the front support base 31 to push the front support base 31 to flip
up, as figured in FIG. 9. As the front support base 31 is assembled
to the toilet upper cover 1, the toilet upper cover 1 also moves
forward and is flipped up. As figured in FIG. 10, when the sliding
shafts 37, 38 of the first end of the first hinge crank 32 and the
second hinge crank 33 slide to their position, the first hinge
crank 32 and the second hinge crank 33 respectively extend out of
the front support base 31 and the rear support base 34, a bigger
gap is formed between the front support base 31 and the rear
support base 34, and the front support base 31 offsets upward to a
preset angle (the preset angle is 90.degree. or larger than
90.degree.). As the front support base 31 is assembled to the
toilet upper cover 1, the toilet upper cover 1 is flipped up to the
preset angle.
[0049] When rotating the gear case 4 reversely, the driving gear 41
drives the rack 5 to move backward, the sliding shaft 38 of the
first end of the second hinge crank 33 is pulled by the rack 5 to
move backward along the two axial sliding grooves 36 of the chamber
of the rear support base 34 so as to drive the front support base
31 to move backward; during the front support base 31 moving
backward, the first hinge crank 32 rotates reversely, the sliding
shaft 37 of the first end moves forward along the two axial sliding
grooves 35 of the chamber of the front support base, so that the
front support base 31 gradually drops down. Finally, the first
hinge crank 32 and the second hinge crank 33 are placed to the
front support base 31 and the rear support base 34, the front
support base 31 and the rear support base 34 have a small gap
therebetween, as figured in FIG. 8.
The Second Embodiment
[0050] As figured in FIG. 11, the hinged flip cover mechanism of
toilet seat cover of this embodiment differs from the first
embodiment in that: the driving mechanism comprises a driving
shaft, the driving shaft is coaxially linked to the second end of
the first hinge crank 32; it further comprises a gear case 8, which
is assembled to the toilet rear cover 2, the output shaft of the
gear case 8 forms the driving shaft. Or in other case, a slow-down
mechanism replaces the gear case, the output shaft of the slow-down
mechanism forms the driving shaft.
[0051] The hinged flip cover mechanism of toilet seat cover of this
embodiment is provided that when the gear case 8 drives the second
end of the first hinge crank 32 to rotate in the counter-clockwise
direction, the first hinge crank 32 drives the front support base
31 to move forward and flip upward, at the same time, the second
hinge crank 33 gradually extends out of the rear support base. When
the gear case 4 drives the second end of the first hinge crank 32
to rotate in the clockwise direction, the first hinge crank 32
drives the front support base 31 to move backward and flip down, at
the same time, the second hinge crank 33 is gradually placed to the
rear support base 34, that is the flipping process of the toilet
upper cover 1.
The Third Embodiment
[0052] As figured in FIG. 12, the hinged flip cover mechanism of
toilet seat cover of this embodiment differs from the second
embodiment in that: the driving shaft is coaxially linked to the
second end of the second hinge crank 33. in the same way, the
output put of the gear case 8 (or the slow-down mechanism) is the
driving shaft, or the gear case 8 (or the slow-down mechanism) is
fixedly connected to the driving shaft.
[0053] The hinged flip cover mechanism of toilet seat cover of this
embodiment is provided that: when the gear case 8 drives the second
end of the second hinge crank 33 to rotate in the counter-clockwise
direction, the sliding shaft of the first end of the second hinge
crank 33 moves forward along the two axial sliding grooves of the
chamber of the rear support base 34 so as to push the front support
base 31 to move forward; during the front support base 31 moving
forward, the first hinge crank 32 rotates, the sliding shaft 37 at
the first end moves backward along the two axial sliding grooves of
the chamber of the front support base 31 to push the front support
base 31 to flip up. Conversely, when the gear case 8 drives the
second end of the second hinge crank 33 to rotate in the clockwise
direction, the sliding shaft of the first end of the second hinge
crank 33 moves backward along the two axial sliding grooves of the
chamber of the rear support base 34 so as to drive the front
support base 31 to move backward; during the front support base 21
moving forward, the first hinge crank 32 rotates reversely, and the
sliding shaft of the first end moves forward along the two axial
sliding grooves of the chamber of the front support base 31, so
that the front support base 31 gradually drops down, that is the
flipping process of the toilet upper cover 1.
The Fourth Embodiment
[0054] As figured in FIG. 13, the hinged flip cover mechanism of
toilet seat cover of this embodiment differs from the first
embodiment in that: the rack 5 is slidably forward and backward
assembled to the toilet upper cover 1, one end of the rack 5 is
rotatably connected to the first end of the first hinge crank 32;
the driving gear 41 is engaged to the rack 5. similar to the first
embodiment, it can apply with the gear case (or the slow-down
mechanism) to drive the driving gear 41 to rotate. when driving the
gear case (or the slow-down mechanism), the driving gear 41 drives
the rack 5 to move toward the rear portion of the toilet upper
cover 1, the sliding shaft of the first end of the first hinge
crank 32 is pushed by the rack 5 to move backward along the two
axial sliding grooves of the chamber of the front support base 31,
at the same time, the second hinge crank 33 rotates, the sliding
shaft at one end moves forward along the two axial sliding grooves
of the chamber of the rear support base 34 to push the front
support base 31 to move forward and flip up. When driving the gear
case (or the slow-down mechanism) reversely, the driving gear 41
drives the rack 5 to move reversely, the sliding shaft of the first
end of the first hinge crank 32 is pulled by the rack 5 to move
forward along the two axial sliding grooves of the chamber of the
front support base 31, at the same time, the sliding shaft of the
first end of the second hinge crank 33 moves backward along the two
axial sliding grooves of the chamber of the rear support base 34 so
as to drive the front support base 31 to move backward and flip
down, that is the flipping process of the toilet upper cover 1.
The Fifth Embodiment
[0055] As figured in FIG. 14, the hinged flip cover mechanism of
toilet seat cover of the present invention differs from above
mentioned embodiments in that: the driving mechanism comprises a
chain wheel 9 and a chain 10, one end of the chain 10 is connected
to the rear portion of the toilet upper cover 1, the rest part of
the chain 10 is slidably forward and backward placed in the toilet
rear cover 2 (in detailed, it is placed in the sliding rail of the
toilet rear cover 2 disposing the chain 10); the chain wheel 9 is
engaged to the chain 10.
[0056] Similar to above mentioned embodiments, it can also apply
with the gear case (or the slow-down mechanism), the chain wheel 9
is assembled to the output shaft of the gear case (or the slow-down
mechanism).
[0057] The hinged flip cover mechanism of toilet seat cover of this
embodiment is provided that, when driving the gear case (or the
slow-down mechanism), the chain wheel 9 drives the chain 10 to move
toward the front portion of the toilet upper cover 1, the sliding
shaft of the first end of the first hinge crank 32 moves backward
along the two axial sliding grooves of the chamber of the front
support base 31, the sliding shaft of one end of the second hinge
crank 33 moves forward along the two axial sliding grooves of the
chamber of the rear support base 34 so as to push the front support
base 31 to move forward and flip up. When driving the gear case (or
the slow-down mechanism) reversely, the chain wheel 9 drives the
chain 10 to move reversely, the sliding shaft of the first end of
the first hinge crank 32 moves forward along the two axial sliding
grooves of the chamber of the front support base 31, the sliding
shaft of the first end of the second hinge crank 33 moves backward
along the two axial sliding grooves of the chamber of the rear
support base 34 so as to drive the front support base 31 to move
backward and flip down, that is the flipping process of the toilet
upper cover 1.
The Sixth Embodiment

toilet seat cover of this embodiment differs from the first
embodiment in that: the hinge module comprises a first hinge crank
32 and a second hinge crank 33, the first hinge crank 32 is
disposed with a first end and a second end, the first end of the
first hinge crank 32 is slidably coupled to the rear portion of the
toilet upper cover, the second end of the first hinge crank 32 is
rotatably connected to the toilet rear cover 2; the second hinge
crank 33 is disposed with a first end and a second end, the first
end of the second hinge crank 33 is slidably coupled to the toilet
rear cover 1, the second end of the second hinge crank 33 is
rotatably connected to the rear portion of the toilet upper cover
1; the central portion of the first hinge crank 32 and the second
hinge crank 33 are pivoted to each other.
[0059] In detailed, the left and right side of the rear portion of
the toilet upper cover 1 are respectively disposed with two left
and right axial sliding grooves 11 with at least the rear end
closed, the left and right side of the front portion of the toilet
rear cover 2 are disposed with two left and right axial sliding
grooves 21 with at least the front end closed, the first end of the
first hinge crank 32 and the second hinge crank 33 are respectively
disposed with a sliding shaft (not figured out in FIG. 15), two
ends of the sliding shaft of the first hinge crank 32 of each hinge
module are respectively slidably coupled to the two axial sliding
grooves 11 at the same side of the toilet upper cover, two ends of
the sliding shaft of the second hinge crank 33 of each hinge module
are respectively slidably coupled to the two axial sliding grooves
21 at the same side of the toilet rear cover.
[0060] The flipping process of the toilet upper cover 1 of this
embodiment is similar to the first embodiment that it would not be
further described hereafter.
