[0023] The present disclosure provides a combination mattress.

[0024] In the embodiments of the present disclosure, as shown in FIG. 1 or FIG. 2, the combination mattress includes a first layer 100 and a second layer 200, and the first layer 100 includes a first region 110 corresponding to the shoulder of a human body, and a second region 120 corresponding to the waist of the human body, and the thickness of the first region 110 is smaller than the thickness of the second region 120; the rigidity of the second layer 200 is smaller than that of the first layer 100, and the second layer 200 is stacked on the first layer 100, and the overall rigidity of the region corresponding to the shoulder of the human body in the combination mattress being smaller than the overall rigidity of the region corresponding to the waist of the human body in the combination mattress.

[0025] It can be understood that the length of the first layer 100 of the combination mattress is the same with the length of the second layer 200 of the combination mattress, and the width of the first layer 100 is the same with the width of the second layer 200, so that the combination mattress has a relatively neat shape. The thickness of the first region 110 in the first layer 100 is smaller than the thickness of the second region 120, and after the first layer 100 and the second layer 200 are stacked up, the overall rigidity of the region corresponding to the shoulder of a human body in the combination mattress is smaller than the overall rigidity of the region corresponding to the waist of the human body in the combination mattress. Then when a human body lies on the combination mattress, especially when the human body lies on the side, the combination mattress has a better pressure-relieving effect on the shoulder of the human body, due to that the region corresponding to the shoulder of the human body in the combination mattress is less rigid. And due to that the combination mattress corresponding to the waist of the human body is more rigid, the combination mattress conforms to the ergonomic design, and the comfort of a user when sleeping is improved.

[0026] Specifically, in order to make the thickness of the first region 110 corresponding to the shoulder of the human body in the first layer 100 smaller than the thickness of the second region 120 corresponding to the waist of the human body, the second region 120 of the first layer 100 may be defined with a protrusion in the direction of the second layer 200, or the first region 110 of the first layer 100 may dent in the direction away from the second layer 200 to form a dent. And, in order to realize that the overall rigidity of the region of the combination mattress corresponding to the human shoulder is smaller than the overall rigidity of the region corresponding to the human waist, the thickness of each region of the second layer 200 may be set the same. When the second layer 200 is stacked on one side of the first layer 100, the region of the combination mattress corresponding to the human shoulder is filled with air, so that the overall rigidity of the region of the combination mattress corresponding to the human shoulder is smaller than the overall rigidity of the region corresponding to the human waist. Alternatively, the uneven structures of the second layer 200 and the first layer 100 form a embedding structure, so that the second layer 200 of smaller rigidity supplements the height difference between the second region 120 and the first region 110 in the first layer 100 to achieve that the height of the region corresponding to the shoulder of a human body is the same as the height of the region corresponding to the waist of a human body, thereby the overall rigidity of the region corresponding to the shoulder of the human body of the combination mattress is smaller than the overall rigidity of the region corresponding to the waist of the human body. And when the second layer 200 and the first layer 100 are stacked up and embedded with each other, the second layer 200 and the first layer 100 have a stable connection, and the assembly of the mattress is simple.

[0027] In addition, when the second layer 200 and the first layer 100 are stacked up, the second layer 200 may be stacked on the first layer 100 or may be stacked under the first layer 100. Further, based on the scheme that the rigidity of the first layer 100 is greater than that of the second layer 200, in order to improve the comfort of the user, the second layer 200 is stacked on the first layer 100, which may not only ensure that the first layer 100 has a better supporting effect, but also enable the second layer 200 to have a better pressure-relieving effect on the user when the user lies on the combination mattress. It should be noted that the "up" and "down" in the technical schemes of the present disclosure are based on the normal placement state of the combination mattress, i.e. the upper second layer 200 is a layer close to the human body, so since the rigidity of the second layer 200 is smaller, the user first contacts the second layer 200 when lying on the combination mattress, thus the second layer 200 has a better pressure-relieving effect for the user. Specifically, the second layer 200 may include memory foam or latex, and the first layer 100 may also include memory foam, latex or cold foam, so long as the overall rigidity of the second layer 200 is smaller than that of the first layer 100.

[0028] According to the technical schemes of the present disclosure, the thickness of the first region 110 of the first layer 100 corresponding to the shoulder of a human body is defined as smaller than the thickness of the second region 120 of the first layer corresponding to the waist of the human body, and the first layer 100 and the second layer 200 are embedded and stacked up, the rigidity of the second layer 200 is smaller than the rigidity of the first layer 100, thereby allowing the overall rigidity of the first region 110 in the combination mattress being smaller than the overall rigidity of the second region 120 in the combination mattress. Therefore, the first region 100 has a better pressure-relieving effect on the shoulder of a human body, and the second region 120 has a better supporting effect on the waist of a human body, thereby the mattress is ergonomic and improves the comfort of the human body when a human body is sleeping thereon. In addition, the first layer 100 and the second layer 200 are stacked up, which may make the assembly of the first layer 100 and the second layer 200 simpler.

[0029] As shown in FIG. 1, in this embodiment, the first region 110 is defined with a dent 111, one side of the second layer 200 facing the first layer 100 protrudes to define a protrusion 210, and the protrusion 210 is embedded to the dent 111.

[0030] Through the protrusion 210 of the second layer 200 being embedded to the dent 111 of the first layer 100, the first layer 100 and the second layer 200 have good mutual limit, thereby enhancing the connection of the first layer 100 and the second layer 200. And the protrusion 210 is embedded to the dent 111, so that the assembly of the first layer 100 and the second layer 200 is relatively simple.

[0031] It can be understood that the opening of the dent 111 may be opened upward, so that the protrusion 210 of the second layer 200 is embedded to the dent 111 downward, and the second layer 200 is stacked on the first layer 100, so that when a user lies on the combination mattress, the second layer 200 is compressed first, and the second layer 200 has a good pressure-relieving effect on the human body, and then the waist of the human body first contacts the first layer 100 of greater rigidity, and the second layer 200 may still be deformed under great compression by the shoulder of the human body, so that the waist of the human body is better supported by the first layer 100, and the shoulder of the human body is better relaxed. Of course, the opening of the dent 111 may also be opened downward. In this case, the protrusion 210 of the second layer 200 is inserted upward into the first dent 111, and the second layer 200 is stacked under the first layer 100. However, it may be understood that the effect of supporting the waist of the human body and relaxing the shoulders of the human body may still be realized in this case.

[0032] In some embodiments, the surface of the second layer 200 facing away from the first layer 100 is parallel to the horizontal plane, the surface of the first layer 100 facing away from the second layer 200 is parallel to the horizontal plane.

[0033] Through the surface of the second layer 200 facing away from the first layer 100 being parallel to the horizontal plane, and the surface of the first layer 100 facing away from the second layer 200 being parallel to the horizontal plane, when the first layer 100 and the second layer 200 are combined, the overall thickness of each region of the combination mattress is consistent, so that based on the scheme that the thickness of the first region 110 of the first layer 100 corresponding to the shoulder of the human body is smaller than the thickness of the second region 120 of the first layer 100 corresponding to the waist of the human body, in one aspect the overall rigidity of the region of the combination mattress corresponding to the shoulder of the human body is guaranteed to be smaller. In another aspect, it may also be avoided that the combination mattress has a slope, thus making it convenient for transportation and placement of the mattress.

[0034] As shown in FIG. 1, there are two first regions 110, and the two first regions 110 are symmetrically with regard to the second region 120.

[0035] Through the above definition, a user may lie on both ends of the combination mattress when lying thereon, and the shoulder may be relaxed and the waist may be better supported when the user lies on both ends. It can be understood that in order to achieve the matching effect of the first layer 100 and the second layer 200, the two first regions 110 may be both defined with dents 111, and the second layer 200 may be defined with a protrusion 210 adapted to each dent 111. The dent 111 may be a U-shaped dent, a V-shaped dent, an arc-shaped dent, or the like.

[0036] As shown in FIG. 1, the side wall of the dent 111 is an inclined plane, and the opening of the dent 111 gradually enlarges in a direction from the bottom wall of the dent 111 to the second layer 200.

[0037] Taking the upward opening of the dent 111 as an example, if a user lies on the second layer 200 when the second layer 200 is embedded and stacked on the first layer 100, the user presses the first layer 100 downward through the second layer 200, at this time, the second layer 200 generates a pressure perpendicular to the side wall of the dent 111, and the pressure has a lateral force. The lateral force has a compression effect on the parts except the first region 110 (including the second region 120), thereby increasing the density of the second region 120 and enhancing the hardness at the second region 120 in the first layer 100, thereby further enhancing the supporting effect on the waist of the human body. It can be understood that the shape of the first dent 111 in this embodiment may be inverted trapezoid or V-shaped, etc.

[0038] In addition, when the side wall of the dent 111 is an inclined plane, it is avoided that the thickness of the first layer 100 changes suddenly from the first region 110 to the second region 120, so that the supporting effect on the human body from the shoulder to the waist is gradually strengthened, achieving good transition effect.

[0039] Of course, based on the scheme that the first layer 100 includes two first regions 110 and each region 110 is defined with a dent 111, the side walls of the dents 111 of the two first regions 110 may all be inclined planes.

[0040] As shown in FIG. 1, the dent 111 passes through the two opposite sides of the first layer 100.

[0041] Through the dent 111 passing through the opposite sides of the first layer 100, in one aspect, it may be convenient for stacking the first layer 100 and the second layer 200 by plugging and fitting, and in another aspect, it may also meet the requirement that a user may lie on the left side and the right side of the combination mattress. It should be noted that the left side and the right side of the combination mattress respectively refer to the left side of the user and the right side of the user when a user lies on the combination mattress.

[0042] In order to facilitate disassembly and assembly, the first layer 100 and the second layer 200 are detachably connected. According to such definition, when the first layer 100 or the second layer 200 in contact with the human body is damaged or stained, it may be avoided to the replace the entire combination mattress, instead it is only necessary to replace the damaged or stained first layer 100 or the second layer 200, thereby saving the replacement cost. In addition, the first layer 100 and the second layer 200 may be detachably connected, so that the packaging and transportation may be separate for convenience.

[0043] As shown in FIG. 1 or FIG. 2, when two or three people are accommodated on the mattress, or a user with a large weight is lying on the mattress, based on the scheme that the second layer 200 is stacked on the first layer 100, in order to further improve the support of the combination mattress, a support layer 300 is also provided and stacked under the first layer 100, and the rigidity of the support layer 300 is greater than that of the first layer 100.

[0044] Through the above definition, the support layer 300 may play a main supporting role, and may satisfy multiple people to lie on the combination mattress at the same time or satisfy heavy users to lie on the combination mattress. In addition, the rigidity of each layer from top to bottom gradually increases, so that when a user lies on the combination mattress, not only may the pressure-relieving effect be achieved, but also a better supporting effect may be ensured for the lumbar spine, thereby improving the comfort level.

[0045] It can be understood that the support layer 300 may be separately stacked under the first layer 100, so that the support layer 300 and the first layer 100 may be separated, so that the first layer 100 and the second layer 200 may be moved to other places at any time according to user's requirements.

[0046] In this embodiment, the combination mattress may also include a cover body 400 having an accommodating cavity in which at least the first layer 100 and the second layer 200 may be accommodated after assembly. It can be understood that when the combination mattress includes the support layer 300, the support layer 300 may also be accommodated in the accommodating cavity.

[0047] And, the cover body 400 also has an opening through which the first layer 100 and the second layer 200 may be accommodated in the accommodating cavity, or the first layer 100 and the second layer 200 may be taken out of the accommodating cavity for replacement or separate cleaning of the cover body 400. In order to facilitate the cleaning of the cover body 400, the material of the cover body 400 may be fabric material.

[0048] The above is only an optional embodiment of the present disclosure and is not intended to limit the patent scope of the present disclosure. Any equivalent structural change made by using the contents of the specification and drawings of the present disclosure or directly/indirectly applied in other related technical fields is included in the patent scope of the present disclosure under the inventive concept of the present disclosure.
