Near vacuum fire retardant material reduces the noise and preserves heat to be used for ceiling and indoor compartment board

Abstract

At present, all public spaces and offices around the world use light steel hangers and 2'.times.2' ceiling board or 4'.times.8' indoor compartment gypsum board for the beauty and fire protection. Thermally soundproof, but the board is not encapsulated with a metal film and then vacuumed. In the long term, the moisture of the water molecules contained in the micron-sized pores would have been transported through the asbestos fibers, therefore become the medium for conducting sound waves and heat. It is necessary to enclose the board with metal film and then vacuumed in order to improve fire and sound insulation.

Claims

1. The utility relates to a near vacuum fire retardant material that reduces the noise and preserves heat be used for using ceiling and indoor compartment board, which are characterized in that: Using environmentally-friendly non-toxic recoverably hearthstone or stone, pumice granules, or cracked ceramic material, to make lightweight board (12), sealed between the lower aluminum foil film (11) and the upper aluminum foil film (13) (14). On upper aluminum foil film (13) heat seals an air suction valve (15) at a suitable position, and pumps the ceiling and the indoor partition board (12) to a vacuum by (15). The combination can be used for building applications.
Description

[0001] A near vacuum fire retardant material reduces the noise and preserves heat to be used for ceiling and indoor compartment board.

TECHNICAL FIELD

[0002] The invention relates to the environmental protection and reuse of various non-toxic and non-heavy metal industrial waste materials to make ceiling and indoor compartment board. It also relates to the encapsulation with aluminum film and vacuuming with suction valves.

Previous Technology

[0003] Previously, various materials were used for ceilings on the light steel frame for its simplicity to be installed, like plasters and with asbestos which been banned from around the world. If wet powder is used as a material, fiber must be added to increase the strength. However, due to the water content of the fiber, the air conditioning enthalpy changes the humidity greatly, and the moisture content in the board would inevitably be increased so that the center of the board drops down. When a fire causes high temperature, the board would expand and then crack, and the entire ceiling collapses. Fireproof, heat and sound insulation would not be effective at all.

Utility Patent Content

[0004] The purpose of the new model is to optimize the fireproof, heat and sound insulation functions of the ceiling materials and indoor partition panels on the light steel frame.

[0005] The innovation of this new utility is to make all kinds of non-toxic and non-heavy metal waste materials recovered from industrial environmental protection program into ceiling and indoor partition boards and then vacuum sealed with metal film to optimize the fireproof, heat and sound insulation functions, and expand various environmental protection recycling application and reuse of industrial waste materials.

A SIMPLE DESCRIPTION OF THE SCHEMA

[0006] FIG. 1 is a schematic drawing of the main components of the invention.

APPLICATION METHOD

[0007] Select and use environmentally friendly non-toxic, non-heavy metal, recoverable and reusable hearthstone, or stone, glass slag, ceramic cracking, pumice granules, add appropriate proportion of ash and cement slurry and foaming agent and put them into the mold together. Pressing high pressure vapor into a ceiling or indoor compartment board (12), placing (12) on the aluminum foil film (11), heat sealing a suction valve (15) at an appropriate position on the aluminum foil film (13), overlying (13) on sheet (12), heat-sealed and bent upward at both sides (14) of (13) and (11), pump through the suction valve (15) to near vacuum, It can replace the same size, currently in use, without fireproof and heat and sound insulation ceiling and indoor compartments boards for mandatory fireproof, heat insulation and sound insulation.

SYMBOL DESCRIPTION

[0008] 11 Lower aluminum foil film [0009] 12 Environmentally-friendly recycling waste foaming ceiling and indoor compartment boards [0010] 13 Upper aluminum foil film [0011] 14 Heat sealing position reserved on the four sides of the upper and lower aluminum foil film [0012] 15 Pumping valve
