DYNAMIC ELASTIC ONE-WAY WATER-GUIDING SPORTSWEAR
Abstract
A dynamic elastic one-way water-guiding sportswear is formed
from a basic cloth. The basic cloth is made from a porous material
having capable of dynamically adsorbing and transferring liquid
water, and the dynamic transferring and guiding capability for
liquid water of the basic cloth is determined based on the
stretching ratio of the covered skin. The sportswear comprises an
elastic stretchable bands (1_1, 1_2) and a pressure fastening area
(2), wherein the elastic stretchable bands (1_1, 1_2) and the
pressure fastening area (2) have different mechanics transmission
properties. The elastic stretchable bands (1_1, 1_2) are used to
provide elastic protection for twisting and stretching driven by
the shoulders and legs, and the pressure fastening area (2) is used
to fasten and protect the soft tissues of the back and abdomen by
providing a pressure thereupon. During the stretching and
contraction process of dynamic exercise of the human body, the
sportswear can provide a corresponding elastic protection and
thermal-moisture comfort, an integration of improving the
kinesthetic sense, maintaining movement stability and safety.

Claims
1. A dynamic elastic one-way water-guiding sportswear, wherein the
whole of the sportswear is formed from a basic cloth which is made
from a porous material capable of dynamically adsorbing and
transferring liquid water, and the dynamic transferring and guiding
capability for liquid water of the basic cloth is determined based
on the stretching ratio of the covered skin, the sportswear
comprises an elastic stretchable band and a pressure fastening area
(2), wherein the elastic stretchable band and the pressure
fastening area (2) have different mechanics transmission
properties, the elastic stretchable band is used to provide elastic
protection for twisting and stretching driven by the shoulders and
legs, and the pressure fastening area (2) is used to fasten and
protect the soft tissues of the back and abdomen by providing a
pressure thereupon.
2. The dynamic elastic one-way water-guiding sportswear according
to claim 1, wherein the elastic stretchable band comprises an
oblique stretchable band (1_1) and a longitudinal stretchable band
(1_2); the longitudinal stretchable band (1_2) starts from the
upper part of a knee joint, stretches along the vertical axial
direction of the human body and covers the region where the human
body thigh muscle is located, and provides elastic stretching and
protection for quadriceps and the knee joint; the oblique
stretchable band (1_1) comprises at least one shoulder strap and
two mesh leg protection bands, the shoulder strap starts from a
shoulder on one side of the body, extends obliquely across the
upper body on the front and back sides of the body, and converges
on the other side of the body at a pressure fabric strip at the top
of the longitudinal stretchable band (1_2), and the mesh leg
protection bands extend downwardly from the convergence point of
the shoulder strap, bypass the poples, the knee joint, and the
longitudinally stretchable band (1_2) and wrap the tissues at the
two sides of the thighs and around the knee joint.
3. The dynamic elastic one-way water-guiding sportswear according
to claim 2, wherein the Young's modulus of the oblique stretchable
band (1_1) is 0.06 to 0.07 MPa and the Young's modulus of the
longitudinal stretchable band (1_2) is 0.07 to 0.09 MPa.
4. The dynamic elastic one-way water-guiding sportswear according
to claim 1, wherein the pressure fastening area (2) is cylindrical,
and fastens the lower part of the abdominal wall muscle group and
the back muscle group, and the upper edge of the pressure fastening
area (2) takes the lower boundary of the sternum as a reference and
the lower edge takes the boundary of the iliac crest of the pelvis
as a reference.
5. The dynamic elastic one-way water-guiding sportswear according
to claim 1, wherein the dynamic transferring and guiding capability
for the liquid water is determined based on the stretching ratio of
the covered skin as follows: measuring the stretched size of skin
at a corresponding part of the human body when standing and in the
state of movement, and obtaining the stretching ratio of skin
according to the stretched size of skin, so as to obtain the
stretching ratio of lining, and determining the dynamic
transferring and guiding capability for the liquid water according
to the stretching ratio of lining, wherein: when the stretching
ratio of the lining of the basic cloth is 50% or less, the dynamic
transferring and guiding capability for the liquid water of the
basic cloth is level 1 or above, and when the stretching ratio of
the lining is more than 50%, the dynamic transferring and guiding
capability for the liquid water is level 4 or above.
6. The dynamic elastic one-way water-guiding sportswear according
to claim 5, wherein at a region of the basic cloth corresponding to
the pressure fastening area (2), when the stretching ratio of the
lining is 30% or less, the dynamic transferring and guiding
capability for the liquid water of the basic cloth is level 1 or
above, and when the stretching ratio of the lining is more than
30%, the dynamic transferring and guiding capability for the liquid
water is level 4 or above.
7. The dynamic elastic one-way water-guiding sportswear according
to claim 1, wherein the Young's modulus of the pressure fastening
area (2) is 1-2 times of the Young's modulus of the elastic
stretchable band.
8. The dynamic elastic one-way water-guiding sportswear according
to claim 7, wherein the Young's modulus of the pressure fastening
area (2) is 1.5 times of the Young's modulus of the elastic
stretchable band.
9. The dynamic elastic one-way water-guiding sportswear according
to claim 1, wherein an anti-slip strip is provided at an opening
for wearing the sportswear.
Description
FIELD OF THE INVENTION
[0001] The present invention relates to the technical field of
apparel, and particularly, to a dynamic elastic one-way
water-guiding sportswear which achieves an integration of improving
the kinesthetic sense, maintaining movement stability and safety,
in particular focusing on mechanics and thermal-moisture comfort
and during stretching and contraction process of dynamic exercise
of human body.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0002] Sports enthusiasts and professional athletes will
unavoidably be injured in training and competition, and common
sports injuries include: abrasions, ligament injury and muscle
strain, and more serious injuries are dislocation and fracture.
Among the most popular sports, football and basketball bring a
greater chance of sports injury, and the commonly injured parts are
muscle strain and joint injury of the legs, feet, knees, waist and
back; for the other popular sports such as badminton, golf and
volleyball, if the athlete is not skillful damages to the muscle
and joint may result. The injured parts are mostly parts with
relative large dynamic movement, such as waist and abdomen muscle
groups, shoulder joints, shoulder muscle groups, and so on. No
matter what kind of sports injuries occur, they have a common
reason, which is reduction of body fitness and functions, muscle
sensitivity and movement stability, and change or abnormality in
technical movements caused by prolonged overloaded training or
during competition. Therefore, in addition to paying attention to
the techniques of the sports during usual training and doing
warm-up exercise before playing, it is also a very feasible measure
to wear an effective sports protection equipment for the purpose of
effectively preventing sports injuries. The sports protection
equipment are used not only for providing dynamic support to soft
tissues and joints and helping recovery of the sports injuries in a
traditional sense, but also should primarily aim at improving the
kinesthetic sense through the activation of soft tissue receptors,
accelerates the brain and motor nerve feedback speed to effectively
control and affect muscle response, and delays exercise fatigue in
the process of improving kinesthetic sense, so as to achieve the
purposes of improving athletic performance and helping to prevent
sports injuries.
[0003] In the patent searches, it has been found that, both in
China and abroad, the focus of existing sportswear/equipment having
protective functions are on the exterior design. For example,
Chinese Patent CN 102613725 A disclosed a new type of sportswear
which may be used as a sports bag after folding. Furthermore, 458
design patents for sportswear including CN 202907816 U, CN103462246
A, CN 87301120 and the like are revealed in a patent search with
SIPO. There are also a number of patents on protective sportswear,
such as European Patent EP1810649B1, and Japanese Patent CA2584636
A1, describing a sports equipment for providing a greater
frictional force on the inner surface of the clothing to simulate
the effect of bandage on the muscles and joints, so as to prevent
abrasions, contusions, muscle strain, sprains and fractures. There
are also a number of patents for the protection of local position
such as European patent EP2478783 A1 providing a special design for
the protection of male genital organ, and Chinese patent CN
202407149 U proposing a design including sports top wear and pants,
together with the shoulder sheath, waist sheath, knee sheath and
ankle sheath. These patents provide a design concept from the
perspective of protection. But there is no relevant patent for
invention on the combination and application of the material
property with the characteristics of the body parts and stretching
and changes of the muscles of the wearer during exercise,
especially, applicable invention of bio-functional designs in view
of the characteristics of body stretching during exercises
involving a degree of movement of the whole body. There is also no
relevant patent on the designing of a sports equipment with a view
to improving the kinesthetic sense and movement stability. Further,
there is no wearing test to verify change in the kinesthetic sense
of the wearer of these sports equipment.
[0004] Furthermore, a good sports equipment needs, in additional to
the all-round protective functions, considerations on the thermal
and humid comfort during the dynamic stretching process of the body
when the equipment is worn. A large number of research results show
that: during exercise, the various parts of the body will have
repeated stretching and contraction, a lot of heat is generated in
the process and most of heat is taken away in the form of sweat
evaporation. After sweating, due to the slow evaporation rate of
sweat, the loss of heat on the surface of the skin is blocked and
the core body temperature continues to rise, thus affecting the
athletic performance, meanwhile the wearer feels uncomfortable due
to the wet and sticky clothes. There are also athletes saying that,
after the rapid evaporation of water, they often feel wet and cold
when taking a rest, due to the sharp decline in the temperature of
the skin surface. For outdoor sports (such as golf, marathon,
etc.), the wet and cold feeling from the sweat is especially
obvious that the comfort of the wearer is affected. Therefore,
considerations on a good sports equipment should not only be about
its protective function, but also the wearing comfort when the
human body is stretching and contracting during the process of
dynamic exercise.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0005] The technical problem to be solved by the present invention
is that, in view of the above-mentioned deficiencies of the prior
art, there is provided a dynamic elastic one-way water-guiding
sportswear which achieves an integration of improving the
kinesthetic sense, maintaining movement stability and safety, in
particular focusing on mechanics and thermal-moisture comfort,
during stretching and contraction process of dynamic exercise of
human body.
[0006] The technical solution for solving the technical problem of
the invention is to provide a dynamic elastic one-way water-guiding
sportswear, and the whole of the sportswear is formed from a basic
cloth. The basic cloth is made from a porous material capable of
dynamic adsorbing and transferring liquid water, and the dynamic
transferring and guiding capability for liquid water of the basic
cloth depends on the stretching ratio on the covered skin. The
sportswear comprises an elastic stretchable band and a pressure
fastening area, wherein the elastic stretchable band and the
pressure fastening area have different mechanics transmission
properties. The elastic stretchable band is used for providing
elastic protection for twisting and stretching driven by the
shoulders and legs, and the pressure fastening area is used for
fastening and protecting the soft tissues of the back and abdomen
by providing a pressure thereupon.
[0007] In the dynamic elastic one-way water-guiding sportswear
according to the present invention, the elastic stretchable band
comprises an oblique stretchable band and a longitudinal
stretchable band;
[0008] the longitudinal stretchable band starts from the upper part
of a knee joint, stretches along the vertical axial direction of
the human body and covers the area where the human body thigh
muscle is located, and provides elastic stretching and protection
for a quadriceps and knee joint;
[0009] the oblique stretchable band comprises at least one shoulder
strap and two mesh leg protection bands. The shoulder strap starts
from a shoulder on one side of the body, extends obliquely across
the upper body on the front and back sides of the body, and
converges on the other side of the body at a pressure fabric strip
at the top of the longitudinal stretchable band. The mesh leg
protection bands extend downwardly from the convergence point of
the shoulder strap, bypass the poples, knee joint, and the
longitudinally stretchable band and wrap the tissues at the two
sides of the thighs and around the knees joint.
[0010] In the dynamic elastic one-way water-guiding sportswear
according to the present invention, the Young's modulus of the
oblique stretchable band is 0.06 to 0.07 MPa and the Young's
modulus of the longitudinal stretchable band is 0.07 to 0.09
MPa.
[0011] In the dynamic elastic one-way water-guiding sportswear
according to the present invention, the pressure fastening area is
cylindrical, and fastens the lower part of the abdominal wall
muscle group and the back muscle group. The upper edge of the
pressure fastening area takes the lower boundary of the sternum as
a references and the lower edge takes the boundary of the iliac
crest of the pelvis as a reference.
[0012] In the dynamic elastic one-way water-guiding sportswear
according to the present invention, the dynamic transferring and
guiding capability for liquid water is determined based on the
stretching ratio of the covered skin as follows: measuring the
stretched size of skin at a corresponding part of the human body
when standing and in the state of movement, and obtaining the
stretching ratio of skin according to the stretched size of skin,
so as to obtain the stretching ratio of lining, and determining the
transferring and guiding capability for the liquid water according
to the stretching ratio of lining, wherein: when the stretching
ratio of the lining of the basic cloth is 50% or less, the dynamic
transferring and guiding capability for the liquid water of the
basic cloth is level 1 or above, and when the stretching ratio of
the lining is more than 50%, the dynamic transferring and guiding
capability for liquid water is level 4 or above.
[0013] In the dynamic elastic one-way water-guiding sportswear
according to the present invention, at a region of the basic cloth
corresponding to the pressure fastening area, when the stretching
ratio of the lining is 30% or less, the dynamic transferring and
guiding capability for liquid water of the basic cloth is level 1
or above, and when the stretching ratio of the lining is more than
30%, the dynamic transferring and guiding capability for liquid
water is level 4 or above.
[0014] In the dynamic elastic one-way water-guiding sportswear
according to the present invention, the Young's modulus of the
pressure fastening area is 1-2 times of the Young's modulus of the
elastic stretchable band.
[0015] In the dynamic elastic one-way water-guiding sportswear
according to the present invention, the Young's modulus of the
pressure fastening area is 1.5 times of the Young's modulus of the
elastic stretchable band.
[0016] In the dynamic elastic one-way water-guiding sportswear
according to the present invention, an anti-slip strip is provided
at an opening for wearing the sportswear.
[0017] The dynamic elastic one-way water-guiding sportswear of the
present invention has the following beneficial effects: the elastic
stretchable band of the present invention may provide elastic
protection on twisting and stretching driven by the shoulders and
legs, the pressure fastening area may fasten and protect soft
tissues of the back and abdomen, and the basic cloth is made of a
porous material capable of dynamically adsorbing and transferring
liquid water, and may achieve dynamic perspiration based on the
stretching ratio of skin, adjust the wearer's skin surface
temperature and humidity levels, and maintain normal body
temperature when the wearer is static, and to effectively adsorb
and rapidly discharge sweat to the fabric surface so as to take
away the heat on skin surface during exercise. Therefore, during
the stretching and contraction process of dynamic exercise of the
human body, the sportswear can provide a corresponding elastic
protection and thermal-moisture comfort, an integration of
improving the kinesthetic sense, maintaining movement stability and
safety.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0023] To facilitate a clear understanding of the technical
features, objects and effects of the present invention, specific
embodiments of the present invention will now be described in
detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0024] Referring to FIG. 1, the dynamic elastic one-way
water-guiding sportswear according to the present invention
comprises an elastic stretchable band and a pressure fastening area
2. The elastic stretchable band and the pressure fastening area 2
have different mechanics transmission properties. The elastic
stretchable band is used to provide elastic protection for twisting
and stretching driven by the shoulders and legs, and the pressure
fastening area 2 is used to fasten and protect soft tissues of the
back and abdomen by providing a pressure thereupon. The two regions
mainly provide elastic protection and maintain the movement
stability during exercise. Meanwhile, the whole of the sportswear
of the present invention formed from a basic cloth, and the basic
cloth is made of a porous material having a function of dynamically
adsorbing and transferring liquid water, and the dynamic
transferring and guiding capability for liquid water of the basic
cloth is determined based on the stretching ratio of the covered
skin. Therefore, the function of dynamic elastic one-way
water-guiding is provided to adjust the temperature and humidity
levels of the skin surface of the wearer.
[0025] Wherein, the stretching ratio of the covered skin determines
the dynamic transferring and guiding capability for liquid water
as: measuring the stretched size of the skin at a corresponding
part of the human body when standing and in the state of movement,
and obtaining the stretching ratio of skin according to the skin
stretched size so as to obtain the stretching ratio of lining
(i.e., the level of changes caused to the fabric structure), and
determining the dynamic transferring and guiding capability for
liquid water according to the stretching ratio of skin, wherein,
the corresponding relationship between the stretching ratio of the
basic cloth and the dynamic transferring and guiding capability for
liquid water is shown as in Table 1 below.

[0026] As can be seen from the above table, when the stretching
ratio of the lining of the basic cloth is 50% or less, the dynamic
transferring and guiding capability for liquid water is level 1 or
above, and when the stretching ratio of the lining is more than
50%, the dynamic transferring and guiding capability for liquid
water is level 4 or above.
[0027] Preferably, in the region of the pressure fastening area 2,
being an area where the skin is stretched and perspiration is more
likely to occur, the region of the basic cloth corresponding to the
pressure fastening area 2 has a better dynamic transferring and
guiding capability for liquid water than other regions. Referring
to Table 2, which is a requirement grading table on the lining
stretching ratio and the dynamic transferring and guiding
capability for liquid water of the region of the basic cloth
corresponding to the pressure fastening area 2.

[0028] As can be seen from the above table, for the pressure
fastening area 2, when the stretching ratio of the lining is 30% or
less, the dynamic transferring and guiding capability for liquid
water is level 1 or above, and when the stretching ratio of lining
is more than 30%, the dynamic transferring and guiding capability
for liquid water is level 4 or above.
[0029] In other words, each region can achieve perspiration
function but the water guiding capability is not the same, which is
considered comprehensively according to the stretching ratio of
skin and perspiration in each region, to achieve maintaining normal
body temperature when the wearer is static, and to effectively
adsorb and rapidly discharge sweat to the fabric surface so as to
take away the heat from the skin surface during exercise.
[0030] Wherein, the method for providing "a porous material having
a dynamic adsorption and transfer function for liquid water" is
known in the art, and reference may be made to Chinese patent
application "Design Principle and Manufacturing Method of a Porous
Material Having a Dynamic Adsorption and Transfer Function,
201210378024.1". The measurement method for the composite index on
the dynamic transfer of liquid water can be found in the national
standard GB21655.2-2009, Evaluation of Wetness and Quick-Drying of
Textiles, Part 2, Dynamic Moisture Transfer Method.

stretchable band 1_1 and a longitudinal stretchable band 1_2:
[0032] The longitudinal stretchable band 1_2 starts from the upper
part of the knee joint, stretches along the vertical axial
direction of the human body, covers the region where the thigh
muscle of the human body is located, and provides elastic
stretching and protection for the quadriceps and the knee
joint;

shoulder strap and two mesh leg protection bands. The shoulder
strap starts from a shoulder on one side of the human body, extends
obliquely across the upper body on the front and the back sides of

band 1_2. The mesh leg protection bands extend downwardly from the

knee joint, and the longitudinally stretchable band 1_2, and wrap
the tissues at the two sides of the thighs and around the
knees.

intersect each other at the chest and the back to form two X-shaped
structures. If there is only one shoulder strap, part of a shoulder
strap above the intersection point of the two shoulder straps in
the two shoulder straps configuration is removed, to form two
"inverted Y" shape structures at the chest and the back.
[0035] It should be understood that basic design style of the
sportswear of the present invention may be adjusted according to
the various climate and difference in the types of sports, such as
sleeve/sleeveless, trousers/shorts, collar/collarless, and so on.
Hereinafter, specific embodiments of the dynamic elastic one-way
water-guiding sportswear according to the present invention will be
described with reference to specific sports.
[0036] FIG. 2 is a schematic view of a first embodiment of the
dynamic elastic one-way water-guiding sportswear according to the
present invention;
[0037] The first embodiment is for a golf player. Different sports
have different sports specific analysis methods and results, and a
golf swing action is one of the relatively complicated actions in
sports. In the whole swing and shot action, most muscles of the
body will participate in the entire swing action through stretching
and rapid contraction to provide energy for an accurate and
effective shot. Therefore, taking the golf swing and shot action as
an example, the muscle group and important joints involved in
actions including standing, gripping the golf club, aiming,
backswing, swinging, and finishing etc. are analyzed in detail. And
taking the golf as an example to divide regions and discuss the
design and fabric requirements.
[0038] With reference to FIG. 2, this sportswear is designed as a
one-piece sportswear formed in one step. The vest-like upper part
is designed to connect with middle to long over-the-knee pants and
wrap the knee joint, and the lower part is designed to have an open
crotch, so as to reduce the pressure on the legs and the crotch and
thereby emphasizing the improvement of the kinesthetic sense on the
other parts, and it is convenience for a male wearer to go to the
restroom during exercise in the outdoor stadium.
[0039] More preferably, an anti-slip strip is provided at an
opening for wearing the sportswear, such as sleeve openings,
shoulder straps, trouser legs openings, and the like. The anti-slip

process, and thereby guarantees the effectiveness of the dynamic

1_2. The design of the oblique stretchable band 1_1 and the
longitudinal stretchable band 1_2 can be flexibly changed according
to the type of sport. For example, as for golf in the present
embodiment, the left and right shoulders of the human body have
different movement manifestations in the whole swing, so that
different designs are required for the left and right shoulders.
For example, during backswing, the right shoulder joint of
right-handed athletes mainly shows outward rotation and retraction
movements, while the left side shoulder joint shows abducent,
inward rotation and stretching states, during which, triceps and
supraspinatus are the mainly involved muscle groups, and after
finishing of the backswing, they are ready to pass the power to a
club at any time like a tight slingshot to complete the process of
effective swing and shot. During the process from swinging to
finishing, the arm muscles and rotator cuff muscle group quickly
contract to pass the power to the hitting point quickly, and assist
the center of the whole body to shift and maintain the balance of
the body. The probability of injury for the left shoulder of a
professional golfer is second only to the most vulnerable waist and
wrists. In order to prevent the shoulder joint from exceeding its
maximum range of movement or related muscle strain caused by the
inertia due to the rapid action of swing during the process of
finishing, the design of the shoulders of the sportswear should
have the function of helping stretching of the triceps and rotator
cuff muscle group, and effective braking to protect the shoulder
joints.

invention comprises one shoulder strap and two mesh leg protection

during exercise, achieving the function of dynamic elastic one-way
water guiding. This sportswear can provide a pressure of 15-37 mmHg
on the upper part of the shoulder strap, a pressure of 5-8 mmHg on
the front chest, and a pressure of 5-12 mmHg on the back.

fabric structure is designed to provide a preferred Young's modulus
of 0.07-0.09 MPa to the wearer. The water guiding capability of
this part is the same as that of the oblique stretchable band 1_1.
This sportswear can provide the pressure of 10-20 mmHg on the front
of the thigh.

waist and abdomen region containing the anterior abdominal muscle
group and the lower half of the back muscle group, such as the
latissimus dorsi and the lumbar fascia, in a circular manner. The

support and protection of the waist and abdomen, this set of
equipment is further equipped with a highly elastic waist band of
width 10-30 cm, preferably 20 cm, the tightness of which can be
adjusted. This waist band can be used alone or as an additional
component to be used together with the equipment. This sportswear
can provide a pressure of 6-12 mmHg for the abdomen, and a pressure
of 8-19 mmHg on the waist.
