Abstract
An electric mattress (1) includes a mattress frame (10)
including a backrest section (101), a seat section (102), a thigh
section (103) supporting a user's thighs, and a shank section (104)
supporting a user's shanks, and a mattress cover (11) enclosing the
mattress frame (10). The backrest section (101) and the seat
section (102), the seat section (102) and the thigh section (103),
and the thigh section (103) and the shank section (104) are
rotatably connected, and angles between the backrest section (101)
and the seat section (102), and between the seat section (102) and
the thigh section (103) are able to be adjusted to predetermined
angles.

Claims
1. An electric mattress comprising: a mattress frame including a
backrest section, a seat section, a thigh section supporting a
user's thighs, and a shank section supporting a user's shanks, and
a mattress cover enclosing the mattress frame, wherein, the
backrest section and the seat section, the seat section and the
thigh section, and the thigh section and the shank section are
rotatably connected, and angles between the backrest section and
the seat section, and between the seat section and the thigh
section are able to be adjusted to predetermined angles.
2. The electric mattress according to claim 1, wherein, the seat
section is provided with a first electric driving device and a
second electric driving device, the first electric driving device
drives the backrest section to rotate relative to the seat section,
and the second electric driving device drives the thigh section to
rotate relative to the seat section.
3. The electric mattress according to claim 2, wherein, the first
electric driving device drives the backrest section to rotate
upward relative to the seat section, and the second electric
driving device drives the thigh section to rotate upward relative
to the seat section while the shank section rotates downward
relative to the thigh section by gravity.
4. The electric mattress according to claim 3, wherein, the first
electrical driving device includes a first motor, and a first motor
pushrod connected thereto, the first motor is fixed to a first
motor mount of the seat section, and the first motor pushrod is
fixed to a first motor pushrod mount which is fixed to a rotary
shaft rotating along with the backrest section; the second electric
driving device includes a second motor and a second motor pushrod
connected thereto, the second motor is fixed to a second motor
mount of the seat section, and the second motor pushrod is fixed to
a second motor pushrod mount which is fixed to a rotary shaft
rotating along with the thigh section.
5. The electric mattress according to claim 3, wherein, the angle
between the backrest section and the seat section is in a range
from 104 degrees to 180 degrees, and the angle between the thigh
section and the seat section is in a range from 138 degrees to 180
degrees.
6. The electric mattress according to claim 3, wherein, the
mattress frame further includes a base section that is securely
connected to the bottom of the seat section.
7. The electric mattress according to claim 3, wherein, the
mattress cover has a sponge as an internal layer, and a jute board
as an outer layer.
8. The electric mattress according to claim 1, further including: a
controller that separately controls the first electric driving
device and the second electric driving device.
9. The electric mattress according to claim 8, wherein, the
controller is a wire controller.
10. The electric mattress according to claim 8, wherein, the
controller is a wireless controller.
Description
TECHNICAL FIELD
[0001] The present utility model relates to a mattress, and more
particularly to an electric mattress capable of adjusting angles
between components of an electric mattress.
BACKGROUND
[0002] As living standards and quality of life keep on improving,
adjustable beds are needed, so that people can choose the most
comfortable lying posture according to personal preference. Bed
with this function is called pulldown bed.
[0003] In the prior art, the pulldown beds usually have a fixed bed
frame and a movable body. Specifically, such a pulldown bed has a
driving device on the bed frame to move the front, middle and rear
portion of the body to appropriately adjust angles between the
above components to meet various needs of different users. If the
driving device is a motor, the pulldown bed is called an electric
bed.
[0004] In the prior art, the body of the pulldown bed has a body
frame and a mattress, the body frame is formed by movably bolting
multiple-node decks or racks, the mattress is formed by putting
plural mattress bodies together, each of the mattress bodies has a
size corresponding to the decks or racks. The mattress bodies can
be arranged to be independent from each other, or are joined
together, by a bedspread, to form an integral mattress.
[0005] As described above, in the prior art, each part of the
pulldown bed is relatively independent, the driving device of the
bed frame is usually exposed, and the structure of the pulldown bed
is more or less cumbersome. This makes the pulldown bed
inconvenient in use. In addition, since generally the bed frame is
heavy, it is usually only used indoors, and it is difficult to
change the location once the pulldown bed is set to a position,
this makes the pulldown bed quite inconvenient in use. Furthermore,
the aesthetical fatigue may be caused after the pulldown bed is
used for a long time.
SUMMARY
[0006] In view of the above problems, the present utility model
provides an electric mattress capable of adjusting angles between
components of the electric mattress flexibly and easily.
[0007] According to the first aspect of the utility model, an
electric mattress comprising: a mattress frame including a backrest
section, a seat section, a thigh section supporting a user's
thighs, and a shank section supporting a user's shanks, and a
mattress cover enclosing the mattress frame (10), wherein, the
backrest section and the seat section, the seat section and the
thigh section, and the thigh section and the shank section are
rotably connected, and angles between the backrest section (101)
and the seat section, and between the seat section and the thigh
section are able to be adjusted to predetermined angles.
[0008] According to the second aspect of the utility model, the
seat section is provided with a first electric driving device and a
second electric driving device, the first electric driving device
drives the backrest section to rotate relative to the seat section,
and the second electric driving device drives the thigh section to
rotate relative to the seat section.

first electric driving device drives the backrest section to rotate
upward relative to the seat section, and the second electric
driving device drives the thigh section to rotate upward relative
to the seat section, while the shank section rotates downward
relative to the thigh section by gravity.

first electrical driving device includes a first motor, and a first
motor pushrod connected thereto, the first motor is fixed to a
first motor mount of the seat section, and the first motor pushrod
is fixed to a first motor pushrod mount which is fixed to a rotary
shaft rotating along with the backrest section; the second electric
driving device includes a second motor and a second motor pushrod
connected thereto, the second motor is fixed to a second motor
mount of the seat section, and the second motor pushrod is fixed to
a second motor pushrod mount which is fixed to a rotary shaft
rotating along with the thigh section.

angle between the backrest section and the seat section is in a
range from 104 degrees to 180 degrees, and the angle between the
thigh section and the seat section is in a range from 138 degrees
to 180 degrees.

mattress frame further includes a base section that is securely
connected to the bottom of the seat section.

mattress of the present utility model has a built-in motor, it

used indoors or outdoors, as long as there is power supply nearby.
Moreover, according to the present utility model, the mattress and
the bed frame can be separated, and this allows various needs of
consumers in different situations to be met.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION
[0029] In the following, specific embodiments of the electric
mattress according to the present utility model is described in
detail in conjunction with the accompanying drawings to further
clarify the present utility model clearer. In the drawings, the
same or corresponding components are given the same reference
numerals. It should be noted that the following descriptions are
just preferred embodiments of the present utility model, and the
present utility model is not limited to the embodiments.
[0030] FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the electric mattress 1
according to an embodiment of the utility model.
[0031] As shown in FIG. 1, different from the prior art, the
electric mattress 1 does not need to be used with the bed frame.
Because a built-in electric driving device (not shown) is provided
in the electric mattress 1, the electric mattress 1 can be adjusted
to any desired angular position comfortable to the user, for
example, as shown in FIG. 1, when the backrest section is raised,
it is convenient for a user to lie thereon to read, and it is also
convenient for crippled elderly to live independently. When the
thigh section is raised, it is possible to improve blood
circulation, reduce heart pressure, and thus improve heart
health.
[0032] The electric mattress 1 of this embodiment needs an external
power supply, and it can be put at any place as long as a power
supply is available, for example, a living room, a balcony, or a
courtyard. Alternatively, the electric mattress 1 may have a
built-in rechargeable power source. In this case, the electric
mattress may have broader application, as long as a power supply is
available.

has a controller that controls a built-in electric driving device
of the mattress, thereby adjusting angles between components of the
electric mattress. The controller may be a wired controller, or a
wireless controller.

the outside of the electric mattress 1 may be covered by a
"detachable cover".

steel frame 20 functioning as a skeleton and an iron sheet 21
functioning as a surface supporting element. The mattress frame 10
may also be composed of an iron frame and a steel mesh.

and a jute board 23. Side surfaces of the mattress frame 10 are
formed by a high-resilience sponge, bottom surface is formed by an
ordinary sponge, and top surface, in order for user's comfort, is
formed by a double-layer structure of high resilience sponge and
jute board. Alternatively, according to various requirements of
users, coir can be used instead of jute.

backrest section 101, a seat section 102, a thigh section 103 and a

section 103 and the shank section 104 are rotably connected, and
angles between the backrest section 101 and the seat section 102,

same as an ordinary mattress.

frame 10 is rotated upwardly relative to the seat section 102, the

section 102, while the shank section 104 rotates downwardly

rotation fixing plates 114. The first motor pushrod mount 112 is

motor pushrod mount 112 and the rotation fixing plates 114 are
fixed to the rotary shaft 113 and rotate therewith. The rotation
fixing plates 114 are fixed to the backrest section 101, and drive
the backrest section 101 to rotate together when the rotary shaft
113 is rotated.

to the thigh section 103. Because connections between the seat
section 102 and the backrest section 101 and the thigh section 103
have been described in detail in connection with FIG. 5A,
overlapping description is omitted here. In addition, the seat
section 102 is provided with screw holes 121' and 122' to fix the
seat section 102 to the base section 105 by bolts.

[0064] The second motor pushrod 109 is connected to the second
motor pushrod mount 115. The second motor pushrod mount 115 and the

thigh section 103, and drive the thigh section 103 to rotate
together when the rotary shaft 116 rotates. Further, as shown in
FIG. 9, at one side of the thigh section 103, there is provided a
pair of connectors 119 for engagement with the shank section

the mattress frame 10. One side of the shank section 104, there is
provided a pair of U-shaped connectors 120. The connectors 119 of
the thigh section 103 are engaged with the U-shaped connectors of

thigh section 103 and the shank section 104.

Role of the base section 15 is to support and keep equilibrium of
the entire mattress frame 10.

model as described above, angles between the backrest section 101
and the seat section 102, and between the seat section 102 and the
thigh section 103 can be continuously adjusted to any angle, as
desired by the user, within a certain range, which allows the user
to easily find the most comfortable posture of the electric
mattress, so that the electric mattress comfortably support the
user's back, buttocks, thighs and shanks. Further, after a period
of time of use, the user can change the angle between the backrest
section 101 and the seat section 102, or the angle between the seat
section 102 and the thigh section 103 at any time to change his
posture.

utility model is not limited to the embodiments. Those of ordinary
skill in the art can make various changes and modifications,
without departing from the spirit and substance of the utility
