members shown separately
for clarity of illustration, as seen in the direction of line 4--4
of FIG. 3;
