Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0001] 1. Field of the Invention
[0002] The present invention relates to hair accessories, and more
particularly to a hair accessory anti-slip structure, which
comprises a plurality of elastic silicon rubber pins or elastic
plastic pins distributed over the hair-contact surface of the hair
accessory for securing the hair accessory positively to the hair,
preventing slipping of the hair accessory from the arranged hair.
The invention relates also to the formation of the anti-slip
structure on the hair accessory.
[0003] 2. Description of the Related Art
[0004] In order to enhance the positioning stability of a hair
accessory on the hair, the hair-contact surface of the hair
accessory is designed to provide an anti-slip design consisting of
a plurality of raised portions. However, the protruding height of
the raised portions is limited. Highly protruded raised portions
will increase the manufacturing cost and the weight of the
accessory, and will also destruct the sense of beauty. If the
height of the raised portions is insufficient, the expected
anti-slip effect cannot be achieved. FIGS. 10-11 illustrates a hair
clip (7) with an anti-slip structure according to the prior art.
According to this design, the hair clip (7) comprises two clamping
plates hinged together and loaded with a torsion spring, and an
anti-slip structure, which comprises a plurality of patching strips
(8) made by injection-molding. Each patching strip (8) comprises a
plurality of pins (81). The patching strips (8) are respectively
bonded to the claws (71) of each clamping plate of the hair clip
(7). This prior art design of hair clip (7) has the drawback of
complicated manufacturing process. Further, bonding the patching
strips (8) to the hair clip (7) greatly increases the weight and
affects the sense of beauty.

[0005] The present invention has been accomplished under the
circumstances in view. It is the main object of the present
invention to provide a hair accessory, which comprises a hair
accessory body, and an anti-slip structure consisting of a
plurality of elastic silicon rubber pins or elastic plastic pins
and molded on at least one part of the hair accessory body. The
formation of the anti-slip structure on the hair accessory includes

the filling holes of the mold and the molten material flow passages
into the elastic silicon rubber pin cavities to mold elastic pins
on the hair accessory, and the step of opening the mold and
removing the hair accessory with integrated elastic pins from the
mold after cooled down.

[0037] opening the mold (5) and removing the hair clip (6) with
integrated elastic silicon rubber pins (3) (or elastic plastic
pins) from the mold (5) after cooled down.
[0038] Further, the elastic silicon rubber pins (3) (or elastic
plastic pins) from the mold (5) can be straight pins, as

pins (3') (or elastic plastic pins) can be respectively configured
to provide a clawed tip (31') for hooking on the hair (A) (as
illustrated in FIG. 9).
[0039] Although particular embodiments of the invention have been
