Description

TECHNICAL FIELD

[0001] The present utility model relates to the technical field of cosmetic packaging, and in particular to a whole environment-friendly lipstick.

BACKGROUND ART

[0002] In daily life, people use cosmetics to beautify their appearance. Lipsticks are one of the most commonly used varieties in female cosmetics. All components of the existing lipstick tube are typically made of ordinary plastic, such as ABS, POK, POM, PS, etc. These materials are not easily degraded naturally, and using incineration and landfilling will cause serious environmental pollution. With rapid development of the cosmetic packaging industry, the contradiction between the industry and the environmental protection has become more and more prominent. Under current social background that advocates green environmental protection and sustainable development, how to achieve green packaging is the top priority for companies in the field of plastic packaging.

SUMMARY OF THE UTILITY MODEL

[0003] An object of the present utility model is, in order to overcome the deficiency in the prior art mentioned above, to provide a whole environment-friendly lipstick, in which all components of the present utility model is made of environmentally friendly materials, the sliding connection structure between the bead and the base is used instead of the ordinary bead fork screw structure, thereby having a simple structure, reducing environmental pollution and resource consumption, and improving assembly efficiency.

[0004] In order to achieve the above object, the present utility model uses the following technical solution:

[0005] a whole environment-friendly lipstick, comprising a base, a bead embedded inside the base and being slidable inside the base, a middle restrainer fixedly embedded in an upper inner wall of the base, and an upper cover covering an outer wall of the middle restrainer, wherein an upper end surface on one side of the base is recessed to form a guide slot, the bead comprises a push block that penetrates the guide slot, and the bead is driven by the push block to slide up and down along an inner wall of the middle restrainer.

[0006] The bead further comprises a sleeve portion for holding a lipstick paste, and a push portion formed by extending downward from a bottom surface of the sleeve portion, with the cross-section of the push portion being cross-shaped, and an outer wall on one side of a lower portion of the push portion protrudes to form the push block.

[0007] An outer wall of the middle restrainer is fixedly sheathed with a middle section, the middle section is vertically abutted against the base, and the upper cover is vertically abutted against the middle section.

[0008] Bonding and fixing are provided between the middle restrainer and the middle section and between the base and the middle restrainer by means of an adhesive.

[0009] The bead is made of PP recycled plastic.

[0010] The base, the middle restrainer, the middle section and the upper cover are all made of a paper material.

[0011] An upward stopper for the bead is formed by the middle restrainer.

[0012] The present utility model has the beneficial effects in that the sliding connection structure between the bead and the base is used instead of an ordinary bead fork screw structure, thereby having a simple structure, reducing environmental pollution and resource consumption, and improving assembly efficiency; and the paper material and PP recycled plastic are used instead of ordinary plastic to make the corresponding components of the lipstick tube, thereby reducing environmental pollution and resource consumption.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

[0013] FIG. 1 is a structural schematic diagram of the present utility model;

[0014] FIG. 2 is an exploded schematic diagram of the present utility model; and

[0015] FIG. 3 is a stereoscopic diagram of a bead according to the present utility model.

[0016] In the figures: base 1, guide slot 11, bead 2, push block 21, sleeve portion 22, push portion 23, air hole 24, rib 25, middle restrainer 3, middle section 4, and upper cover 5.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS

[0017] The present utility model will be further described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and particular embodiments:

[0018] as shown in FIGS. 1-3, a whole environment-friendly lipstick comprises a base 1, a bead 2 embedded inside the base 1 and being slidable inside the base 1, a middle restrainer 3 fixedly embedded in an upper inner wall of the base 1, and an upper cover 5 covering an outer wall of the middle restrainer 3, wherein an upper end surface on one side of the base 1 is recessed to form a guide slot 11, the bead 2 comprises a push block 21 that penetrates the guide slot 11, the bead 2 is driven by the push block 21 to slide up and down along an inner wall of the middle restrainer 3, and the middle restrainer 3 has an effect of guiding the bead 2.

[0019] The bead 2 further comprises a sleeve portion 22 for holding a lipstick paste, and a push portion 23 formed by extending downward from a bottom surface of the sleeve portion 22, with the cross-section of the push portion 23 being cross-shaped, an outer wall on one side of a lower portion of the push portion 23 protrudes to form the push block 21, and the push block 21, the sleeve portion 22 and the push portion 23 are integrally formed.

[0020] The bottom surface of the sleeve portion 22 is provided with an air hole 24 for discharging air during injection of the lipstick paste, and ribs 25 for fixing the lipstick paste are circumferentially and uniformly distributed on an inner annular wall of the sleeve portion 22.

[0021] An outer wall of the middle restrainer 3 is fixedly sheathed with a middle section 4, the middle section 4 is vertically abutted against the base 1, and the upper cover 5 is vertically abutted against the middle section 4.

[0022] Bonding and fixing are provided between the middle restrainer 3 and the middle section 4 and between the base 1 and the middle restrainer 3 by means of an adhesive.

[0023] The bead 2 is made of PP recycled plastic.

[0024] The base 1, the middle restrainer 3, the middle section 4 and the upper cover 5 are all made of a paper material.

[0025] In the present utility model, the paper material and PP recycled plastic are used instead of an ordinary plastic material to make the corresponding components of the lipstick tube, thereby maintaining the expected sealing function and use effects of the lipstick tube and reducing environmental pollution and resource consumption.

[0026] An upward stopper for the bead 2 is formed by the middle restrainer 3, that is, the push block 21 slides upward to abut against a lower end surface of the middle restrainer 3.

[0027] When in use, the upper cover 5 is removed and the push block 21 is pushed upward such that the bead 2 moves up to expose the lipstick paste. After use, the push block 21 moves downward.

[0028] The above embodiment is merely a preferred embodiment of the present utility model but not intended to limit the present utility model, and any modifications, equivalent replacements, improvements, etc. made within the spirit and principles of the present utility model should be comprised within the scope of protection of the present utility model.
