All other implementations obtained by a person of ordinary skill in the art based on the embodiments of the present invention without creative efforts shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

[0021] An objective of the specific implementation is to provide a double-layer air cushion bed to solve the problems that in the prior art, layers of the double-layer air cushion bed are independent of each other, so that each layer requires an inflating structure such as an inflating nozzle or a built-in inner pump and needs to be inflated separately during inflation.

[0022] Hereinafter, embodiments will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. In addition, the embodiments shown below do not play any role in limiting the content of the present invention described in the claims. In addition, all the contents of the configuration shown in the following embodiments are not limited to what is necessary as a solution to the present invention described in the claims.

[0023] Referring to FIGS. 1-2, in this embodiment, a double-layer air cushion bed includes an upper air chamber 1, a lower air chamber 2, a middle partition sheet 3 arranged between the upper air chamber 1 and the lower air chamber 2, and an inflating structure 4. As shown in FIG. 2, in a vertical direction, the upper air chamber 1 is located above the lower air chamber 2 to form a double-layer structure. The middle partition sheet 3 is provided with a communicating structure for communicating the upper air chamber 1 and the lower air chamber 2 to allow air in the upper air chamber 1 and the lower air chamber 2 to circulate with each other. The communicating structure is a vent hole formed in the middle partition sheet 3, and in this solution, the middle partition sheet 3 is punched to form the vent hole. The inflating structure 4 is configured to inflate and deflate the upper air chamber 1 and the lower air chamber 2. Optionally, the inflating structure 4 may be an inflating nozzle or a built-in electric pump 41; and when the inflating structure 4 is the built-in electric pump 41, the double-layer air cushion bed is further provided with a power socket 42 to supply power to the electric pump 41.

[0024] Through this arrangement, the upper air chamber 1 and the lower air chamber 2 are configured as an upper layer and a lower layer, and the communicating structure on the middle partition sheet 3 communicates the upper air chamber 1 and the lower air chamber 2 to form a large convective air chamber. The upper air chamber 1 and the lower air chamber 2 can be inflated using the inflating structure 4, thereby solving the problems that in the prior art, the layers of the double-layer air cushion bed are independent of each other, each layer requires the inflating structure 4 such as an inflating nozzle or a built-in inner pump and needs to be inflated separately during inflation.

[0025] In an optional implementation, the double-layer air cushion bed further includes a face sheet 5 and a bottom sheet 6, where the face sheet 5 and the bottom sheet 6 are located on two sides of the middle partition sheet 3 respectively and connected to the middle partition sheet 3 to form the upper air chamber 1 and the lower air chamber 2.

[0026] Specifically, the middle partition sheet 3 is provided with an upper peripheral sheet 7 and a lower peripheral sheet 8, the upper peripheral sheet 7 and the lower peripheral sheet 8 protrude from the middle partition sheet 3 in directions close to the face sheet 5 and the bottom sheet 6 respectively, and the upper peripheral sheet 7 and the lower peripheral sheet 8 are connected to the face sheet 5 and the bottom sheet 6 respectively so as to form the upper air chamber 1 and the lower air chamber 2 respectively.

[0027] Through this arrangement, the middle partition sheet 3, the upper peripheral sheet 7 and the face sheet 5 jointly enclose the upper air chamber 1; and the middle partition sheet 3, the lower peripheral sheet 8 and the bottom sheet 6 jointly enclose the lower air chamber 2.

[0028] In a preferred implementation, the middle partition sheet 3, the upper peripheral sheet 7 and the lower peripheral sheet 8 have an integrated structure. That is, the middle partition sheet 3, the upper peripheral sheet 7 and the lower peripheral sheet 8 are made of a sheet. The face sheet 5 is made of a sheet, and the bottom sheet 6 is made of a sheet. In this way, the double-layer air cushion bed in the present invention is formed by three sheets.

[0031] Through this arrangement, the upper air chamber supporting piece group supports the upper air chamber 1 to shape the upper air chamber 1, and the lower air chamber supporting piece group supports the lower air chamber 2 to shape the lower air chamber 2, so as to enhance the comfort and stability of the inflated double-layer air cushion bed.

[0032] In an optional implementation, the air chamber supporting piece 9 has a straight strip shape, or is round or square or square-in-square, or oval. It should be noted that the upper air chamber supporting piece group located in the upper air chamber 1 may include any one or more of the above air chamber supporting pieces 9 of different shapes, where the number of various supporting pieces may be one or more. In the same way, the lower air chamber supporting piece group located in the lower air chamber 2 may include any one or more of the above air chamber supporting pieces 9 of different shapes, where the number of various supporting pieces may be one or more. Optionally, the first air chamber supporting pieces 9 and the second air chamber supporting pieces 9 may be of the same type or different types.

[0033] In an optional implementation, the double-layer air cushion bed is made of PVC or TPU or other composites.

[0034] It can be understood that for same or similar parts in the above embodiments, references can be made to each other, and for content not described in detail in some embodiments, references can be made to same or similar content in other embodiments. A plurality of solutions according to the present invention include their own basic solutions, which are independent of each other and do not restrict each other, but they may be combined with each other provided that no conflict occurs, so as to achieve multiple effects together.

[0035] The above descriptions are only specific implementations of the present invention, but the protection scope of the present invention is not limited thereto.
