Abstract
An easy use and light weight closure frame on luggage is
provided, which belongs to the technical field of the interior
structure of a luggage box, and includes a casing shell (1), a
middle frame (3), an inner lining and a clamping piece, wherein the
middle frame (3) is provided with a casing shell clamping slot and
fixedly clamped with the casing shell (1); the inner frame (3) is
provided with an inner clamping slot on an inner side thereof and
the inner clamping slot is provided with an elastic piece; a lower
end of the clamping piece is provided with a convex portion, the
clamping piece is inserted downward into the inner clamping slot,
and the convex portion is clamped with the elastic piece.

Claims
1. An easy use and light weight closure frame on luggage,
comprising a casing shell (1), a middle frame (3), an inner lining
and a clamping piece, wherein the middle frame (3) is provided with
a casing shell clamping slot and fixedly clamped with the casing
shell (1); the middle frame (3) is provided with an inner clamping
slot on an inner side thereof and the inner clamping slot is
provided with an elastic piece; and a lower end of the clamping
piece is provided with a convex portion, the clamping piece is
inserted downward into the inner clamping slot, and the convex
portion is clamped with the elastic piece.
2. The easy use and light weight closure frame on luggage according
to claim 1, wherein the casing shell (1) comprises a first casing
shell (2) and a second casing shell (6); the middle frame (3)
comprises a first middle frame (4) and a second middle frame (5);
the clamping piece comprises a first clamping piece (12) and a
second clamping piece (20); the casing shell clamping slot
comprises a first casing shell clamping slot (10) and a second
casing shell clamping slot (7); the first casing shell clamping
slot (10) is disposed on an outer side of the first middle frame
(4) and fixedly clamped with the first casing shell (2); the second
casing shell clamping slot (7) is disposed on an outer side of the
second middle frame (5) and fixedly clamped with the second casing
shell (6); the inner clamping slot comprises a first inner clamping
slot (15) and a second inner clamping slot (18); the first inner
clamping slot (15) is disposed on an inner side of the first middle
frame (4) and the second inner clamping slot (18) is disposed on an
inner side of the second middle frame (5); the elastic piece
comprises a first elastic piece (14) and a second elastic piece
(19); the first elastic piece (14) is disposed inside the first
inner clamping slot (15) and the second elastic piece (19) is
disposed inside the second inner clamping slot (18); the first
clamping piece (12) is inserted into the first inner clamping slot
(15) and clamped with the first elastic piece (14); and the second
clamping piece (20) is inserted into the second clamping slot (18)
and clamped with the second elastic piece (19).
3. The easy use and light weight closure frame on luggage according
to claim 2, wherein a convex connecting member (9) is provided on
the first middle frame (4); a connecting groove (8) is provided on
the second middle frame (5) for engaging with the connecting member
(9); the connecting member (9) is inserted into the connecting
groove (8); and the first middle frame (4) and the second middle
frame (5) are closed.
4. The easy use and light weight closure frame on luggage according
to claim 1, wherein the clamping piece is provided with a support
portion, and the support portion is abutted against the inner
clamping slot.
5. The easy use and light weight closure frame on luggage according
to claim 2, wherein the first clamping piece (12) is provided with
a first support portion (11), and the first support portion (11) is
abutted against the first inner clamping slot (15); the second
clamping piece (20) is provided with a second support portion (22),
and the second support portion (22) is abutted against the second
inner clamping slot (18).
6. The easy use and light weight closure frame on luggage according
to claim 2, wherein the first inner clamping slot (15) is coupled
to the first elastic piece (14), and the first elastic piece (14)
is inclined toward an inner side of the first inner clamping slot
(15); the second inner clamping slot (18) is coupled to the second
elastic piece (19), and the second elastic piece (19) is inclined
toward an inner side of the second inner clamping slot (18); the
convex portion comprises a first convex portion (13) and a second
convex portion (21); the first convex portion (13) is disposed on
the first clamping piece (12), and the second convex portion (21)
is disposed on the second clamping piece (20); and the first convex
portion (13) is clamped with the first elastic piece (14), and the
second convex portion (21) is clamped with the second elastic piece
(19).
7. The easy use and light weight closure frame on luggage according
to claim 1, wherein the elastic piece is an oblique-wedge-shaped
and hollow structure.
8. The easy use and light weight closure frame on luggage according
to claim 1, wherein the convex portion at the lower end of the
clamping piece has a T-shaped structure, and the T-shaped structure
is clamped with the elastic piece.
9. The easy use and light weight closure frame on luggage according
to claim 1, wherein the casing shell (1) is inserted into the
casing shell clamping slot and fixedly connected with the casing
shell clamping slot by means of adhesive bonding.
Description
FIELD OF THE DISCLOSURE
[0001] The present invention relates to the technical field of the
interior structure of a luggage box, in particular to an easy use
and light weight closure frame on luggage.
BACKGROUND OF THE DISCLOSURE
[0002] The preparation of the trolley case includes two parts which
are the casing shell forming and the casing body assembly, in which
the casing box assembly includes steps of assembling the wheel,
machine sewing of interior, installing drag rod and handlebar, and
so on. Machine sewing mainly refers to sewing the inner fabric
layer on the casing shell and then fixing it to the casing body or
bonding the inner fabric layer with the outer rubber strip and then
fixing it to the casing body. The process depends on manual
operation, thus resulting in difficulty in installation, and low
yield.
SUMMARY OF THE DISCLOSURE
[0003] In view of the technical problems existing in the prior art,
the present invention provides an easy use and light weight closure
frame on luggage, which reduces the installation difficulty of the
interior assembly of the trolley case and the degree of weight
reduction of the product.
[0004] An easy use and light weight closure frame on luggage is
provided, comprising a casing shell, a middle frame, an inner
lining and a clamping piece, wherein the middle frame is provided
with a casing shell clamping slot and fixedly clamped with the
casing shell; the middle frame is provided with an inner clamping
slot on an inner side thereof and the inner clamping slot is
provided with an elastic piece; and a lower end of the clamping
piece is provided with a convex portion, the clamping piece is
inserted downward into the inner clamping slot, and the convex
portion is clamped with the elastic piece.
[0005] Further, the casing shell comprises a first casing shell and
a second casing shell; the middle frame comprises a first middle
frame and a second middle frame; the clamping piece comprises a
first clamping piece and a second clamping piece; the casing shell
clamping slot comprises a first casing shell clamping slot and a
second casing shell clamping slot; the first casing shell clamping
slot is disposed on an outer side of the first middle frame and
fixedly clamped with the first casing shell; the second casing
shell clamping slot is disposed on an outer side of the second
middle frame and fixedly clamped with the second casing shell; the
inner clamping slot comprises a first inner clamping slot and a
second inner clamping slot; the first inner clamping slot is
disposed on an inner side of the first middle frame and the second
inner clamping slot is disposed on an inner side of the second
middle frame; the elastic piece comprises a first elastic piece and
a second elastic piece; the first elastic piece is disposed inside
the first inner clamping slot and the second elastic piece is
disposed inside the second inner clamping slot; the first clamping
piece is inserted into the first inner clamping slot and clamped
with the first elastic piece; and the second clamping piece is
inserted into the second clamping slot and clamped with the second
elastic piece.
[0006] Further, a convex connecting member is provided on the first
middle frame; a connecting groove is provided on the second middle
frame for engaging with the connecting member; the connecting
member is inserted into the connecting groove; and the first middle
frame and the second middle frame are closed.
[0007] Further, the clamping piece is provided with a support
portion, and the support portion is abutted against the inner
clamping slot.
[0008] Further, the first clamping piece is provided with a first
support portion, and the first support portion is abutted against
the first inner clamping slot; the second clamping piece is
provided with a second support portion, and the second support
portion is abutted against the second inner clamping slot.
[0009] Further, the first inner clamping slot is coupled to the
first elastic piece, and the first elastic piece is inclined toward
an inner side of the first inner clamping slot; the second inner
clamping slot is coupled to the second elastic piece, and the
second elastic piece is inclined toward an inner side of the second
inner clamping slot; the convex portion comprises a first convex
portion and a second convex portion; the first convex portion is
disposed on the first clamping piece, and the second convex portion
is disposed on the second clamping piece; and the first convex
portion is clamped with the first elastic piece, and the second
convex portion is clamped with the second elastic piece.
[0010] Further, the elastic piece is an oblique-wedge-shaped and
hollow structure.
[0011] Further, the convex portion at the lower end of the clamping
piece has a T-shaped structure, and the T-shaped structure is
clamped with the elastic piece.

clamping slot and fixedly connected with the casing shell clamping
slot by means of adhesive bonding.
[0013] The present invention can assemble the casing body more
conveniently, in particular the installation of the clamping piece
and the middle frame, to reduce the damage degree of the middle
frame in the installation process, improve the qualified rate of
the product, and greatly reduce the problems of manual installation
and the like. The lightweight middle frame greatly reduces product
quality and saves a lot of labor costs and production costs on the
premise of not affecting the service life on the basis of the
original technology.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EXEMPLARY EMBODIMENTS
[0021] The technical solution of the present invention will be
further described below in conjunction with the drawings.
[0022] As shown in FIGS. 1 to 6, an easy use and light weight
closure frame on luggage includes a casing shell 1, a middle frame
3, an inner lining, and a clamping piece. The casing shell 1
includes a first casing shell 2 and a second casing shell 6. The
middle frame 3 includes a first middle frame 4 and a second middle
frame 5. The clamping piece includes a first clamping piece 12 and
a second clamping piece 20. An upwardly protruding connecting
member 9 is provided on the first middle frame 4, and a connecting
groove 8 is provided on the second middle frame 5 for engaging with
the connecting member 9. The connecting member 9 is inserted into
the connecting groove 8 so that the first middle frame 4 and the
second middle frame 5 are closed.
[0023] An outer side of the first middle frame 4 is provided with a
first casing shell clamping slot 10 oriented downwards, and an
outer side of the second middle frame 5 is provided with a second
casing shell clamping slot 7 oriented upwards for respectively
mounting the first casing shell 2 and the second casing shell 6.
The first casing shell 2 and the second casing shell 6 are
respectively inserted into the first casing shell clamping slot 10
and the second casing shell clamping slot 7, and are respectively
fixedly connected to the first casing shell clamping slot 10 and
the second casing shell clamping slot 7 by means of adhesive
bonding.
[0024] An inner side of the first middle frame 4 is provided with a
first inner clamping slot 15 having an upward opening. The first
inner clamping slot 15 is disposed around the inner side of the
first middle frame 4, and the first inner clamping slot 15 is
provided with an oblique-wedge-shaped first elastic piece 14. The
first elastic piece 14 is inclined toward an inner side of the
first inner clamping slot 15 and has a hollow structure. One end of
the first elastic piece 14 is fixed to an upper end of a first side
wall 16 of the first inner clamping slot 15, and the other side is
freely to suspend downwardly. The first elastic piece 14 is
provided in plurality and distributed around the first middle frame
4.
[0025] An inner side of the second middle frame 5 is provided with
a second inner clamping slot 18 having a downward opening, and the
second inner clamping slot 18 is disposed around the inner side of
the second middle frame 5. The second inner clamping slot 18 is
provided with an oblique-wedge-shaped second elastic piece 19. The
second elastic piece 19 is inclined toward an inner side of the
second inner clamping slot 18 and has a hollow structure. One end
of the second elastic piece 19 is fixed to an upper end of a second
side wall 17 of the second inner clamping slot 18, and the other
side is freely to suspend upwardly. The second elastic piece 19 is
provided in plurality and distributed around the second middle
frame 5.
[0026] For the lightweight design of the first middle frame 4 and
the second middle frame 5, the first elastic piece 14 and the
second elastic piece 19 are configured to be a hollow structure,
which reduces the weight of the casing body without affecting the
performance.
[0027] The first clamping piece 12 is provided with a first support
portion 11 and a T-shaped first convex portion 13. The first
clamping piece 12 is inserted into the first inner clamping slot 15
from top to bottom with the inner lining attached thereto. The
first convex portion 13 is inserted into the first inner clamping
slot 15 and is engaged with the oblique-wedge-shaped and hollow
first elastic piece 14, thereby achieving a fastening effect. The
first support portion 11 makes the first clamping piece 12 to
tighten the first inner clamping slot 15 to fix the inner lining
within the first inner clamping slot 15.
[0028] The second clamping piece 20 is provided with a second
support portion 22 and a T-shaped second convex portion 21. The
second clamping piece 20 is inserted into the second inner clamping
slot 18 from the bottom to the top with the inner lining attached
thereto. The second convex portion 21 is inserted into the second
inner clamping slot 18 and is engaged with the oblique-wedge-shaped
and hollow second elastic piece 19, thereby achieving a fastening
effect. The second support portion 22 makes the second clamping
piece 20 to tighten the second inner clamping slot 18 to fix the
inner lining within the second inner clamping slot 18.

the luggage box in a modular model, and then assembles the
components.
