Description

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION

[0001] This invention deals with portable modular equipment for mounting multisport and/or multipurpose area and method of setting up multisport area and/or multipurpose, ideal for sports such as soccer, volleyball, basketball, handball or other sports, as well as physical, educational and recreational activities that primarily aim at the production of knowledge related to teaching/learning/leisure; notably, said modular system is understood by a pair of transport modules, for example containers or other suitable means, where components of modular equipment are stored, such as bleachers, screens or fences and lampposts with a means of capturing solar energy, various equipment such as soccer goalposts, masts, volleyball, basketball goal or other components, and modular floor multisport, synthetic grass with velcro splices, which makes it easy and quick Assembly; said transport modules or containers, in addition to storing the components of the modular system, serve as ballast for the assembly of multiple screen panels, wire mesh or similar to compose the sides and bottoms that surround the whole multisport/multipurpose area; the modular system and other equipment they are 100% portable, easy to assemble, safe and durable.

HISTORY OF THE INVENTION

[0002] As you know, for the construction of areas sports/multipurpose it is necessary to follow international and national standards that establish safety and performance criteria for absorption capacity shock, lateral sliding of the feet, level of vertical deformation of the floor, level of brightness and reflection of the floor, modulus of elasticity, deflection patterns, energy of recovery and reflection of the ball, and even mention some prohibited chemical substances, such as German standard--DINV18032/2 and European Union standard--EN 14904/2006.

[0003] Likewise, procedures are provided for establishing conditions techniques to be obeyed in the execution of the works and services, setting parameters minimum requirements for materials, services and equipment.

[0004] Then, it appears that the construction of a multisport area requires considerable public resources for the purchase of various materials and the hiring of specialized manpower, as well as the provision of public space for the construction of the multisport area, thus becoming a long-term project which depends a lot on the climatic conditions for its conclusion, leaving, many sometimes to be carried out mainly in peripheral areas far from the urban centers. For all the reasons listed above, you can see how difficult it is to assemble a sports court in a short time or for certain events.

[0005] Some models of portable sports courts are already known, however, are ideal only for children's entertainment and used in events recreational activities such as parties, school recreation and the like. These portable areas are formed by inflatable floors and fences, in order to present a certain practicality of assembly/disassembly, as well as, may present soccer goal post formed by a pair of inflatable walls connected by a net.

[0006] This portable field model can be seen in the document no. FR2885375 which reveals a structure formed by inflatable tubes arranged horizontally and stacked parallel to each other. Each tube has a tape self-adhesive buckle/hook that cooperates with the top and/or bottom tape the tube. Sets of frames are alternatively arranged at the level of the tubes and in two shoring units. A connecting rod runs through each set of frames to ensure the connection and fixation of the two units with the tubes.

ANALYSIS OF THE STATE OF THE TECHNIQUE

[0007] In research carried out in specialized databases, documents referring to the modular soccer field, such as the document no. RU2396400 comprising a mobile platform with support frame intended for to receive a soccer field on it. The platform rests on the base of concrete fixed through rollers, sliding bearings and rails. Rails interact by with rolling surfaces. Each bearing is installed on the foundation of concrete. The rails are inverted and are attached to the bottom of the support structure the mobile platform.

[0008] The document of no. US2014123566 deals with a sports field and a bleachers for spectators around. The field comprises a plurality of gram modules supported on a fixed support base. The gram modules are movable on the fixed support base, thus being able to be removed from the support base fixed. The fixed support base has an opening that constitutes access to a storage under the fixed support base. The storage room is adapted for the storage of gram modules. An elevator is arranged to move the grass modules through the opening.

[0009] The documents mentioned in the paragraphs above, despite belonging to the same field of application, do not present any of the characteristics of the object now improved, thus ensuring that it meets the legal requirements of patentability.

OBJECTIVES OF THE INVENTION

[0010] In order to present improvements to the consumer market, the applicant developed a modular system and assembly method for area composition multisport/multipurpose, such as a field for sports such as soccer, volleyball, basketball, handball or others, as well as physical, educational activities recreational activities aimed primarily at the production of knowledge related to teaching/learning/leisure, contributing to social development in content that is inserted.

[0011] In addition, an innovative assembly method was also developed that makes it possible to obtain the multisport/multipurpose area quickly, that is, due to the portability conditions of the equipment, with only 02 (two) assemblers, it is possible to obtain, in 2 to 3 days, the entire frame of the fences and bleachers and 02 more days to assemble the synthetic grass or suitable floor.

Thus, in a practical and methodological way, a multisport/multipurpose area is obtained which avoids impacts generated by civil construction such as noise, visual, various construction wastes, etc., and, consequently, the contribution to the environment. A fully green deployment solution, contributing significantly with the environment.

[0012] As noted, versatility, portability and practicality are attested to proof of the speed and efficiency that this innovation provides, because in very short time the portable equipment is manufactured, installed and released for use, removing and dissociating this equipment from any relation to the work of conventional civil construction, not to mention that the problems related to the climate is totally removed since, even with rain it is possible to give construction of the multisport/multipurpose area in question.

[0013] A very significant advantage is that the portable equipment innovated to present a high quality construction standard, since all parts are industrially produced from galvanized metal parts, "MIG" welds, stainless steel screws and connections and other industrial characteristics. THE parts are manufactured in a closed, safe and protected environment, different from of what happens in civil works, where parts are kept outside and subjected to weather variations. Once the pieces of equipment have been produced in question, they are packed and stored, ready for assembly at the final destination, without any delay, as already mentioned as it happens in civil works.

[0014] Another advantage is that the portable and sustainable equipment can be assembled, disassembled and reassembled several times in various areas chosen by customers--city halls; event sponsors and others--thus enabling adaptation to neighborhoods and event plans over the years.

[0015] Another advantage is that 85% of the equipment, at the end of its useful life, is recycled, thus avoiding disturbances such as pollution to the environment and even visual (does not turn into garbage), moving further away from the problems and inconveniences resulting from construction waste or even when there is a need to cut down a block in masonry for the construction of other works.

[0016] Mentioned modular equipment, 100% portable, includes at least two transport modules of the interconnectable elements for shaping the court multisport/multipurpose. These transport modules, in a preferred option, are comprised of 40-foot containers, or chests or compartments equivalent, which can be transported in carts, trucks, boats appropriate vehicles or vehicles, thus allowing these transport modules, with the entire modular structure for obtaining the multisport/multipurpose area can be delivered anywhere in the world.

[0017] Each transport module, hereinafter referred to as container only, accommodates a set of pieces that corresponds to half a block or area multisport/multipurpose, set of pieces that is basically formed by frames tubular where the mesh or wire panels are fixed; all frames tubes include connectors, such as hinges, that allow mounting and disassembly of a back wall showing each side end suitable for assembly of another frame with a screen that corresponds, respectively, to half of a side wall of the multisport/multipurpose area.

[0018] The lateral side of the fence is fixed to the external central part of the fence or screen container, corresponding, for example, in the place where the goal post is positioned, if the multisport area is set up for soccer practice. This container has an important function in the structure, which is to act as ballast for the entire bottom fencing and the respective side halves of the multisport/multipurpose area.

[0019] To complete the anchoring of the bottom wall in each container, structural angular profiles that are supported on the wall top of the container setting braces resistant to the action of the wind and, consequently, configuring greater constructive resistance of the entire structure.

[0020] Mentioned containers, when used only in the form of foundations, can be replaced by another module or ballast, provided that it has dimensions considerable and that allow the support of the structure of the bottom fence and respective side halves. As an example, the modules can be configured by truck chests, trailers or other products with large dimensions and portable water tanks, fibreglass pools, etc.

[0021] Transport modules or containers, chests, etc., are given preference, since they have the additional function of packing the grandstand units and other equipment that configure the multisport/multipurpose area such as soccer goalposts, masts and a net for volleyball, basketball tables, towers of lighting, accessories or other components.

[0022] In a constructive solution, bottom frames and articulated frames are configured by tubular profiles with corrosion and paint treatment galvanised where screens are installed.

[0023] The grandstands, in turn, are configured by banks formed by metallic structure where at least two platforms are supported on levels distinct, each obtained by a wooden plank or perforated metal plate; The metallic structure provides for at least three vertical rods that extend in towards the side fences to compose means of fixing said bleachers multisport/multipurpose area.

[0024] The aforementioned assembly of the bleachers in the side fences provides rigidity and structural stability to the multisport/multipurpose area, avoiding the need to use any type of means of fixing the bleachers to the at the time of assembly, as well as said bleachers cooperate as ballast of the panels or side fences.

[0025] The method of mounting multi-purpose/multi-purpose equipment is practical and fast, simply placing the containers or other type of weight structure close to the synthetic lawn bottom lines or modular flooring suitable for obtaining of the desired multipurpose or multipurpose area, in order to compose a foundation for the frame of the panels or articulated fences that make up the bottom of the area multisport/multipurpose.

[0026] After said fences at the bottom and sides of the multisport/multipurpose area assembled and fixed together, the assemblers simply have to distribute and fix the bleachers on the outer lateral edges of said lateral fences, passing, then, to the assembly of the synthetic lawn/modular coverings. That done, lighting poles are continued, thus finalizing the delimitation of the area for sports, physical activities, recreation, events and laser.

[0027] In the case of setting up a multisport area for soccer practice, the soccer beams are installed next to the container walls. However, if the court idealised for the practice of other modalities such as volleyball, basketball, tennis, etc. accessories related to each chosen modality will be installed, thus completing the assembly of the multisport/multipurpose area.

[0028] The great advantage of the innovative system consists in obtaining a court multisport/multipurpose that dispenses any type of civil construction, foundation or drilling work, etc., with the provision of a flat area for the assembly of the components of the system.

[0029] Another great advantage lies in the fact that the articulated panels are assembled and peripherals dispense with any type of specialized labor, therefore reducing contracting costs.

[0030] Another advantage lies in the fact that the container or other type of weight structure configure the foundation for the assembly of the articulated fences, dispensing any type of foundation for the formation of funds in the multisport/multipurpose area.

[0031] Another advantage lies in the fact that the peripheral panels are assembled close to the bleachers compose rigidity and stability in the structure and, likewise, dispense with means of attachment to the ground.

[0032] Another advantage lies in the fact that the modular equipment includes lighting and WI-FI system powered by solar energy, configuring total independence for the use of the multisport/multipurpose area, even in deserted places, exempt from lighting systems.

[0033] Another advantage lies in the fact that the side fences present, at their center, specifically among the groups of stands, a peripheral panel projecting outside the area that configures the accessibility area of that area multisport/multipurpose.

[0034] Another advantage is the fact that the containers, after being emptied of all structures, to be able to act as changing rooms or even as a service point for the community, such as cafeterias, clinics, shops, among other uses.
