ELECTRIC HAIR DRYER WITH LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY PANEL
Abstract
Disclosed is an electric hair dryer with an LCD panel. A hair
dryer housing is internally provided with a controller unit
electrically connected to the LCD panel and a data acquisition
system, a power system connected to an input power supply, a
heating wire unit and a fan motor unit. The data acquisition system
is installed inside the hair dryer housing, and the LCD panel is
installed on the surface of the hair dryer housing. The heating
wire unit and the fan motor unit are connected to the controller
unit independently. A thermometer is installed at the front end
inside the hair dryer housing, and a fan speed sensor is connected
to the fan motor. The electric hair dryer employs the LCD panel and
the data acquisition system to display the real-time data such as
the air volume and the temperature, thus meeting multiple
demands.

Claims
1. An electric hair dryer with a liquid crystal display (LCD)
panel, comprising, an hair dryer housing, and a heating wire unit
and a fan motor unit installed inside the hair dryer housing,
characterized in that, the hair dryer housing is also internally
provided with a controller unit and a power system; the power
system is connected to an input power; the controller unit is
electrically connected to a LCD panel which is installed on the
surface of the hair dryer housing; the controller unit is in
electric connection with a silicon-controlled drive for the fan
motor and a silicon-controlled drive for the heating wire,
respectively and independently; the silicon-controlled drive for
the fan motor and the silicon-controlled drive for the heating wire
are respectively connected to the fan motor unit and the heating
wire unit through electric connection with a silicon-controlled
rectifier for the fan motor and the silicon-controlled rectifier
for the heating wire.
2. The electric hair dryer with the LCD panel according to claim 1,
characterized in that, a data acquisition system is also provided,
comprising a fan speed sensor and a thermometer, both the two in
electric connection with the controller unit, wherein the
thermometer is installed at the front end in the hair dryer
housing, while the fan speed sensor is connected to the fan motor
unit.
3. The electric hair dryer with the LCD panel according to claim 1,
characterized in that, the controller unit is also electrically
connected with the data storage unit.
4. The electric hair dryer with the LCD panel according to claim 1,
characterized in that, the power system includes a controller power
supply and an operation power supply, wherein, the controller power
supply is electrically connected to the controller unit, while the
operation power supply is electrically connected to the heating
wire unit and the fan motor unit.
5. The electric hair dryer with the LCD panel according to claim 4,
characterized in that, the operation power supply and the input
power supply are connected by a zero-crossing test unit, and the
zero-crossing test unit is connected to the controller unit.
Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

electric hair dryers usually only provide two speed settings and
three heat settings, the lowest speed setting normally still gives

the structure of existing mechanical keys by using the LCD panel.
Then, the control is more convenient and quick, the service life is

multiple demands. Besides, through changing the connection in
control over the motor fan and the heating wire, the adjustment to
the air volume does not affect the heat output, realizing
independent control over the air volume and the heat. The utility
model can offer more speed and heat settings than the hair dryers
in the market.

the fan motor and the silicon-controlled drive for the heating wire
are respectively connected to the fan motor unit and the heating
wire unit through electric connection with the silicon-controlled
rectifier for the fan motor and the silicon-controlled rectifier
for the heating wire.

heating wire unit is completely separate: the mutually independent

silicon-controlled rectifier and the heating wire
silicon-controlled rectifier so as to perform control either on the
rotation speed of the fan motor unit or the heat volume of the
heating wire unit without influencing each other, thus realizing
independent control and multiple speed and heat settings
