FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a combined vehicle seat and service tray unit showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a left side elevational view thereof, the right side elevational view being the reverse thereof;

FIG. 3 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof; and

FIG. 7 is a perspective view similar to FIG. 1, but illustrating the center back rest folded down in its arm rest position.

The ornamental design for a combined vehicle seat and service tray unit, substantially as shown and described.
