end and unconnected at an opposite end, each of the kicking
elements having an external surface; at least one grip situated on
at least a portion of the handle, and the grip comprising a
plurality of ridges, the grip is situated on the same side where
the two kicking elements are connected to one another; and at least
one insert extending from a portion of the external surface of the
first kicking element.
[0007] In another embodiment, the insert is constructed of a foam
material or a gel material or any padded material.
[0008] In yet another embodiment, the handle comprises a protruding
element at one end designed to support the bottom of a holder's
hand. In still another embodiment, the protruding element is
situated on the same side where the two kicking elements are
connected to one another.
[0009] In a further embodiment, the paddle further comprises a
second insert protruding from a portion of the external surface of
the first kicking element. In still yet another embodiment, the
inserts extend from the external surfaces of the kicking elements
forming targets for kicking.

elements, 3a and 3b, are connected at one end and unconnected at an
opposite end, and each of the kicking elements having external
surfaces, 4a and 4b respectively. The paddle 1 comprising at least
one grip 5 situated on at least a portion of the handle 2, and the
grip 5 comprising a plurality of ridges 6. The grip 5 is situated
on the same side where the two kicking elements, 3a and 3b, are
connected to one another. The kicking elements, 3a and 3b, comprise
at least one insert 7a extending from a portion of the external
surface 4a of the first kicking element 3a.
[0025] The insert 7 is constructed of a foam material or a gel
material or any padded material or any soft material padding
material.
[0026] The handle 2 comprises a protruding element 8 at one end
designed to support the bottom of a holder's hand. The protruding

from a portion of the external surface 4b of the first kicking
element 3b. The inserts, 7a and 7b, are elevated and extend
outwardly from the external surfaces, 4a and 4b, of the kicking
elements, 3a and 3b, and form targets for kicking.
[0028] The ridges 6 are designed to fit the fingers of a holder.
The paddle 1 further comprises a loop 9 situated at the bottom 1b
of the handle 2. The two kicking elements, 3a and 3b, contacted one
another to make noise when a user kicks at least one of the
inserts, 7a or 7b.
