FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing the same in a closed state thereof;

FIG. 3 is a left side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a bottom view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a plan view thereof;

FIG. 8 is a left side elevational view in an operative state thereof;

FIG. 9 is a rear elevational view in an operative state thereof;

FIG. 10 is a front elevational view in an operative state thereof;

FIG. 11 is a bottom view in an operative state thereof; and

FIG. 12 is a plan view in an operative state.
