TOY ASSEMBLING STRUCTURE

Abstract

The invention provides a toy assembling structure, including at least one body. The body is closed looped and has an inner edge and an outer edge. At least one pair of inner assembling slots and outer assembling slots are formed on the inner and outer edges respectively and opposite to each other. Each of the inner assembling slot has an opening and an inner guiding edge formed adjacent to the opening. Each of the outer assembling slot has an opening and an outer guiding edge formed adjacent to the opening. when in assembly process, the toy assembling structure of the invention has multiple bodies to construct a toy assembly. Detailly, the inner assembling slots of a body engage with the outer assembling slots of another body, and outer assembling slots engage with the inner assembling slots of other bodies. By this way, the bodies combined with each other and thus construct a toy assembly. With the toy assembling structure of the invention, it is easier to build toys with a unique style, novel visual design and appearance with respect to the spatial planning of variability.

Claims



1. A toy assembling structure, including at least one body being closed looped and having an inner edge and an outer edge; wherein said inner edge has at least one pair of inner assembling slots formed on the inner edge and opposite to each other, each of the inner assembling slot has an opening; and said outer edge has at least one pair of outer assembling slots formed on the outer edge and opposite to each other, each of the outer assembling slot has an opening; and the pair of inner assembling slots being adapted to engage a pair of outer assembling slots of an other body, respectively; the pair of outer assembling slots being adapted to engage a pair of inner assembling slots of the other body, respectively.

2. The toy assembling structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein each of the inner assembling slot has an opening and an inner guiding edge formed adjacent to the opening; and each of the outer assembling slot has an opening and an outer guiding edge formed adjacent to the opening.

3. The toy assembling structure as claimed in claim 2, wherein the body is having one pair of inner assembling slots on the inner edge, and two pairs of outer assembling slots on the outer edge.

4. The toy assembling structure as claimed in claim 2, wherein the body is having two pairs of inner assembling slots on the inner edge, and one pair of outer assembling slots on the outer edge.

5. The toy assembling structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein the body is having one pair of inner assembling slots on the inner edge, and two pairs of outer assembling slots on the outer edge.

6. The toy assembling structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein the body is having two pairs of inner assembling slots on the inner edge, and one pair of outer assembling slots on the outer edge.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0001] 1. Field of the Invention

[0002] The invention is relative to toy, particularly, to a toy assembling structure to build toys with a unique style, novel visual design and appearance.

[0003] 2. Description of the Prior Art

[0004] Product or appliance design has become a highly important part of industry, as the market demand for both functionality and are rapidly developed in recent years. Products in the entertainment industry like toys, for example, are designed to have attractive appearance and creative structure, to provide better user experience and utility.

[0005] As for the assembling toys, particularly, with the technology development and market demand changes, has been substantially redesigned for many times. With the increasing demands for both aesthetics and ingenuity, the market has been always challenging the capability of designers from the industry.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0006] An objective of the invention is to provide a toy assembling structure, which can be customized in any way to build toys with a unique style, novel visual design and appearance with respect to the spatial planning of variability.

[0007] To achieve aforesaid objective, the toy assembling structure of the invention includes at least one body.

[0008] The body is closed looped and has an inner edge and an outer edge.

[0009] Said inner edge has at least one pair of inner assembling slots, said at least one pair of the inner assembling slots are formed on the inner edge and opposite to each other. Each of the inner assembling slot has an opening and an inner guiding edge formed adjacent to the opening.

[0010] Said outer edge has at least one pair of outer assembling slots. Said at least one pair of the outer assembling slots are formed on the outer edge and opposite to each other. Each of the outer assembling slot has an opening and an outer guiding edge formed adjacent to the opening.

[0011] Preferably, the inner edge of the toy assembling structure of the invention has one pair of inner assembling slots, while the outer edge has two pairs of outer assembling slots.

[0012] Preferably, the inner edge of the toy assembling structure of the invention has two pairs of inner assembling slots, while the outer edge and one pair of outer assembling slots.

[0013] When in assembly process, the toy assembling structure of the invention has multiple bodies to construct a toy assembly. Detailly, the inner assembling slots of a body engage with the outer assembling slots of another body, and outer assembling slots engage with the inner assembling slots of other bodies. By this way, the bodies combined with each other and thus construct a toy assembly.

[0014] With the toy assembling structure of the invention, it is easier to build toys with a unique style, new toy visual design and appearance with respect to the spatial planning of variability.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

[0024] With reference to FIGS. 1 and 2, the toy assembling structure of the invention includes:

[0025] a body (1a), which is closed looped and has an inner edge (10a) and an outer edge (11a).

[0026] Said inner edge (10a) has at least one pair of inner assembling slots (100a), said at least one pair of the inner assembling slots (100a) are formed on the inner edge (10a) and opposite to each other. Each of the inner assembling slots (100a) has an opening and an inner guiding edge (101a) formed adjacent to the inner assembling slots (100a).

[0027] Said outer edge (11a) has at least one pair of outer assembling slots (110a), said at least one pair of the outer assembling slots (110a) are formed on the outer edge (11a) and opposite to each other. Each of the outer assembling slots (110a) has an opening and an outer guiding edge (111a) formed adjacent to the opening.

[0028] In a preferable embodiment, the inner edge (10a) of the body (1a) of the toy assembling structure of the invention has one pair of inner assembling slots (100a), while has two pairs of the outer assembling slots (110a) on the outer edge (11a).

[0029] Furthermore, with reference to FIGS. 3 and 4, in another embodiment, the toy assembling structure of the invention includes:

[0030] a body (1b), which is closed looped and has an inner edge (10b) and an outer edge (11b).

[0031] Said inner edge (10b) has two pair of inner assembling slots (100b). the inner assembling slots (100b) are opposite to each other and has an opening and a inner guiding edge (101b) formed adjacent to the opening.

[0032] Said outer edge (11b) has at least one pair of outer assembling slots (110b). Said at least one pair of the outer assembling slots (110b) are formed on the outer edge (11b) and opposite to each other. Each of the outer assembling slot (110b) has an and an outer guiding edge (111b) formed adjacent to the opening.

[0033] In this embodiment, two pairs of inner assembling slots (100b) are formed on the inner edge (10b) of the body (1b), while one pair of outer assembling slots (110b) are formed on the outer edge (11b).

[0034] With reference to FIGS. 5, 6, 7 and 8, when in an assembly process, the toy assembling structure of the invention implements multiple bodies (1a) and bodies (1b) that combined with each other to construct a toy assembly.

[0035] Detailly, the inner assembling slots (100a) of the body (1a), by guidance of the inner guiding edge (101a), engages with the outer assembling slots (110b) of the body (1b). Then, the outer assembling slots (110a) of the body (1a), by guidance of the outer guiding edge (111a), engages with the inner assembling slots (100b) of the body (1b).

[0036] By this way, the bodies (1a, 1b) combined with each other and thus construct a toy assembly (as shown in FIG. 9) that may be implemented as a lamp with light source like LEDs or Light balls installed therein. With the toy assembling structure of the invention, it is easier to build toys with a unique style, novel visual design and appearance with respect to the spatial planning of variability.
