[0001] The present invention relates to an electric hair curler, and more particularly to a chiller used for the electric hair curler.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0002] A conventional electric hair curler is employed to perm hairs to straight hairs or curl hairs, but it hurts the hairs easily. In addition, after shaping the hairs, it takes a long time to cool the hairs. Also, during pulling the hairs straightly, the hairs cannot be cooled and contact with skins, thus causing discomfort.

[0003] An improved electric hair curler is disclosed in CN 104207453A and contains a first clamp arm and a second clamp arm, wherein a heat removal plate is fixed in each clamp arm, and the heat removal plate and each clamp arm define an accommodating chamber. For example, a first accommodating chamber accommodates a heat stopper, and a second accommodating chamber accommodates a cooling element, wherein the heat stopper is a heat resistor, and the cooling element is a semiconductor cooling element.

[0004] Furthermore, an electric hair curler is disclosed in CN 2664457Y and contains a guiding tube for guiding cooling mists into the electric hair curler. A steam hair straightener is disclosed in CN204048511U to steam the hairs. A multifunction hair curler is disclosed in CN201414519Y to feed cool winds from a wind cooler.

[0005] However, these hair curlers cannot cool the hairs efficiently and cause high power consumption, and their structures are complicated.

[0006] The present invention has arisen to mitigate and/or obviate the afore-described disadvantages.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0007] The primary object of the present invention is to provide an electric hair curler which is capable of overcoming the shortcomings of the conventional electric hair curler.

The heat dissipating container includes a hollow column, two closing caps covered on two ends of the hollow column, a gasket defined between each end of the hollow column and each closing cap. The cooling material is any one of frozen liquid, water, powders, metal blocks, ceramic blocks, and stones.

[0009] In another embodiment, an electric hair curler contains: two opposite clamping arms which are rotatably connected together by using a first end of each clamping arm, and a second end of each clamping arm being a free end which expands and retracts. At least one freed end of the two clamping arms is removed from the electric hair curler to connect with a chiller by ways of a removable fixer. The chiller is frozen in a refrigerator to generate a cooling source for an electric hair curler, and the chiller contains a heat dissipating container for accommodating a cooling material. The heat dissipating container has a removable fixer which is removed from the heat dissipating container and then is mounted on the electric hair curler.

[0010] Preferably, an electric hair curler according to another embodiment of the present invention contains: two opposite clamping arms which are rotatably connected together by using a first end of each clamping arm. Each clamping arm is removed from the electric hair curler to couple with a chiller by ways of a removable fixer, and the chiller is covered on a heating portion of each clamping arm. Between the chiller and the heating portion of each clamping arm is defined a heat insulation layer. The chiller contains a heat dissipating container for accommodating a cooling material; the heat dissipating container has a removable fixer which is removed from the heat dissipating container and then is mounted on the electric hair curler.

[0011] Thereby, the chiller dissipates heat efficiently at lower cost.
