Abstract
The invention discloses a super-silent intelligent water pump
which is able to do self-priming by identifying water flow whereas
no necessity of water pre-filling, which includes a pump body, a
motor, an impeller, and a vibration absorbing bracket, the pump
body is provided with a diffusing plate, the pump body and the
diffusing plate are one-piece integrated structure, the diffusing
plate adopts a sealed single outlet structure, the diffusing plate
is provided with an outlet, the outlet is disposed on the outside
of the diffusing plate, the water guiding hole is disposed between
the inlet and the outlet. It solved the problem of heat dissipation
when the machine is sealed, and, it solved the problem of vibration
during use. It is energy saving and consumption reduced. It
improves the service life of water pump. Meanwhile, it achieves the
purpose of high efficient and super-silent operation.

Claims
1. A super-silent intelligent water pump which is able to do
self-priming by identifying water flow whereas no necessity of
water pre-filling, comprising a pump body, a motor, an impeller, a
vibration absorbing bracket and a base, the motor is disposed
behind the diffusing plate, the impeller is disposed between the
diffusing plate and the motor, the vibration absorbing bracket is
disposed between the pump body and the base, the pump body is
provided with a diffusing plate, besides the pump body and the
diffusing plate are one-piece integrated structure, the diffusing
plate adopts a sealed single outlet structure and an outlet, an
inlet and a water guiding hole are disposed thereon, the outlet is
disposed on the outside of the diffusing plate, the water guiding
hole is disposed between the inlet and the outlet.
2. The super-silent intelligent water pump which is able to do
self-priming by identifying of water flow whereas no necessity of
water pre-filling according to claim 1, characterized in that the
diameter of the water guiding hole is 1-50 mm.
3. The super-silent intelligent water pump which is able to do
self-priming by identifying of water flow whereas no necessity of
water pre-filling according to claim 1, characterized in that the
pump body is provided with an water inlet, an water outlet, a water
filling plug and a pulling ring, the water inlet and the water
outlet are respectively disposed on the left and right sides of the
pump body, and the water filling plug and the pulling ring are
disposed on the top of the pump body.
4. The super-silent intelligent water pump which is able to do
self-priming by identifying of water flow whereas no necessity of
water pre-filling according to claim 1, characterized in that the
water guiding hole with a diameter of 1-30 mm is disposed at the
inlet of the impeller.
5. The super-silent intelligent water pump which is able to do
self-priming by identifying of water flow whereas no necessity of
water pre-filling according to claim 1, characterized in that the
vibration absorbing bracket entirely adopts an extended wings
shaped structure and installation holes provided thereon.
6. The super-silent intelligent water pump which is able to do
self-priming by identifying of water flow whereas no necessity of
water pre-filling according to claim 5, characterized in that the
super-silent intelligent pump further includes a noise reduction
device made of elastic soft material, and the noise reduction
device is disposed between the vibration absorbing bracket and the
pump body.
7. The super-silent intelligent water pump which is able to do
self-priming by identifying of water flow whereas no necessity of
water pre-filling according to claim 6, characterized in that a gap
with a dimension of 0-50 mm disposed between the noise reduction
device and the motor.
8. The super-silent intelligent water pump which is able to do
self-priming by identifying of water flow whereas no necessity of
water pre-filling according to claim 1, characterized in that the
motor adopts a brushless DC motor.
9. The super-silent intelligent water pump which is able to do
self-priming by identifying of water flow whereas no necessity of
water pre-filling according to claim 8, characterized in that the
motor comprises a motor front cover, a motor shell, a stator, a
rotor, a motor rear cover, a controlling board and a PCB housing,
the motor front cover is connected to the pump body by screws, the
stator and the rotor are disposed within the motor shell, the motor
shell is connected with the motor front cover by screws, the
controlling board is disposed on the rear cover of the motor, the
heating component which disposed on the controlling board is
attached to the rear cover of the motor, the rear cover of the
motor is connected with the motor shell by screws, the PCB housing
is connected with the motor rear cover by screws.
10. The super-silent intelligent water pump which is able to do
self-priming by identifying of water flow whereas no necessity of
water pre-filling according to claim 1, characterized in that the
motor front cover and the motor rear cover are made of cast iron or
aluminum alloy or zinc alloy or copper alloy; the motor shell is
made of cast iron or aluminum alloy or zinc alloy.
11. The super-silent intelligent water pump which is able to do
self-priming by identifying of water flow whereas no necessity of
water pre-filling according to claim 7, characterized in that the
motor adopts a brushless DC motor.
Description
CROSS REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATIONS
[0001] The present application is a Continuation Application of PCT
Application No. PCT/CN2018/091318 filed on Jun. 14, 2018, which
claims the benefit of Chinese Patent Application No. 201810512336.4
filed on May 25, 2018. All the above are hereby incorporated by
reference.
TECHNICAL FIELD
[0002] The present invention is relates to a water pump, and
specifically relates to a super-silent intelligent water pump which
is able to do self-priming by identifying of water flow whereas no
necessity of water pre-filling which belongs to the technical field
of water pump.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0003] Self-priming pump is a kind of equipment used to transport
liquids, at present, the same type of pump of this kind has been
existence for more than 100 years in the market, and they are
mainly used for deal with emergency situation, water exchange for
the fish tank, basement drainage, and yacht drainage and so on.
However, with the improvement of people's requirements for the use
of substance, customers have been continuously raised the defects
and deficiencies of this type of pump, such as big noise, short
life, inconvenient to move, and burning motors and others.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0004] The technical problem mainly to be solved by the invention
is to provide a super-silent intelligent water pump which is able
to do self-priming by identifying of water flow whereas no
necessity of water pre-filling, which has a pump body that is
simple assembled and has water diffusing function. It is stably
performed. It carries out self-priming and no necessity of water
pre-filling. It improves the self-priming performance. It solved
the problem of heat dissipation when the machine is sealed, and, it
solved the problem of vibration during use. It is energy saving and
consumption reduced. It improves the service life of water pump.
Meanwhile, it achieves the purpose of high efficient and
super-silent operation.
[0005] The technical solution provided by the present invention is
a super-silent intelligent water pump which is able to do
self-priming by identifying of water flow whereas no necessity of
water pre-filling, which includes a pump body, a motor, an
impeller, a vibration absorbing bracket and a base, the motor is
disposed behind the diffusing plate, the impeller is disposed
between the diffusing plate and the motor, the vibration absorbing
bracket is disposed between the pump body and the base, the pump
body is provided with a diffusing plate, besides the pump body and
the diffusing plate are one-piece integrated structure, the
diffusing plate adopts a sealed single outlet structure, and an
outlet, an inlet and a water guiding hole are disposed thereon, the
outlet is disposed on the outside of the diffusing plate, the water
guiding hole is disposed between the inlet and the outlet.
[0006] In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the
diameter of the water guiding hole is 1-50 mm.
[0007] In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the pump
body is provided with an water inlet, an water outlet, a water
filling plug and a pulling ring, the water inlet and the water
outlet are respectively disposed on the left and right sides of the
pump body, and the water filling plug and the pulling ring are
disposed on the top of the pump body.
[0008] In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the
water guiding hole with a diameter of 1-30 mm is disposed at the
inlet of the impeller.
[0009] In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the
vibration absorbing bracket entirely adopts an extended wings
shaped structure and installation holes provided thereon.
[0010] In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the
super-silent intelligent pump further includes a noise reduction
device made of elastic soft material, and the noise reduction
device is disposed between the vibration absorbing bracket and the
pump body.
[0011] In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, there is
a gap with a dimension of 0-50 mm disposed between the noise
reduction device and the motor.

motor adopts a brushless DC motor.

motor comprises a motor front cover, a motor shell, a stator, a
rotor, a motor rear cover, a controlling board and a PCB housing,
the motor front cover is connected to the pump body by screws, the
stator and the rotor are disposed within the motor shell, the motor
shell is connected with the motor front cover by screws, the
controlling board is arranged on the rear cover of the motor, the
heating component which disposed on the controlling board is
attached to the rear cover of the motor, the rear cover of the
motor is connected with the motor shell by screws, the PCB housing
is connected with the motor rear cover by screws.
[0014] In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the
motor front cover and the motor rear cover are made of cast iron or
aluminum alloy or zinc alloy or copper alloy; the motor shell is
made of cast iron or aluminum alloy or zinc alloy.

present invention discloses a super-silent intelligent water pump
which is able to do self-priming by identifying of water flow
whereas no necessity of water pre-filling which has a pump body
that is simple assembled and has water diffusing function. It is

water pre-filling. It improves the self-priming performance. It
solved the problem of heat dissipation when the machine is sealed,

in the embodiments of the present invention, the drawings used in

water pre-filling includes pump body 1, diffusing plate 2, motor 3,
impeller 4, vibration absorbing bracket 5 and a base 6, the motor 3
is disposed at the rear end of the diffusing plate 2, the impeller
4 is disposed between the diffusing plate 2 and the motor 3, the
vibration absorbing bracket 5 is disposed between the pump body 1
and the base 6. In this embodiment, the pump body 1 is provided
with a diffusing plate 2, the pump body 1 and the diffusing plate 2
are one-piece integrated structure which differs from the
conventional pump body design, the conventional pump body designs
diffusing plate separately from the pump body, and then takes time
to assemble together, and the diffusing plate fixing is not good
and easy to spin to lose performance, in this embodiment, the pump
body is designed with a diffusing plate inside, and the diffusing
plate and the pump body are designed as one piece, which simplifies
assembly and stabilizes performance.
[0026] Among them, the pump body 1 is provided with a water inlet
11, a water outlet 12, a water filling plug 13 and a pulling ring
14, the water inlet 11 and the water outlet 12 are disposed on the
left and right sides of the pump body 1 respectively, the water
filling plug 13 and the pulling ring 14 are disposed at the top of
the pump body 1.
[0027] The conventional self-priming pump must be filled with water
in the pump body before pumping, and an injector must be installed
in the pump body to meet the conditions of self-priming. In order
to overcome these defects, the present invention solves this
problem through the water guiding structure, as shown in FIG. 3,
the diffusing plate 2 adopts a sealed single outlet structure, the
diffusing plate 2 is provided with a diffusing plate water outlet
21, a diffusing plate water inlet 22 and a water guiding hole 23,
the diffusing plate water outlet 21 is disposed on the outside of
the diffusing plate 2, the water guiding hole 23 is disposed
between the diffusing plate water inlet 22 and the diffusing plate
water outlet 21. Among them, the diameter of the water guiding hole
23 is 1-50 mm. During the operation, negative pressure produced at
the entrance as of the high speed rotation of the impeller 4, An
open water cycle formed between the flow guiding hole 23 and the
inlet of the impeller 4 since the diffusing plate 2 is a sealed
single outlet structure, in such a situation, air flow is driven
thereof. Along with the negative pressure at the inlet of the
impeller 4 is getting larger and larger, the water is sucked into
the water inlet 22 and the pump body 1, and then, the water is
discharged out of the pump body 1 by high-speed centrifugation of
the impeller 4.
[0028] The key factor for generating the self-priming function is
the high speed rotation of the impeller. However, mechanical seals
will heat up quickly due to long-term friction at high speeds, if
there is no suitable heat dissipation measure, the rubber or
plastic will be quickly melted by the high temperature, and causes
the seal failure. In order to avoid this problem, this embodiment
is shown in FIG. 4, a water drainage hole 41 with a diameter of
1-30 mm is designed at the inlet of the impeller 4, utilizing the
principle of vacuum at the inlet of impeller 4, water will be
sucked into the water drainage hole during operation, at the same
time, under the effect of impeller 4 rotation, the cooling water
will continue to circulate to the mechanical seal to dissipate
heat.
[0029] As shown in FIG. 5, the vibration absorbing bracket 5 adopts
an extended wings shape vibration absorbing bracket, and
installation hole 51 is disposed on the vibration absorbing bracket
5. When the conventional water pump is working, due to the
vibration of the motor itself and the water flow will generate a
lot of noise, the screw of the water pump will loosen under the
action of high amplitude, and the overall displacement will occur.
After a period of time, the motor will fail, in order to solve this
problem, the present invention utilize the characteristic of
balance and ductility of the body of wild geese to solve this
problem.
[0030] Further, the super-silent intelligent pump includes a noise
reduction device 7, the noise reduction device 7 is disposed
between the vibration absorbing bracket 5 and the pump body 1.
There is a gap of 0-50 mm between the noise reduction device 7 and
the motor 3. When the motor 3 is running, the vibration will be
transmitted to the pump body 1 and the vibration absorbing bracket
5, at this time, the noise reduction device 7 will absorb
vibration. And the vibration absorbing bracket 5 is extended in
contact with the ground to increase the contact area, thereby
further enhanced the effect of sound and vibration absorbing.
[0031] In this embodiment, the motor 3 adopts a brushless DC motor.
Conventional pump motors adopts brush motors, which use their high
speed to improve their self-priming performance, however, the
lifetime of brush motors is only 200 hours and the noise will reach
60 decibels during operation, long-time using pump at a high-noise
environments makes people irritable, in order to solve this
problem, the invention combines a brushless DC motor with a water
pump and has a service life of more than 2,000 hours, it works very
quiet to achieve the purpose of a high-efficiency and super-silent,
and the intelligent brushless motor has the effect of preventing
blocking, preventing no load, preventing burning, and
super-silent.
[0032] Among them, the motor 3 includes the motor front cover 31,
the motor shell 32, the stator (not shown in Figure), the rotor
(not shown in Figure), the motor rear cover 33, the controlling
board 34 and the PCB housing 35, the motor front cover 31 is
connected with the pump body 1 by screws, the stator and the rotor
are disposed in the motor shell 32, the motor shell 32 is connected
with the motor front cover 31 by screws, and the controlling board
34 is disposed in the motor rear cover 33, the heating components
on the controlling board 34 are attached with the motor rear cover
33, the motor rear cover 33 is connected with the motor shell 32 by
screws, and the PCB housing 35 is connected with the motor rear
cover 33 by screws.
[0033] In the above, the motor front cover 31 and the motor rear
cover 33 are made of cast iron or aluminum alloy or zinc alloy or
copper alloy; the motor shell 32 is made of cast iron or aluminum
alloy or zinc alloy.
[0034] The present invention has the following advantages comparing
with the existing technology:
[0035] 1. The pump body and the diffusing plate are designed as
one-piece integrated structure, and the design of the pump body
with the function of flow guiding avoided the complexity of the
previous assembly;
[0036] 2. The troubles of pre-filling water for each usage are
solved by improving the performance of the self-priming
structure;
[0037] 3. The problem of sealing heat dissipation is solved through
the design of impeller of water drainage structure, and therefore
the service life of pump itself is improved;
[0038] 4. The extended wings shaped design of the vibration
absorbing bracket solved the problem of vibration and stability of
water pump when in use;
[0039] 5. By utilizing the brushless DC motor, solved the problems
of energy saving and consumption and prevents motor from the risk
of blocking, no load and burning, which improves its service life
and reduces noise;
[0040] In summary, the self-priming without pre-filling water,
identifying water flow, super-silent intelligent water pump
provided by this invention has a pump body that is simple assembled
and has water diffusing function. It is stably performed. It
carries out self-priming and no necessity of water pre-filling. It
improves the self-priming performance. It solved the problem of
heat dissipation when the machine is sealed, and, it solved the
problem of vibration during use. It is energy saving and
consumption reduced. It improves the service life of water pump.
Meanwhile, it achieves the purpose of high efficient and
super-silent operation.
