Abstract
An opening and closing device for a curtain mounted on a guiding
part, the guiding part is provided with the curtain; the opening
and closing device is used for driving automatic opening and
closing of the curtain; the opening and closing device includes a
mainframe and a connecting mechanism. The mainframe includes a
shell, a driver and a driving wheel; the driving wheel and the
driver are mounted in the shell, the driver drive the driving wheel
to rotate. The connecting mechanism includes a hanging piece and a
bracket; a first end of the bracket is inserted into the shell, the
hanging piece is movably connected with a second end of the bracket
and hung on the guiding part; the hanging piece can be moved
vertically relative to the bracket so that the driving wheel is
attached closely to the outer wall of the guiding part.

Claims
1. An opening and closing device for a curtain, said curtain is
hung on a guiding part; said opening and closing device is used for
driving said curtain to move along said guiding part, wherein said
opening and closing device comprising: a mainframe, comprising a
shell, a driver and a driving wheel; said driver and said driving
wheel is mounted in said shell, said driver drives said driving
wheel to rotate; a connecting mechanism, comprising a bracket with
a first end and a second end, and a hanging piece; said first end
of said bracket is inserted into said shell, said second end of
said bracket is movably connected with said hanging piece, said
hanging piece is hung on said guiding part; said hanging piece can
be moved vertically relative to said bracket so that said driving
wheel is attached closely to an outer wall of said guiding part;
when said driver drives said driving wheel to rotate, said driving
wheel is rolled along said guiding part, and said mainframe drives
said hanging piece to move along said guiding piece and to push and
pull said curtain.
2. The opening and closing device for said curtain according to
claim 1, wherein said connecting mechanism also includes a locked
component, said hanging piece is provided with a cavity, said
locked component is disposed in said cavity, when said hanging
piece can be moved vertically relative to said bracket, said locked
component can lock said hanging piece and said bracket.
3. The opening and closing device for said curtain according to
claim 2, wherein said locked component includes a shaft and a
wedge; said wedge is connected to said shaft, said shaft is movably
arranged in said cavity, said second end of said bracket is
provided with a rack, said rack is passed through said cavity and
meshed with said wedge.
4. The opening and closing device for said curtain according to
claim 3, wherein said locked component also includes a first
elastic member and a compressing piece; said compressing piece is
movably passed through said hanging piece and fixed with said
shaft, said first elastic member is connected with said wedge; when
said first elastic member is in natural state, said wedge is meshed
with said rack, said compressing piece is pressed to drive said
shaft to rotate so as to drive said said wedge away from said rack,
said first elastic member is in compressed state.
5. The opening and closing device for said curtain according to
claim 3, wherein said bracket includes a first rod, a transfer and
a second rod; said first rod and said second rod are respectively
perpendicularly connected to two ends of said transfer and extend
in different directions; said first rod is movably connected to
said shell , said rack is arranged on said second rod.
6. The opening and closing device for said curtain according to
claim 5, wherein said hanging piece includes a first hanging
portion and a second hanging portion connected to said first
hanging portion, said second rod is passed through said first
hanging portion and approximately perpendicular to said first
hanging portion, said second hanging portion is hung on said
guiding part.
7. The opening and closing device for said curtain according to
claim 6, wherein said second hanging portion includes a first
cantilever and a second cantilever which are connected in an angle
between 30-150.degree..
8. The opening and closing device for said curtain according to
claim 7, wherein said connecting mechanism also includes rollers;
said first cantilever and said second cantilever are at least
provided with one of said rollers; when said roller is hanging on
said guiding part, said roller is in rolling contact with said
guiding part.
9. The opening and closing device for said curtain according to
claim 5, wherein said shell includes a base and a connector which
is detachable connecting with said base, said connector is provided
with a groove, said first rod can movably inserted into said
groove.
10. The opening and closing device for said curtain according to
claim 1, wherein said hanging piece includes a first shell, a
second hell, a third shell and a fourth shell; said second hell and
said third shell are respectively connected to both sides of the
first shell, said fourth shell is connected to a bottom of the
first shell; said first shell, said second hell, said third shell
and said fourth shell are clamped and enclosed to form a cavity.
Description
FIELD OF THE INVENTION
[0001] The present invention relates to smart furniture technical
field, more particularly, to an opening and closing device for a
curtain.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0002] Traditional opening and closing device for curtain is
mounted on a guiding part for curtain. The position of the opening
and closing device for curtain can not be adjusted. Its
adaptability is poor, and it can not be well adapted to a variety
of different sizes of guide parts.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0003] Base on this, it is necessary to provide an opening and
closing device for curtain to overcome the poor adaptability of the
exiting opening and closing device for curtain.
[0004] An opening and closing device for a curtain, the curtain is
hung on a guiding part, the opening and closing device for the
curtain is mounted on the guiding part to drive automatic opening
and closing of the curtain; the opening and closing device for the
curtain includes a mainframe and a connecting mechanism.
[0005] The mainframe includes a shell, a driver and a driving
wheel; the driving wheel is mounted in the shell and attached
closely to an outer wall of the guiding part, the driver is
arranged in the shell and drive the driving wheel to rotate.
[0006] The connecting mechanism includes a hanging piece and a
bracket; a first end of the bracket is inserted into the shell, the
hanging piece is movably connected with a second end of the bracket
and hung on the guiding part; the hanging piece can be moved
vertically relative to the bracket so that the driving wheel is
attached closely to the outer wall of the guiding part.

driving from the driver to bring the hanging piece to move along
the guiding part and pull and push the curtain.

hanging piece can be moved vertically relative to the bracket, by
adjusting the position of the hanging piece relative to the shell,
the tightness degree of the driving wheel and the outer wall of the
guide member can be adjusted, and the applicability of the
connecting mechanism can be improved.
[0009] In one embodiment, the connecting mechanism also includes a
locked component, the hanging piece is provided with a cavity, the
locked component is disposed in the cavity, when the hanging piece
is moved vertically relative to the bracket, the locked component
can lock a relative position of the hanging piece and the
bracket.

a wedge,the wedge is connected to the shaft, the shaft is movably
arranged in the cavity, a second end of the bracket is provided
with a rack, the rack is passed through the cavity and mesh with

first elastic member and a compressing piece, the compressing piece
is movably passed through the hanging piece and fixed with the

the shaft to rotate so as to drive the the wedge away from the

respectively perpendicularly connected to two ends of the transfer
and extend in different directions; the first rod is movably
connected to the shell , the rack is arranged on the second
rod.

hanging portion and a second hanging portion connected to the first
hanging portion, the second hanging portion is passed through the
first hanging portion and approximately perpendicular to the first
hanging portion, the second hanging portion is hung on the guiding
part.

first cantilever and a second cantilever which are connected in an
angle.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF ILLUSTRATED EMBODIMENTS

[0033] Referring to FIG. 1, it shows a perspective view of an
opening and closing device for a curtain 10 in one embodiments
according to the present invention. The opening and closing device
for the curtain 10 is mounted on a guiding part 30, the curtain 20
is movably arranged on the guiding part 30. The opening and closing
device for the curtain 10 is used for driving the curtain 20 to
move along the guiding part 30 to realize the automatic opening and
closing of the curtain 20.
[0034] In the embodiment, referring to FIG. 2, the opening and
closing device for the curtain 10 includes a mainframe 100 and a
connecting mechanism 200, the connecting mechanism 200 is connected
with the mainframe 100 and hanged on the guiding part 30. The
mainframe 100 can drive the the connecting mechanism 200 to move
along the guiding part 30 and pull and push the curtain 20 to move
along the guiding part 30.
[0035] In the embodiment, the curtain 20 is provided with a few
through holes or rings 21, the guiding part 30 is passed through
the through holes or rings 21 so as to hang the curtain 20 on the
guiding part 30. The connecting mechanism 200 is hung on the
guiding part 30 and between two of the through holes or rings 21.
When the mainframe 100 drives the connecting mechanism 200 to move
along the guiding part 30, the connecting mechanism 200 moves along
the guiding part 30 and pulls and pushes the curtain 20 to move on
the guiding part 30 so as to realize the automatic closing and
opening of the curtain 20.
[0036] It should be noted that the guiding part 30 can be a guiding
rail, a guiding bar or other curtain supporting structure, the
guiding part 30 can be integrated or spliced structures. The
guiding part 30 may be of a straight, S or other irregular shape;
the shape of the guiding part 30 is not limited in the present
invention.
[0037] Referring to FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, the mainframe 100 includes a
shell 110, a driver 130 and a driving wheel 120. The driving wheel
120 and the driver are mounted in the shell 110, the driving wheel
120 is attached closely to an outer wall 31 of the guiding part 30,
when the driver drives the driving wheel 120 to rotate, the driving
wheel 120 is rolled along the guiding part 30.

cylindrical, the driver is attached closely to the circumferential

bottom wall of the guiding part 30.

provided with an inner cavity 111, the driving wheel 120 is pivoted
to the shell 110 and at least partially exposed to the inner cavity
111. Referring to FIG. 2, a part of the driving wheel 120 exposed

the guiding part 30.

the driving wheel 120 and the guiding part 30, the driving wheel
120 can move along the guiding part 30 under the driving of the
driver 130, the mainframe 100 can bring the connecting mechanism
200 to move along the guiding part 30 and pull and push the curtain
20 on the guiding part 30, so as to realize the automatic opening
and closing of the curtain 20. The opening and closing of the
curtain 20 is not need manual, it is easy to operate and
practical.

130 is coaxially arranged in the driving wheel 120 to facilitate
the smooth motion of the driving wheel 120 and make full use of
space. In some other embodiments, the driver 130 also can be a
cylinder.

includes a hanging piece 210 and a bracket 220. A first end 220a of
the bracket 220 is inserted into the shell 110, the hanging piece
210 is movably connected with a second end 220b of the bracket 220
and hung on the guiding part 30. The hanging piece 210 can be moved
vertically relative to the bracket 220 so that the driving wheel
120 is attached closely to the outer wall 31 of the guiding part
30.

parts 30 are different, by adjusting the position of the hanging
piece 210 relative to the shell 110, the tightness degree of the
driving wheel 120 and the outer wall 31 of the guiding part 30 can
be adjusted, and the applicability of the connecting mechanism 200
can be improved.

200 also includes a locked component 230. The hanging piece 210 is
provided with a cavity 210a, the locked component 230 is disposed
in the cavity 210a, when the hanging piece 210 is moved vertically
relative to the bracket 220, the locked component 230 can lock a
relative position of the hanging piece 210 and the bracket 220.

provided with an avoiding slot 210b, the avoiding slot 210b runs
through the hanging piece 210 along the vertical direction and is
connected with a cavity 210a. The second end 220b of the bracket

the avoiding slot 210b, the locked component 230 is arranged in the
cavity 210a.

provided with racks 221. The locked component 230 includes a shaft
231, a wedge 232 and a first elastic member 233. The shaft 231 is
rotated in the cavity 210a, the wedge 232 is connected to the shaft

connected to the wedge 232 and is attached to the inner wall of the
cavity 210a.

rack 221 and jumps one by one over the teeth and move downward;
when the hanging piece 210 is needed to move upward relative to the
bracket 220, the compressing piece 234 is compressed to drive the
wedge 232 away from the the rack 221, the first elastic member 233
is in compressed state, the wedge surface 232a is away from the
inclined surface 221a so that the hanging piece 210 is moved upward
to the appropriate position relative to the bracket 220.

moves down, the wedge 232 can be positioned and not easily detached
from the bracket 220; when the hanging piece 210 moves up, it is
necessary to press the compressing member 234 first to prevent the
hanging piece 210 from sliding freely due to load bearing. It
