FLOOR BRUSH FOR VACUUM CLEANER
Abstract
A floor brush for vacuum cleaner is provided in the present
application, including a housing, a motor, a circuit board and a
battery assembly, the housing formed with a first mounting slot and
a second mounting slot which are interconnected with each other,
the motor fixedly installed in the first mounting slot, and the
battery assembly including a mounting shell installed in the second
mounting slot and a battery fixedly installed in the mounting
shell, wherein the circuit board accommodated in the second
mounting slot is fixedly installed on the mounting shell, and the
motor and the battery are electrically connected to the circuit
board. The battery can provide power supply to the motor, which
enables the floor brush for vacuum cleaner to work independently
from the main engine of the vacuum cleaner, thus increasing the
versatility of the floor brush for vacuum cleaner.

Claims
1. A floor brush for vacuum cleaner, comprising a housing formed
with a first mounting slot and a second mounting slot which are
interconnected with each other; a motor fixedly installed in the
first mounting slot; a circuit board; and a battery assembly
comprising a mounting shell fixedly installed in the second
mounting slot and a battery fixedly installed in the mounting
shell, wherein the circuit board accommodated in the second
mounting slot is fixedly installed on the mounting shell, and the
motor and the battery are electrically connected to the circuit
board.
2. The floor brush for vacuum cleaner according to claim 1, wherein
the mounting shell comprises a first shell and a second shell
fixedly connected to the first shell, wherein the first shell and
the second shell jointly form a third mounting slot, the battery
fixedly installed in the third mounting slot.
3. The floor brush for vacuum cleaner according to claim 2, wherein
a buckle plate is provided on the first shell, an end of the buckle
plate away from the first shell provided with a hook, and the
second shell which abuts against the first shell is convexly
provided with an engaging portion, wherein the buckle plate
penetrates the engaging portion, and the hook is snapped with the
engaging portion.
4. The floor brush for vacuum cleaner according to claim 1, wherein
a ventilation hole is provided on the mounting shell.
5. The floor brush for vacuum cleaner according to claim 1, wherein
the mounting shell is further provided with a plurality of mounting
posts, one end of the mounting post fixedly connected to the
mounting shell, while the other end of the mounting post
penetrating the circuit board and fixedly connected to the circuit
board, wherein there is a gap between the circuit board and the
mounting shell.
6. The floor brush for vacuum cleaner according to claim 1, wherein
the floor brush for vacuum cleaner further comprises a front cover
and a brush head, wherein the front cover is fixedly connected to
the housing, and the front cover and the housing form a fourth
mounting slot connected neither to the first mounting slot nor to
the second mounting slot, and wherein the brush head is
accommodated in the fourth mounting slot and is movably connected
with the housing, the brush head and the motor 20 forming a
transmission connection with.
7. The floor brush for vacuum cleaner according to claim 6, wherein
the floor brush for vacuum cleaner further comprises a conveyor
belt and a first transmission component, and the transmission shaft
of the motor is further provided with a second transmission
component, wherein the first transmission component extends from
the second mounting slot into the fourth mounting slot, the first
transmission component movably connected with the housing, the
first transmission component fixedly connected with the brush head,
and the conveyor belt sleeved outside the first transmission
component and the second transmission component.
8. The floor brush for vacuum cleaner according to claim 6, wherein
the floor brush for vacuum cleaner further comprises a connecting
hose, and the housing is further provided with a connecting
portion, wherein one end of the connecting hose is fixedly
connected to the front cover and interconnected with the fourth
mounting slot, and the other end of the connecting hose penetrates
the connecting portion.
9. The floor brush for vacuum cleaner according to claim 8, wherein
the floor brush for vacuum cleaner further comprises a movable part
movably connected to the connecting portion and a mounting tube
fixedly connected to the movable part, wherein one end of the
connecting hose away from the front cover is fixedly accommodated
in the mounting tube and interconnected with the mounting tube.
10. The floor brush for vacuum cleaner according to claim 8,
wherein first pulleys are symmetrically provided at a bottom of the
housing, and second pulleys are provided on both sides of the
connecting portion.
11. The floor brush for vacuum cleaner according to claim 1,
wherein two LED lighting lamps are provided on the housing, and the
LED lighting lamps are electrically connected with the circuit
board.

CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATIONS
[0001] This application claims priority to Chinese Patent
Application No. 202022543570.9, filed Nov. 5, 2020, the contents of
which are incorporated herein by reference.
BACKGROUND
1. Technical Field
[0002] The present invention relates to a field of vacuum cleaners,
especially to a floor brush for vacuum cleaner.
2. Description of Related Art
[0003] The vacuum cleaner includes a floor brush and a main engine,
between which an electrical connection is formed. The motor in the
floor brush works through the power supply of the main engine, and
the floor brush cannot work independently without the power supply.
Moreover, in order to form an electrical connection, some unique
electrical connection structures are adopted between the floor
brush and the main engine, which reduces the versatility of the
floor brush.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION
[0009] The present application will be further described below with
reference to the accompanying drawings for further clearly and
fully discussing the technical solutions of the present
invention.
[0010] With reference to FIGS. 1 to 5, a floor brush for vacuum
cleaner is provided in the present application, including a housing
10, a motor 20, a circuit board 30 and a battery assembly 40. The
housing 10 is formed with a first mounting slot 11 and a second
mounting slot 12 which are interconnected with each other. The
motor 20 is fixedly installed in the first mounting slot 11. The
battery assembly 40 includes a mounting shell 41 fixedly installed
in the second mounting slot 12 and a battery 42 fixedly installed
in the mounting shell 41. The circuit board 30 is accommodated in
the second mounting slot 12, and is fixedly installed on the
mounting shell 41. The motor 20 and the battery 42 are electrically
connected to the circuit board 30.
[0011] In the present embodiment, two batteries 42 are provided,
and the two batteries 42 are fixedly installed in the mounting
shell 41. The circuit board 30 is fixedly installed on the mounting
shell 41. The circuit board 30 is accommodated in the second
mounting slot 12 away from the motor 20, and the heat generated by
the motor 20 during working will not affect the normal operation of
the circuit board 30. The batteries 42 can provide power supply to
the motor 20, which enables the floor brush for vacuum cleaner to
work independently from the main engine of the vacuum cleaner, so
that no electrical connection structure is needed between the floor
brush for vacuum cleaner and the main engine of the vacuum cleaner,
thus increasing the versatility of the floor brush for vacuum
cleaner.
[0012] In this embodiment, the housing 10 is further provided with
a charging base (not shown in the figure) electrically connected to
the circuit board 30, and the battery 42 can be charged through the
charging base.
[0013] Further, the mounting shell 41 includes a first shell 49 and
a second shell 499 fixedly connected to the first shell 49. The
first shell 49 and the second shell 499 jointly form a third
mounting slot 43, and the battery 42 is fixedly installed in the
third mounting slot 43. A buckle plate 44 is provided on the first
shell 49 and an end of the buckle plate 44 away from the first
shell 49 is provided with a hook 45. The second shell 499 is
convexly provided with an engaging portion 46. The first shell 49
and the second shell 499 abuts. The buckle plate 44 penetrates the
engaging portion 46, and the hook 45 is snapped with the engaging
portion 46.
[0014] In the present embodiment, the hook 45 is snapped with the
engaging portion 46 so that the first shell 49 and the second shell
499 form a fixed connection. When the hook 45 is manually
disengaged from the engaging portion 46, the first shell 49 and the
second shell 499 can be separated, so as to facilitate the
replacement of the batteries 42.
[0015] In this embodiment, there is a gap between the engaging
portion 46 and the second shell 499, and the buckle plate 44
penetrates the gap between the engaging portion 46 and the second
shell 499, thus penetrating the engaging portion 46.
[0016] Further, a ventilation hole 47 is provided on the mounting
shell 41.
[0017] In the present embodiment, the heat generated during the
operation of the batteries 42 can be quickly dissipated out of the
mounting shell 41 through the ventilation hole 47, so as to prevent
the heat from accumulating in the mounting shell 41 and causing
damage to the batteries 42.
[0018] Further, the mounting shell 41 is also provided with a
plurality of mounting posts 48. One end of the mounting post 48 is
fixedly connected to the mounting shell 41, while the other end of
the mounting post 48 penetrates the circuit board 30 and is fixedly
connected to the circuit board 30. There is a gap between the
circuit board 30 and the mounting shell 41.
[0019] In the present embodiment, four mounting posts 48 are
provided, and the four mounting posts 48 respectively penetrate the
four corners of the circuit board 30 and are fixedly connected to
the circuit board 30, so that the circuit board 30 and the mounting
shell 41 form fixedly connection. There is a gap between the
circuit board 30 and the mounting shell 41, so that the heat
generated during the operation of the circuit board 30 will not be
directly conducted into the mounting shell 41, causing the
batteries 42 to increase in temperature.
[0020] Further, the floor brush for vacuum cleaner also includes a
front cover 50 and a brush head 60. The front cover 50 is fixedly
connected to the housing 10. The front cover 50 and the housing 10
form a fourth mounting slot 51 connected neither to the first
mounting slot 11 nor to the second mounting slot 12. The brush head
60 is accommodated in the fourth mounting slot 51 and is movably
connected with the housing 10. The brush head 60 and the motor 20
form a transmission connection.
[0021] In the present embodiment, the fourth mounting slot 51 is
the working area of the brush head 60. The brush head 60 is movably
connected to the housing 10, and the brush head 60 can rotate
relative to the housing 10 for cleaning. The brush head 60 and the
motor 20 form a transmission connection, and the motor 20 drives
the brush head 60 to rotate.
[0022] Further, the floor brush for vacuum cleaner also includes a
conveyor belt 70 and a first transmission component 80. The
transmission shaft of the motor 20 is also provided with a second
transmission component 21. The first transmission component 80
extends from the second mounting slot 12 into the fourth mounting
slot 51. The first transmission component 80 is movably connected
with the housing 10. The first transmission component 80 is fixedly
connected with the brush head 60. The conveyor belt 70 is sleeved
outside the first transmission component 80 and the second
transmission component 21.
[0023] In the present embodiment, one end of the brush head 60 is
fixedly connected to the first transmission component 80, while the
other end of the brush head 60 is movably connected to the housing
10. The first transmission component 80 is movably connected to the
housing 10, so the first transmission member 80 can rotate relative
to the housing 10. The conveyor belt 70 is respectively engaged
with the first transmission component 80 and the second
transmission component 21. The motor 20 drives the second
transmission component 21 to rotate, and the second transmission
component 21 drives the first transmission component 80 to rotate
through the conveyor belt 70, and the first transmission component
80 drives the brush head 60 to rotate.
[0024] Further, the floor brush for vacuum cleaner also includes a
connecting hose 90. The housing 10 is further provided with a
connecting portion 13. One end of the connecting hose 90 is fixedly
connected to the front cover 50 and interconnected with the fourth
mounting slot 51, and the other end of the connecting hose 90
penetrates the connecting portion 13.
[0025] In the present embodiment, the connecting hose and the front
cover 50 form a seamless connection.
[0026] Further, the floor brush for vacuum cleaner also includes a
movable part 100 and a mounting tube 110. The movable part 100 is
movably connected to the connecting portion 13 and the mounting
tube 110 is fixedly connected to the movable part 100. One end of
the connecting hose 90 away from the front cover 50 is fixedly
accommodated in the mounting tube 110 and interconnected with the
mounting tube 110.
[0027] In the present embodiment, the movable part 100 is movably
connected to the connecting part 13, and the mounting tube 110 is
fixedly connected to the movable part 100, so that the mounting
tube 110 can rotate relative to the connecting part 13, thus
adjusting the angle between the mounting tube 110 and the housing
10. The end of the connecting hose 90 away from the front cover 50
is fixedly accommodated in the mounting tube 110 and is seamlessly
connected with the mounting tube 110.
[0028] Further, first pulleys 14 are symmetrically provided at the
bottom of the housing 10, and second pulleys 131 are provided on
both sides of the connecting portion 13.
[0029] In the present embodiment, the first pulleys 14 and the
second pulleys 131 enable the floor brush for vacuum cleaner to
slide on the floor.
[0030] Further, two LED lighting lamps 120 are provided on the
housing 10, and the LED lighting lamps 120 are electrically
connected with the circuit board 30.
[0031] In this embodiment, the two LED lighting lamps 120 are
symmetrically arranged on the housing 10. The floor brush for
vacuum cleaner has a larger illumination angle through the two LED
lighting lamps 120.
