PACKING CASE, BUFFER INSERT AND SUPPORT
Abstract
A packing case, a buffer insert and a support are disclosed. The
support (10) is configured to be disposed between each corner of a
packing case and a corresponding corner of a LCD screen; the
support (10) includes two partition plates (11) arranged
perpendicular to each other, and the two partition plates (11) are
fixed to each other, a surface of each of the partition plates (11)
close to the other partition plate is defined as an inner surface
(111), and each inner surface (111) is provided with a locating
feature. In this solution, the inner surfaces (111) of the two
partition plates (11) of the support (10) are respectively provided
with a locating feature configured to position a soft cushion
(20).

Claims
1. A support, configured to be disposed between each corner of a
packing case and a corresponding corner of a LCD screen; the
support comprised two partition plates arranged perpendicular to
each other, and the two partition plates are fixed to each other;
wherein a surface of each one of the partition plates close to the
other partition plate is defined as an inner surface, wherein each
inner surface is provided with a locating feature.
2. The support according to claim 1, wherein the locating feature
is a locating groove formed in a respective inner surface.
3. The support according to claim 2, wherein the locating groove is
arranged along a lengthwise direction of a corresponding partition
plate.
4. The support according to claim 2, wherein an avoidance notch is
formed at an internal corner connecting the two partition
plates.
5. The support according to claim 1, wherein the locating feature
is two locating ribs each arranged at the inner surface of a
respective partition plate along a lengthwise direction of the
respective partition plate.
6. The support according to claim 1, wherein an avoidance notch is
formed at an internal corner connecting the two partition
plates.
7. The support according to claim 1, wherein the support further
comprises two insert plates connecting with the two partition
plates, and the two insert plates and the two partition plates
together are arranged into a cross shape.
8. The support according to claim 7, wherein the two insert plates
and the two partition plates are integrally formed.
9. The support according to claim 8, wherein a joint between each
of the insert plates and an adjacent partition plate is rounded,
and a joint between the two insert plates is rounded.
10. The support according to claim 1, wherein an avoidance notch is
formed in an internal corner connecting the two partition plates,
the support further comprises two insert plates connecting with the
two partition plates, and the two insert plates and the two
partition plates together are arranged into a cross shape.
11. The support according to claim 10, wherein the two insert
plates and the two partition plates are integrally formed, a joint
between each of the insert plates and an adjacent partition plate
is rounded, and a joint between the two insert plates is
rounded.
12. The support according to claim 10, wherein the locating feature
is a locating groove formed in a respective inner surface.
13. The support according to claim 12, wherein the locating groove
is arranged along a lengthwise direction of the corresponding
partition plate.
14. A support, configured to be disposed between each corner of a
packing case and corresponding corner of a LCD screen; the support
comprises two partition plates arranged perpendicular to each
other, and the two partition plates are fixed to each other;
wherein a surface of each of the partition plates close to another
partition plate is defined as an inner surface, and each inner
surface is provided with a locating feature, the locating feature
is a locating groove formed in a respective inner surface, the
locating groove is arranged along a lengthwise direction of a
corresponding partition plate, an avoidance notch is formed at an
internal corner connecting the two partition plates; wherein the
support further comprises two insert plates connecting with the two
partition plates, and the two insert plates and the two partition
plates together are arranged in a cross shape, the two insert
plates and the two partition plates are integrally formed, a joint
between each of the insert plates and an adjacent partition plate
is rounded, and a joint between the two insert plates is
rounded.
15. A buffer insert, comprising a support configured to be disposed
between each corner of a packing case and a corresponding corner of
a LCD screen; the support comprises two partition plates arranged
perpendicular to each other, and the two partition plates are fixed
to each other; wherein, a surface of each of the partition plates
close to the other partition plate is defined as an inner surface,
and each inner surface is provided with a locating feature; and the
inner surface of the partition plate of the support is bonded with
a soft cushion.
16. The buffer insert according to claim 15, wherein, the locating
feature is a locating groove formed in a respective inner
surface.
17. The buffer insert according to claim 16, wherein, the locating
groove is arranged along a lengthwise direction of a corresponding
partition plate.
18. The buffer insert according to claim 15, wherein, an avoidance
notch is formed at an internal corner connecting the two partition
plates.
19. The buffer insert according to claim 15, wherein, the buffer
insert further comprises two insert plates connecting with the two
partition plates, and the two insert plates and the two partition
plates together are arranged in a cross shape.
20. A packing case, comprising a packing box, wherein four corners
of the packing box are respectively provided with a buffer insert,
wherein the buffer insert comprises: a support configured to be
disposed between each corner of a packing case and a corresponding
corner of a LCD screen; the support comprises two partition plates
arranged perpendicular to each other, and the two partition plates
are fixed to each other; a surface of each of the partition plates
close to the other partition plate is defined as an inner surface,
wherein each inner surface is provided with a locating feature, and
the inner surface of the partition plate of the support is bonded
with a soft cushion.
Description
CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATIONS
[0001] This application is a National Stage Appl. filed under 35
USC 371 of International Patent Application No. PCT/CN2018/078820
with an international filing date of Mar. 13, 2018, designating the
United States, now pending, and further claims foreign priority
benefits to Chinese Patent Application No. 201721384761.7 filed
Oct. 24, 2017. The contents of all of the aforementioned
applications, including any intervening amendments thereto, are
incorporated herein by reference.
TECHNICAL FIELD
[0002] The present application pertains to the technical field of
LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) screen packing box, and relates to a
support, a buffer insert using the support and a packing case using
the buffer insert.
BACKGROUND
[0003] The LCD screen is easily broken when it is subjected to
external force collision or vibration, therefore it requires
extreme care during transportation. At present, the LCD screen is
usually packaged using a foamed plastic box, in order to reduce
vibration during transportation at the same time, buffer inserts
are disposed at four corners of the packing box to separate the
four corners of the LCD screen from the four corners of the packing
box, thereby avoiding damage to the LCD screen when the corners
impact the packing box during transportation.
[0004] The current buffer insert is consisted of two portions,
i.e., a plastic support and a soft cushion. The soft cushion is
bonded to two adjacent internal side walls of the plastic support
by an operator, and then the buffer insert is disposed at four
corners of the packing box. However, the soft cushion is repeatedly
and mechanically bonded by manual work, which are prone to the
situation that the soft cushion is attached crookedly, thus leading
to a deviation from the mating size of the LCD screen after the
buffer insert is disposed at the package box, and increasing the
risk of damaging the LCD screen.
Technical Problem
[0005] The present application is aimed at providing a buffer
insert and a support, so as to solve the problem existed in the
prior art, that the soft cushion is easy to be attached crookedly,
thus leading to a deviation from the mating size of the LCD
screen.
SUMMARY
[0006] In order to achieve the above purpose, the technical
solutions as afforded by the present application reside in that: a
support is provided, the support is configured to be disposed at
each corner of a packing case and a corresponding corner of a LCD
screen; the support includes two partition plates configured to
respectively extend to corresponding two side edges of
corresponding corners of the LCD screen, the two partition plates
are arranged perpendicular to each other, and the two partition
plates are fixed to each other, a surface of each one of the
partition plates close to another partition plate is defined as an
inner surface, and each inner surface is provided with a locating
feature to locate and bond a soft cushion.

formed in a respective inner surface.

lengthwise direction of a corresponding partition plate.

and a corresponding corner of a LCD screen; the support includes
two partition plates, the two partition plates are arranged
perpendicular to each other, and the two partition plates are fixed
to each other; a surface of each of the partition plates close to
another partition plate is defined as an inner surface, and each
inner surface is provided with a locating feature, the inner
surface of the partition plate of the support is bonded with a soft
cushion.
Beneficial Effects
[0026] The beneficial effects of the support provided by the
present application lie in that: compared with the prior art, the
inner surfaces of the two partition plates of the support, in the
present application, are provided with a locating feature
configured to locate the soft cushion, thereby the soft cushion can
be located through the locating feature when the soft cushion is
bonded to the inner surface of the partition plate, such that the
soft cushion is fitted to the support quickly and explicitly, and
better matches with the LCD screen, hence reducing errors.

10 is configured to be disposed between the corners of the packing
case and corresponding corners of the LCD screen, which plays a
buffer and insulation effect on four corners of the LCD screen when
the soft cushion is mounted on the support 10, thus preventing the
corners of the LCD screen from impacting the packing case. The
support 10 includes two partition plates 11, the two partition
plates 11 are arranged perpendicular to each other, and the two
partition plates 11 are fixedly connected; when the support 10 is
disposed at the corner of the packing case, the two partition
plates 11 respectively extend to corresponding two side edges of
corresponding corner of the LCD screen during use. The surface of
each of the partition plates 11 close to another partition plate 11
is defined as an inner surface 111, each of the inner surfaces 111
is provided with a locating feature 112 configured to locate and
bond the soft cushion 20. The locating feature 112 is provided to
facilitate bonding the soft cushion 20 on the partition plate 11,
so as to prevent the soft cushion 20 from being attached
crookedly.
[0039] The support 10 provided by the present application, compared
with the prior art, the inner surfaces 111 of the two partition
plates 11 of the support 10, in the present application, are
provided with a locating feature 112 configured to locate the soft
cushion 20, thereby the soft cushion 20 may be located through the
locating feature 112 when the soft cushion 20 is bonded to the
inner surface 111 of the partition plate 11, such that the soft
cushion 20 is fitted to the support 10 quickly and explicitly, and
better matches with the LCD screen, hence reducing errors.
[0040] In an embodiment, please refer to FIG. 1 to FIG. 3 together,
as a specific implementation of the support 10 provided in the
present application, the locating feature 112 is two locating ribs
arranged on the inner surface 111 of the partition plate 11 along a
lengthwise direction of corresponding partition plate 11. Through
arranging the locating ribs on the inner surface 111 of each of the
partition plates 11, the operator may touch the locating ribs when
bonding the soft cushion 20, and facilitate bonding the soft
cushion 20, so as to improve bonding efficiency and prevent bonding
crookedly.
[0041] In an embodiment, please refer to FIG. 1 to FIG. 3 together,
as a specific implementation of the support 10 provided in the
present application, the height of each of the locating ribs
protruding from the corresponding inner surface 111 ranges from 0.3
to 0.6 mm. The height of each of the locating ribs protruding from
the corresponding inner surface 111 ranges from 0.3 to 0.6 mm,
i.e., the height of each of the locating ribs is 0.3 to 0.6 mm,
which is convenient to locate the soft cushion 20, causes the soft
cushion 20 protrude from the locating ribs and prevents the
locating ribs from hitting against the LCD screen. Preferably, each
of the locating ribs protrudes from the corresponding inner surface
111 by 0.5 mm, so that the operator better touches the locating
ribs, and quickly bonds the soft cushion 20.
[0042] In other embodiments, the locating feature 112 may also be a
locating groove arranged on corresponding inner surface 111. The
soft cushion 20 is located through the locating groove, so as to
improve bonding efficiency and accuracy. Further in an embodiment,
the locating groove is arranged along the lengthwise direction of
corresponding partition plate 11. So that the soft cushion 20 is
bonded to the inner surface 111 of the partition plate 11 at once.
Of course, in other embodiments, the locating groove may also be
arranged along a width direction of the partition plate, but this
structure requires arranging a plurality of locating grooves side
by side on the inner surface 111 of the partition plate 11, so as
to cover the soft cushion 20 on the inner surface 111 of the
partition plate 11. Further in an embodiment, the height of the
locating groove ranges from 0.3 to 0.6 mm. So as to facilitate
locating the soft cushion 20, cause the soft cushion 20 protrude
from the locating groove and prevent side walls of the locating
groove from hitting against the LCD screen. Preferably, the height
of the locating groove is 0.5 mm, so that the operator better
touches the side walls of the locating groove, and quickly bonds
the soft cushion 20.
[0043] In an embodiment, please refer to FIG. 1 to FIG. 2 together,
as a specific implementation of the support 10 provided in the
present application, an avoidance notch 113 is arranged at an
internal corner connecting two partition plates 11. When the
support 10 is arranged at the corner of the LCD screen, the
connection between the two partition plates 11 of this structure
corresponds to corresponding tip or corner of the LCD screen, and
the avoidance notch 113 is arranged at the internal corner
connecting the two partition plates 11, so as to avoid the
corresponding tip or corner of the LCD screen, and to prevent the
support 10 from hitting against the tip or corner of the LCD
screen.

avoidance notch 113 in the depth direction are defined as side
walls 114, 115 on two sides of the avoidance notch 113.

present application, the inner surfaces of the side walls 114, 115
on two sides of the avoidance notch 113 are inclined to
corresponding partition plates 11, and the angle between the inner
surface of each of the side walls of the avoidance notch 113 and
the corresponding partition plate 11 is an obtuse angle, so as to
facilitate processing, producing, and to reduce burrs, thereby
better protecting the LCD screen.

as a specific implementation of the support 10 provided in the
present application, the inner surfaces of the side walls 114, 115
on two sides of the avoidance notch 113 are arranged in parallel,
thus it is easy to draw the mold during the injection molding
process, which is convenient for processing.
[0047] In an embodiment, please refer to FIG. 1 to FIG. 2 together,
as a specific implementation of the support 10 provided in the
present application, the support 10 further includes two insert
plates 12 configured to connect the two partition plates 11, and
the two insert plates 12 and the two partition plates 11 are
arranged in a cross shape. The support 10 is arranged in the cross
shape, and may be inserted into the packing case through the two
insert plates 12, so as to fix the support 10 at the corner of the
packing case. In other embodiments, the support 10 may also be
bonded at the corner of the packing case.

as a specific implementation of the support 10 provided in the
present application, the two insert plates 12 and two partition
plates 11 are integrally formed. The two insert plates 12 and two
partition plates 11 are integrally formed, i.e., the support 10 is
made in one piece, to ensure that the support 10 is provided with
good strength, and is also convenient to process and manufacture as
at the same time. Further in an embodiment, the support 10 may be
molded using plastic injection molding, so as to facilitate
processing.

as a specific implementation of the support 10 provided in the
present application, the joint of each of the insert plates 12 and
adjacent partition plate 11 is rounded, so as to make the

12 is rounded, so as to make the connection between the two insert
plates 12 firmer.

present application, the length of the partition plate 11 is larger
than the length of the insert plate 12, so as to save material,
reduce molding, and facilitate fixing the support 10 to the packing

application further discloses a buffer insert 100, which includes
the support 10, and the inner surfaces 111 of the partition plate
11 of the support 10 is bonded with the soft cushion 20. The
support 100 provided by the present application, compared with the
prior art, the inner surfaces 111 of the two partition plates 11 of
the support 10, in the present application, are provided with a
locating feature 112 configured to locate the soft cushion 20,
thereby the soft cushion 20 may be located through the locating
feature 112 when the soft cushion 20 is bonded to the inner surface
111 of the partition plate 11, such that the soft cushion 20 is
fitted to the support 10 quickly and explicitly, and better matches
with the LCD screen, hence reducing errors.
[0052] The present application further discloses a packing case,
which includes the packing box, and the above buffer inserts are
respectively provided at the four corners of the packing box. The
above buffer inserts are respectively provided at the four corners
of the packing box, so that the soft cushion of each of the buffer
inserts can resist the corner of the LCD screen, improve matching
precision with the LCD screen, and reduce the risk of damage to the
LCD screen.
