Description

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

a) Field of the Invention

[0001] The present invention provides a covered portable stove burner, and particularly to a stove burner structure for enabling easy grasping by one hand of a user, convenience in carrying and usage safety.

b) Description of the Prior Art

[0002] Nowadays, people have developed a higher demand for leisure activities under economic expansions. Among the various leisure activities, camping and barbecues are popular with the common people, in which a stove burner may serve as campfire in a camping ground, as well as a source of fire for barbecue. As a result, the presence of a stove burner is essential in activities like camping and barbecues.

[0003] During usage or after using a stove burner, the most critical problem is that the stove burner can only be moved when it is cooled, and the reason lies in that: when the stove burner is lit and in use, the temperature of the stove body rises to a certain degree, and the stove body requires a period of time for cooling after putting out the flame. If the stove burner needs to be moved during usage, it would be necessary to put out the flame and then wait for a period of time for cooling. In some cases, users try to do things quickly and attempt to move the stove body by kicking directly with foot or using a tool, which could result in the stove burner being toppled over and damaging surrounding things, or even seriously burning the surrounding users.

[0004] Accordingly, merchants have introduced a stove burner structure which facilitates grasping and moving. It is conventionally known that a stove burner structure at least comprises a bottom frame F, a stove body K provided on the frame F and a stove cover C, and the stove body K has an inner sidewall W provided thereon with multiple bearers B which are protruded from the inner sidewall W, and the bearers B are arranged and provided on the inner sidewall W (as shown in FIG. 1); the stove cover C has a top portion thereof provided with a handle H, and a position of the stove cover C corresponding to the inner sidewall W is provided with multiple plates S, the plates S are respectively and mutually corresponding to the bearers B (as shown in FIG. 1). When the stove cover C is covered on the stove body K (as shown in FIGS. 2 to 3) and then rotated forwardly at an angle, lower ends S1 of the plates S are synchronously embedded into lower edges of respective corresponding bearers B (as shown in FIG. 4), so as to enable the stove cover C to be mutually integrated with the stove body K, and a user can directly carry the stove body K by using the handle H on the upper end of the stove cover C (as shown in FIG. 5).

[0005] Although the lower ends S1 of the plates S of the stove cover C can be forwardly rotated into the bearers B on the cover so as to integrate the stove cover C and the stove body K as a whole, and then carry and move the stove body K by using the stove cover C without being burned by the stove body K, there are many shortcomings to be improved in actual usage; for example, when the stove body K is carried up and moved around, it inevitably sways around, and if the plates S of the stove cover C accidentally become separated from the lower ends S1 of the plates S of the stove body K, the stove cover C would definitely be separated from the stove body K by accident, and if separation occurs during transportation, the stove body K would definitely fall off and be damaged by accident, and may cause serious burns to surrounding people.

[0006] Therefore, the inventor of the present invention and relevant manufacturers of the industry are urgently researching about how to effectively solve or avoid the above-mentioned issues, so as to enable the cover of a stove burner to be accurately, securely and tightly integrated with the stove body as a whole, and ensure that risks can be averted by preventing separation from occurring during transportation.

[0009] According to the above-mentioned primary characteristics, in which the elastic pin is penetratingly provided and fixed to the wall, front end and rear end of the elastic pin are respectively located in an inner portion and an outer portion of the wall, the front end of the pin is protruded from an inner side of the wall and the rear end of the pin is protruded from an outer side of the wall, so as to serve as a pulling end for a user to pull, thereby controlling the front end of the pin to be inserted into or pulled from the socket of the cover; when the plate of the cover is embedded into the fixed base of the base, the socket located on a corresponding end of the cover is conveniently positioned to a position above the front is end of the elastic pin, and the user only needs to pull the rear end of the elastic pin from the outer side of the wall to make the elastic pin retract elastically, thereby enabling the socket of the cover to be positioned and then releasing the elastic pin, so as to enable the elastic pin to reset elastically and be smoothly inserted into the socket.

[0010] According to the above-mentioned primary characteristics, in which the fixed base of the base has the left and the right ends provided with a left limit portion and a right limit portion, so as to limit and prevent the plate of the cover from sliding out of the fixed base of the base.

[0011] According to the above-mentioned primary characteristics, in which the stove burner further comprises a burning row burner, the burner is provided in the base and at least comprises an adjustment valve and an igniter.

[0012] According to the above-mentioned secondary characteristics, in which the stove burner further comprises a rotary knob, the rotary knob is provided on a frame below the base, and used to connect and control the adjustment valve and the igniter.
