Description

BACKGROUND OF INVENTION

Field of Invention

[0001] The present disclosure generally relates to a smoking apparatus, and more particularly to a device for loading smoking substances into empty pre-rolled paper cone apparatuses, cigarettes or other similar smoking material.

Description of Related Art

[0002] Smoking substances such as tobacco and cannabis are often packaged for consumption in many ways. These methods include using rolling papers, empty pre-rolled cones/papers, bongs etc. The concept of packaging smoking substances into empty pre-rolled cones or cigarettes isn't new. However, the process of loading such smoking substances into the pre-rolled devices can very cumbersome, as other conventional materials do not provide full support when loading smoking substances into pre-rolled smoking cones/similar materials. Hence, a consumer will have to load the smoking substance through the small, open end of the pre-rolled smoking cone/cigarette.

[0003] Also, when using a packing condenser (device for packing smoking material into pre-rolled papers) to load smoking substances into pre-rolled cones or empty cigarettes, the force of the condenser weakens and destabilizes the paper material of the cone due to lack of wall support. A user cannot load such cones/cigarettes "on the go", making it time consuming to load a smoking cone/cigarette.

[0004] Due to the above mentioned problems, it is desirable to have a device that will be capable of providing an effective solution for loading smoking substances into empty smoking cones and cigarettes. The present invention therefore, aims to overcome the shortcomings described above by providing a novel system that allows for faster, cleaner, stable and stationary or "on the go" loading for single pre-rolled cones, cigarettes and other smoking materials. Hence, allowing the consumer to enjoy a convenient, stress-free smoking experience.

SUMMARY

[0005] The following summary discloses all the features and functions of the present invention. By considering the whole specification, claims, drawings, and as well as the abstract, one can easily get a full understanding of the components of the invention and how it functions.

[0006] In the present invention, a device for loading smoking substances into empty pre-rolled apparatuses such as pre-rolled smoking cones, cigarettes or other similar devices is disclosed. The invention consists of a funnel accessory for allowing guided loading of smoking substances, a clip attachment for holding empty pre-rolled smoking cones or cigarettes, and a spatula/condenser for packing smoking substances into empty pre-rolled smoking cones or cigarettes.

[0007] The funnel accessory consists of one smaller open end to fit into an empty smoking cone or cigarette. The funnel also has a larger opposite open end through which smoking substances can be loaded into the empty smoking cone or cigarette. The larger open end of the funnel may come in a square shape, square shape with rounded corners or cylindrical shape. The square shaped versions of the funnel are both supported by four base walls, while the cylindrical shaped version is supported by a curved wall. The funnel further consists of a middle cylinder which connects the opposing ends of the funnel.

[0008] The clip attachment is a piece that is used to provide stability and hold the empty pre-rolled smoking cone or cigarette in place while smoking substance is being packed in.

[0009] The spatula/condenser is an accessory apparatus that is used in packing smoking substances into the pre-rolled smoking cone or cigarette through the funnel. It consists of a long cylindrical or other shaped piece, having a flat rectangular-shaped flap attached to one end for easy packing of smoking substances into empty pre-rolled cones/cigarettes.

[0013] FIG. 4 is a side view of the funnel accessory fitted into an empty smoking cone and having the clip attached;

[0014] FIG. 5 is a perspective view of the spatula/condenser used for loading smoking substances into an empty smoking cone or cigarette;

[0015] FIG. 6 shows the invention in use; smoking substance is being packed into an empty smoking cone/cigarette;

[0016] FIG. 7 shows smoking substance being loaded and pressed into an empty smoking cone using the spatula/condenser through the funnel while holding the cone with the clip.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF DRAWINGS

[0017] Detailed descriptions of the present invention, as illustrated in FIG. 1-7 of the drawings are provided below as follows:

[0018] In FIG. 1, the funnel accessory of the present invention is disclosed according to the first embodiment. The funnel accessory facilitates the guided loading of smoking substances into an empty smoking cone/cigarette, and it consists of one larger open end 10, one smaller open end 14 and a middle cylinder 13. The smaller open end 14 is opposite the larger open end 10, while the larger open end is supported by four base walls 11 having square corners. This embodiment also consists of a clip attachment 12 for holding an empty pre-rolled smoking cone or cigarette during the process of loading a smoking substance. The shape in broken lines 15 is a smoking cone, but it is not part of the claimed invention as it is provided for illustration purposes.

[0019] In FIG. 2, the funnel accessory 10 of the present invention is disclosed according to the second embodiment. Just like in the first embodiment, it allows guided loading of smoking substances into empty smoking cones/cigarettes. It consists of one larger open end 10, one smaller open end 14 and a middle cylinder 13. The smaller open end 14 is opposite the larger open end 10, while the larger open end is also supported by four base walls 11; however, it has curved corners. It also has a clip attachment 12 to keep the smoking cone in place during loading. The shape in broken lines 15 represents a smoking cone, but it is not part of the claimed invention as it is provided for illustration purposes.

[0020] In FIG. 3, the funnel accessory 10 of the present invention is disclosed according to the third embodiment. Like the first and second embodiments, this version allows guided loading of smoking substances into empty smoking cones/cigarettes or other similar material. It comprises one bigger open end 10, one smaller open end 14 and a middle cylinder 13. The smaller open end 14 is opposite the larger open end 10, while the larger open end is supported by a curved base wall 11. The invention also has a clip attachment 12 to help keep the smoking cone in place during loading. The shape in broken lines 15 represents a smoking cone, but it is not part of the claimed invention as it is provided for illustration purposes only.

[0021] In FIG. 4, the funnel accessory 10 of the side view of the present invention is disclosed. 10 is the larger open end while 14 is the smaller open end. It further consists of a middle cylinder 13. The smaller open end 14 is opposite the larger open end 10, while the larger open end is also supported by base walls 11. The clip attachment 12 which keeps the smoking cone in place during loading, is also disclosed. The shape in broken lines 15, represents a smoking cone, but it is not part of the claimed invention as it is provided for illustration purposes.

[0022] In FIG. 5, the spatula (also known as condenser) used for packing smoking substances into empty pre-rolled smoking cones, cigarettes or other similar smoking materials is disclosed. It consists of a handle 16, and an extended flap 17 for packing smoking substances into empty smoking cones or cigarettes.

[0023] FIG. 6 shows a demonstration of the present invention being utilized. A smoking substance is being packed into a smoking cone with the aid of the spatula/condenser and the clip holding the cone in place.

[0024] FIG. 7 also shows the present invention in use. The bottom of the spatula handle is being used to push the smoking substance into the cone.

HOW THE INVENTION IS MADE AND USED

[0025] The funnel loading device is the primary piece of the invention. The funnel, clip, and the spatula/condenser can be made using materials such as, but not limited to; silicone, metal, plastic, glass, wood, cardboard, etc.

[0026] The funnel is inserted at the smaller end into an empty smoking cone or cigarette. Smoking material is then packed using the flat end of the spatula into the empty cone/cigarette with the clip attachment holding the cone in place, and providing grip and stability. When that is done, the bottom end of the spatula handle is used to push the smoking substance neatly into the cone before it is tied and ignited.
