DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS

[0023] The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be described below in conjunction with the drawings in detail. Obviously, the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present disclosure, and not all the embodiments. All other embodiments obtained by those of ordinary skill in the art based on the embodiments in the present disclosure without creative efforts are within the scope of present disclosure.

[0024] Referring to FIGS. 1 to 6 of the description, a sport balance board includes the elastic layer 1, the supporting plate layer 2, and the anti-slip layer 3. The supporting plate layer 2 has the upper surface 21 and the lower surface 22. And the lower surface 22 is a spherical or aspherical surface. The elastic layer 1 and the anti-slip layer 3 are positioned on opposite sides of the supporting plate layer 2, respectively. The contour of the anti-slip layer matches the lower surface of the supporting plate layer. Preferably, the elastic layer 1 and the anti-slip layer 3 are in direct contact and connection with the upper surface 21 and the lower surface 22 of the supporting plate layer 2, respectively. The elastic layer and the supporting plate layer, or the supporting plate layer and the anti-slip layer may be connected and fixed by bonding material. Preferably, the supporting plate layer 2 is composed of at least one layer of homogeneous materials, such as wood, plastic, or other materials with rigid force. The elastic layer 1 is composed of a single foam material such as PU or PVC foam, or a combination of multiple foam materials, for example, the elastic layer composed of multiple foam materials is molded of PVC leather and PU foam. The anti-slip layer 3 is made of at least one layer of foaming or non-foaming homogeneous materials, for example, the homogeneous material is composed of one or more of rubber, PVC, woven cloth or EVA.

[0025] The upper surface of the supporting plate layer 2 is provided with the side groove 20 on the periphery, the periphery of the elastic layer 1 has the extension part 11, and the extension part 11 and the side groove 20 are connected in cooperation with each other so as to connect and fix the elastic layer 1 onto the supporting plate layer 2. Further, the elastic layer 1, the supporting plate layer 2 and the anti-slip layer 3 are provided with openings a, and the elastic layer 1, the supporting plate layer 2 and the anti-slip layer 3 (the three layers) are connected through the openings a by using the connecting device 4 to ensure that the balance board can further enhance its stable interconnection. Specifically, the connecting device 4 includes the main body 40, the first clamping piece 41 and the second clamping piece 42 that are located on upper and lower ends of the main body 40, respectively. The main body 40 is provided to pass through the openings a. The elastic layer 1 has the groove body b close to the periphery of the opening a. The first clamping piece 41 is located on the groove body b, and the first clamping piece 41 and an upper end of the elastic layer 1 are flush with each other, thereby fixing and clamping the first clamping piece 41 and the elastic layer 1 together. The second clamping piece 41 is mated and clamped with the lower surface of the anti-slip layer 3, and the three-layer reinforced connection is fixed by using the connecting device 4. The second clamping piece 41 is provided in a high-low offset manner, that is, the highest point and the lowest point of the second clamping piece are not positioned on the same plane, so that the second clamping piece 41 matches the shape of the spherical or aspherical surface of the supporting plate layer, which ensures that the aesthetics and practicality of the balance board are unified and coordinated.

[0026] In a preferred embodiment, the lower surface 22 of the supporting plate layer is a spherical surface and extends along both ends of a long axis x and a short axis y, and spherical radii of the long axis x and the short axis y are in a range of 400 mm-2500 mm. In another preferred embodiment, the lower surface 22 of the supporting plate layer is an aspherical surface, and the arc radius of the long axis x and the arc radius of the short axis y determine the cross-sectional shape of the aspherical surface. The spherical radius of the long axis x is in a range of 400 mm-2500 mm, the spherical radius of the short axis y is in a range of 450 mm-2400 mm, and the spherical radii of the long axis x and the short axis y are not equal, so that the lower surface 22 forms an aspherical surface.

[0027] Refer to FIGS. 3 and 4, the upper surface 21 of the supporting plate layer 2 is in a concave arc shape, which matches the shape of the lower surface of the elastic layer 1. An uneven distribution of the thickness of the elastic layer 1 on the upper surface 21 of the supporting plate layer enables the users to find their own most comfortable foot feel when in use and obtain more diverse experiences. In another preferred embodiment, referring to FIGS. 5 and 6, the upper surface 21 of the supporting plate layer 2 is flat, and the lower surface 22 is a spherical or aspherical surface; and the thickness of the elastic layer 1 is evenly distributed on the upper surface 21 of the supporting plate layer. The balance board of the present invention adopts an ergonomic design that enables users to naturally perform various swing and rotation actions while maintaining a good balance and stability, making these actions seem effortless and comfortable.

[0028] Further, a game board body may also be embedded in the elastic layer 1. Specifically, the upper surface of the elastic layer 1 is provided with a groove, which is used for embedding the game board body, and the game board body and the surface of the elastic layer are on the same horizontal plane as a whole after installation. The game board body includes a first surface and a second surface positioned opposite to each other. The contour lines of the first surface are consistent with the lines of the elastic layer 1, which can be used under normal pedaling; and the second surface is a game board body with ball guide rails and guide rail openings for the purpose of intriguing user's interest while exercising as users sometimes feel bored by pure exercise. Since the game board body and the elastic layer are two separately molded modules, users can install the first or second surface of the game board body on the elastic layer 1 according to their own needs. When normal movement is needed, the first surface can be directly installed upward in the groove. To make it more fun and challenging, the game board body can be detached from the elastic layer, and the second surface is installed upward in the groove, which greatly enriches the user experience and has both sports and entertainment fun. Of course, in other embodiments, the game board body may also be directly fixed on the elastic layer 1 by, for example, integrally mold and form the game board body and the elastic layer by foaming.

[0029] The above description shows and describes the preferred embodiments of the present disclosure. As described previously, it should be understood that the present disclosure is not limited to the form disclosed herein. It should not be considered as an exclusion from other embodiments, and can be used for various other combinations, modifications, and environments. Moreover, it can be modified through the above teachings or techniques or knowledge in related fields within the scope of concept of the present disclosure described herein. Also, the modifications and changes made by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the present disclosure should fall within the protection scope of the appended claims of the present disclosure.
