frame portion. The basket body has a bottom portion and a sidewall
portion disposed along an edge of the bottom portion and extending
upwardly. The sidewall portion comprises an integrating portion at
an end opposite of the bottom portion. The frame portion has a
looped shape corresponding to the integrating portion of the woven
basket body and comprises a connecting inner edge corresponding to
an inner side of the frame portion and an outer edge corresponding
to an outer side of the frame portion. The frame portion utilizes
the connecting inner edge to secure onto the integrating portion of
the woven basket body by welding, hot press or punching methods,
and the outer edge of the frame portion is disposed adjacent to an
outer edge of the sidewall portion.

Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0001] 1. Field of the Invention
[0002] The present invention relates to a basket, and more
particularly to a frame structure for a basket.
[0003] 2. Description of the Related Art
[0004] Currently, a conventional woven basket, as shown in FIGS.
7-9, the basket 40 comprises a basket body 41 and a frame 42. The
basket body 41 is provided with an straight edge 411, and the frame
42 is disposed adjacent to an outer side of the edge 411 and welded
together. A length of the edge is longer than the frame 42, and the
length difference needs to be cut off. Furthermore, a raw edge of
the cut the edge 411 needs to be polished to complete the basket
body. However, the basket 40 is formed by welding the edge 411 of
basket body 41 onto the frame 42 and finishing procedure for the
edge 411, which is costly and might cause some quality issue.
Moreover, the combination strength between the basket body 41 and
the frame 42 might be weak and causing the frame 42 vulnerable to
be damaged. Last, the convention structure is not suitable for
typical drawer track application.
[0005] Therefore, it is desirable to provide a combination of a
faucet handle and a control valve to mitigate and/or obviate the
aforementioned problems.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0006] An objective of the present invention is to provide an
improved frame for a basket, which is easy to manufacture and
provides better steadiness.
[0007] In order to achieve the above mentioned objective, a frame
structure for a basket comprises: a woven basket body and a frame
portion. The basket body is a woven basket with a diamond-shaped
weave and comprises a bottom portion and a sidewall portion
disposed along an edge of the bottom portion and extending
Furthermore, a substantially
90.degree. angle is formed between the connecting inner edge and
the outer edge such that the frame portion has an L-shaped cross
section. The frame portion utilizes the connecting inner edge to
secure onto the integrating portion of the woven basket body by
welding, hot press or punching methods, and the outer edge of the
frame portion is disposed adjacent to an outer edge of the sidewall
portion.
[0008] The basket body is a woven basket with a diamond-shaped
weave and comprises the bottom portion and the sidewall portion,
and the integrating portion at an opening edge. The connecting
inner edge of the frame portion is placed against the integrating
portion and secured such that the outer edge of the frame portion
is disposed adjacent to an outer edge of the sidewall portion. The
entire process is fast and simple. Furthermore, the outer edge ends
the integrating portion, there is no need for finishing process for
the woven basket body. In addition, the outer edge of the frame
portion is capable of slidably mounted on the drawer track.
Moreover, the drawer track is provided with a limiting member which
can be placed between the sidewall portion of the woven basket body
and the outer edge of the frame portion, to prevent the woven
basket body from falling.
