Description

TECHNICAL FIELD

[0001] The present invention relates to the technical field of thermos, in particular to a thermos having multiple hermetical heat preservation structures and a glass liner easy to disassemble and assemble.

BACKGROUND

[0002] Thermos on the current market mainly comprise bottle bodies and bottle caps. By threaded connection between the bottle body and the bottle cap, a hermetical heat preservation space is formed. Existing thermos are irregular in quality, and usually cannot achieve a heat preservation effect. Heat in the bottle bodies is lost too fast, and problems such as poor airtightness, etc., exist. Secondly, in order to enhance the heat preservation property of traditional thermos, inner and outer walls of the bottle bodies are connected by welding. While in actual use, once the inner walls are damaged, the thermos lose the heat preservation property, and the thermos cannot continue to be used by replacing the inner walls. For this purpose, there is a need of a thermos which is better in airtightness, better in heat preservation property and more reliable and has a replaceable or removable glass liner.

SUMMARY

[0003] Objects of the present invention are to overcome defects of the prior art and to provide a thermos having multiple hermetical heat preservation structures and a glass liner easy to disassemble and assemble.

[0004] In order to realize the above objects, the present invention provides a thermos having multiple hermetical heat preservation structures and a glass liner easy to disassemble and assemble. The thermos comprises a bottle cap, a fixing cap, a water seal piece, a seal ring, the glass liner and a bottle body. External bottle body opening threads and internal bottle body opening threads are respectively molded on the outer side surface and the inner side surface of a bottle opening of the bottle body, wherein the external bottle body opening threads and the internal bottle body opening threads are respectively in thread fit with bottle cap threads molded on an inner side surface of the bottle cap and glass liner threads molded on an outer side surface of the glass liner. The seal ring sleeves the outer side surface of the glass liner, wherein when the bottle body and the glass liner are connected in a matching manner, a lower surface of the seal ring makes contact with a bottle opening edge of the bottle body. The fixing cap and an inner top of the bottle cap are connected in a matching manner. The water seal piece sleeves the fixing cap, wherein when the bottle body and the bottle cap are connected in a matching manner, the water seal piece and a bottle opening of the glass liner are matched hermetically.

[0005] Further, a fixing boss is formed on the inner top of the bottle cap, and the fixing boss is connected with a fixing clamping groove formed in the fixing cap in a matching manner.

[0006] Further, a plurality of raised ribs is molded on an outer side surface of the water seal piece.

[0007] Further, an inverted buckle matched with the top end of the fixing cap is molded on an inner side surface of the water seal piece.

[0008] Further, a vacuum hollow interlayer is disposed in the bottle body.

[0009] The present invention adopts the above solution and has the following beneficial effects. A thermos hermetical structure is formed by the bottle cap, the fixing cap, the water seal piece, the seal ring, the glass liner and the bottle body. The glass liner and the bottle body are connected and fixed by the threads. By compressing the seal ring vertically, easiness in replacement of the glass liner and a hermetical effect between the glass liner and the bottle body are realized. The bottle opening of the glass liner and the water seal piece cooperate with each other, thereby achieving water leakage preventing and hermetical effects. Meanwhile, by matching and connection among the bottle cap, the fixing cap and the water seal piece as well as the vacuum hollow interlayer of the bottle body, heat exchange between heat in the glass liner and external air is isolated. A heat preservation property of the thermos is further improved. Secondly, the glass liner has the characteristics of easiness in replacement and removal. Therefore, the thermos is enabled to be more durable, and the bottle body can be directly used by removing the glass liner.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

[0022] The present invention is further explained in combination with specific embodiments.

[0023] Referring to FIGS. 1 to 11, in the present embodiment, a thermos having multiple hermetical heat preservation structures and a glass liner easy to disassemble and assemble comprises a bottle cap 2, a fixing cap 5, a water seal piece 6, a seal ring 4, a glass liner 3 and a bottle body 1. External bottle body opening threads 11 and internal bottle body opening threads 12 are respectively molded on the outer side surface and the inner side surface of a bottle opening of the bottle body 1, wherein the external bottle body opening threads 11 and the internal bottle body opening threads 12 are respectively in thread fit with bottle cap threads 22 molded on an inner side surface of the bottle cap 2 and glass liner threads 31 molded on an outer side surface of the glass liner 3. The seal ring 4 sleeves the outer side surface of the glass liner 3, wherein when the bottle body 1 and the glass liner 3 are in threaded connection, a lower edge surface of the seal ring 4 makes contact with an opening edge of the bottle body 1, and a hermetical effect is achieved by compressing the seal ring 4 vertically through the bottle body 1 and the glass liner 3. A fixing boss 21 is formed on the inner top of the bottle cap 2. The fixing cap 5 is provided with a fixing clamping groove 51 matched with the fixing boss 21. The water seal piece 6 sleeves the fixing cap 5, wherein an inverted buckle 62 matched with the top end of the fixing cap 5 is molded on an inner side surface of the water seal piece 6. By disposing the inverted buckle 62, the water seal piece 6 can be more firmly connected to the fixing cap 5. A condition that the airtightness becomes poor caused by falling of the water seal piece 6 is avoided. A plurality of raised ribs 61 is molded on an outer side surface of the water seal piece 6. After the bottle body 1 and the bottle cap 2 are connected in a matching manner, the water seal piece 6 and the inner side surface of the glass liner 3 are matched. The water seal piece 6 prevents water leakage and achieves a hermetical effect with the glass liner 3. The plurality of raised ribs 61 is disposed to make contact with the inner side surface of the bottle opening of the glass liner 3. Therefore, the airtightness between the water seal piece 6 and the glass liner 3 is further enhanced. A hollow interlayer is disposed in the bottle body 1. When the glass liner 3 is placed in the bottle body 1, the heat of liquid in the glass liner 3 conduced out of the bottle body 1 via the bottle body 1 to be subjected to heat exchange with air is reduced. Therefore, heat loss is reduced. By formation and cooperative use of the above components, the thermos has multiple hermetical heat preservation structures. Therefore, the heat preservation property, reliability and airtightness of the thermos are further improved. Secondly, due to the characteristic of easiness in disassembly and assembly of the glass liner 3, the thermos has the characteristic of a replaceable or removable glass liner 3. Further, the thermos is enabled to be more durable. Meanwhile, when the glass liner 3 is damaged but not replaced yet or the glass liner 3 is not used according to the needs, the bottle body 1 can be directly used by removing the glass liner 3.

[0024] The foregoing embodiments are merely preferable embodiments of the present invention, and are not intended to define the present invention in any form. Any person skilled in the art can make more possible changes or modifications to the technical solution of the present invention or modify into equivalent embodiments of the present invention by using the technical content disclosed above without departing from the scope of the technical solution of the present invention. Thus, the content not departing from the technical solution of the present invention and identical and equivalent changes made according to a concept of the present invention all fall within a protective scope of the present invention.
