CONTACT LENS CASE STRUCTURE

Abstract

A contact lens case structure includes: a main body, one end thereof being open and another end thereof being closed to form an accommodation space, at least one elastic element being configured inside the main body, and one end of the elastic element being configured with a carrier configured with holes; and a cover, in connection with the open end of the main body to close the accommodation space, and at least one positioning portion being configured inside the cover. The positioning portions press the carrier downward to compress the elastic elements, thereby accepting a contact lens in the accommodation space. When the cover is separated from the case, an elastic restoring force of the elastic element pushes the carrier upward to move the contact lens to the top end of the main body in such a way to be convenient for a user to take it out.

Description

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION

[0001] The present invention relates to a contact lens case structure, achieving convenient accommodation, cleaning and taking-out of a contact lens effectively through elastic elements, a carrier, a cover and positioning portions.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PRIOR ART

[0002] Accompanying the progress of technologies, eyes are used more frequently. Why modern people become near-sighted mainly is using smart phone or tablet computer too often, seeing television for a long period of time, or studying too hard.

[0003] To maintain a normal visual function effectively, near-sighted people will wear glasses. But, many people like to wear contact lenses in stead of general glasses for the sake of beauty and action convenience. However, wearing contact lenses too long is easy to make corneas hypoxia and further to damage corneas. For this reason, contact lenses must be taken down from eyes and then placed in a contact lenses case for cleaning in order to be used again after being worn for a period of time

[0004] Conventional contact lenses case has at least one case body, one end of which is open and another end of which is closed so as to form an accommodation space. Furthermore, a cover is in connection with the open end of the case body to close the accommodation space. Upon use, contact lens solution is poured into the accommodation space, and the contact lenses are taken down form eyes and placed in the accommodation spaces for cleaning, thereby achieving the effective accommodation and cleaning of contact lenses.

[0005] However, the contact lenses case can achieve the effect of accommodating and cleaning contact lenses, but when contact lens is needed to take out from the case, fingers have to be taken into the groove of the case or a plastic clip is used to take out the contact lens; if fingers are used to take out the contact lens, it is not only very inconvenient but easy to scratch the lens due to nails, or if the plastic clip is used to taken out the lens, the lens is easy to slide around and even to be broken if a clipping force is too large upon the clipping. Therefore, the conventional contact lenses case cannot be counted as products having a good design.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0006] To improve a contact lens case and overcome the defect of the uneasy taking-out of contact lens from conventional contact lenses cases mentioned above, which is the main object of the present invention, the present invention is proposed.

[0007] To achieve the object mentioned above, the present invention proposes a contact lens case structure, including: a main body, one end thereof being open and another end thereof being closed to form an accommodation space, at least one elastic element being configured inside the main body, and one end of the elastic element being configured with a carrier; and a cover, in connection with the open end of the main body to close the accommodation space, and at least one positioning portion being configured inside the cover.

[0008] The elastic element mentioned above is a plastic spring.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

[0009] FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the present invention;

[0010] FIG. 2 is an exploded view of the present invention;

[0011] FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view of the present invention;

[0012] FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view of the present invention in a use state of the placement of a contact lens;

[0013] FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view of the present invention in a use state of covering a cover on a main body;

[0014] FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view of the present invention in a use state of separating the cover from the main body; and

[0015] FIG. 7 is a perspective view and exploded view of a contact lenses case according to the present invention.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0016] Referring to FIGS. 1 to 3, which respectively are a perspective view, cross-sectional view of the present invention, the present invention mainly includes a main body 1, where one end of the main body 1 is open, and another end thereof is closed so as to form an accommodation space 11.

[0017] Furthermore, inside the main body 1 is configured with at least one elastic element 2, one end of which is in connection with a carrier 3 and another end of which the bottom of the main body 1. Here, the carrier 3 is configured with a plurality of holes 31 distributed thereon. Furthermore, a cover 4 is in connection with the open end of the main body 1 for the closing of the accommodation space 11, and has at least one positioning portion 41 configured on the inside thereof.

[0018] The elastic element 2 mentioned above is a plastic spring.

[0019] Referring to FIGS. 4 and 5, which respectively are cross-sectional views of the present invention in a use state of the placement of a contact lens and a use state of closing the accommodation space with the cover, a contact lens 6 is placed on the carrier 3 after contact lens solution 5 is filled in the accommodation space 11 formed inside the main body 1, and the cover 4 is then used to cover the open end of the main body 1 and thereby to close the accommodation space 11. At this time, the positioning portions 41 configured on the cover 4 press the carrier 3 to cause the carrier 3 to bear a downward pressure to move downward and further to compress the elastic elements 2. In the meantime, the contact lens solution 5 inside the accommodation space 11 flows to above the carrier 3 through the holes 32 configured on the carrier 3 to soak the contact lens 3, thereby achieving the accommodation and cleaning of the contact lens 6.

[0020] Furthermore, referring to FIG. 6, a cross-sectional view of the present invention while the cover is being separated from the main body, the elastic restoring force of the elastic element 2 will push the carrier 3 upward after the compression of the elastic element 2 is released while the cover 4 is being separated from the main body 1. In the meantime, the contact lens solution 5 above the carrier 3 flows to below the carrier 3 through the holes 31 configured on the carrier 3. When the cover 3 is separated completely from the main body 1, the carrier 3 is allowed to be in parallel to the top edge of the main body 1, thereby placing the contact lens at the topmost position of the main body so that a user can take it out conveniently.

[0021] Finally, referring to FIG. 7, a perspective and exploded view of a contact lenses case according to the present invention, at least one connecting element 7 may be used to connect more than one contact lens case together to form a contact lenses case, thereby achieving the accommodation, cleaning and taking-out of contact lenses effectively.
