Such a packing box is suggested in Korean Registered Utility Model Publication No. 20-0329249.

[0006] The prior art packing box is made by folding a sheet prepared in the shape of a planar figure and fixing connection parts through adhesion. Therefore, the prior art packing box is simple to be manufactured and easy to be distributed owing to the light weight thereof.

[0007] The prior art paper box needs a predetermined print area on one surface thereof so as to indicate contents such as cooking methods, any other explanations and the like relating to product contents such as the cake-mix or the pre-mix if the product contents are received.

[0008] However, in fact, products on sale have to provide all the contents relating to the products on the limited area of the packing box such that the size of letters indicated on the area becomes small or the explanation cannot be sufficiently provided. Therefore, it is difficult for consumers to refer to the contents indicated on the packing box.

[0009] Further, the prior art packing box uses papers, such as ivory papers, royal ivory papers, CCP materials and the like, wherein a printing quality deviation between inner and outer surfaces thereof is not high for direct printing thereon. However, these papers are relatively expensive, thereby increasing the manufacturing costs of the packing box.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

[0021] Reference will be now made in detail to the configuration and operations of the preferred embodiments of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings.

[0022] It should be understood that in the drawings, the same components have the same reference numerals even though they are illustrated in different figures.

[0023] FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing the appearance of a packing box according to the present invention, FIG. 2 is a planar figure of the outer surfaces of the packing box, and FIG. 3 is a view showing a state, in which a booklet type opening and closing board according to the present invention is opened.

[0024] Referring to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, a packing box 100, according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, comprises a front board 110, at which upper end a top board 111 is folded and at which lower end a bottom board 113 is folded, a right board 120 folded at the right end of the front board 110 and at which upper and lower ends fitting flaps 121 are respectively folded, a rear board. 130 folded at the right end of the right board 120, and at which upper end an overlapping top board 131 is folded so as to overlap the top board 111 and be adhered to the top board 111 and at which lower end an overlapping bottom board 133 is folded so as to overlap the bottom board 113 and be adhered to the bottom board 113, a left board 140 folded at the right end of the rear board 130 and at which upper and lower ends fitting flaps 141 are respectively folded, a booklet type opening and closing board 150 folded at the right end of the left board 140 so as to overlap the outer surface of the front board 110, and an overlapping additional board 160 folded at the right end of the booklet type opening and closing board 150 so as to overlap the inner surface of the booklet type opening and closing board. 150.

[0025] In addition, a fitting slit 115 is provided in a folding line 110 a of the front board 110 and the right board 120 and corresponds to a fitting piece 151, which is folded at the right end of the booklet type opening and closing board 150, so as to be fitted with the fitting piece 151 and fix the fitting piece 151 such that the booklet type opening and closing board 150 can be selectively opened or closed.

[0026] Further, a predetermined print surface P is provided to one or both of the front board 110 and the overlapping additional board 160 so as to be exposed when the booklet type opening and closing board 150 is flipped over to be opened.

[0027] Hereinafter, the configuration of the present invention as above will be described in more detail.

[0028] For reference, it should be understood that detailed description will be omitted with respect to the constituent elements, which are normally employed and used for forming a main body through overlapping adhesion or fitting when assembling the packing box, such as the top board 111, the bottom board 113, the fitting flaps 121, 141 and the like.

[0029] Meanwhile, the packing box 100 is made of an SC manila board material such that the manufacturing costs thereof can be reduced. That is, in order to carry out direct printing on the inner surface of a paper box, a paper should be selected from ones, of which printing quality deviation between inner and outer surfaces is low, such as an ivory paper, a royal ivory paper, a CCP material and the like. However, compared with the SC manila board, of which printing quality deviation between. She inner and outer surfaces thereof is high, such a paper as above is too expensive to be applied except for premium packing and the like. However, the packing box 100 according to the present invention is formed of a structure, in which direct printing can be provided to the inner surface of the paper box regardless of the printing quality deviation between the inner and outer surfaces thereof. Therefore, it would be preferable to use the SC manila board, which is not expensive in terms of costs. For reference, such an SC manila board has one surface, which is white to be appropriate for printing, and the other surface, which is gray to be difficult to be printed.

[0030] The packing box 100 formed of the above material has an outer surface, on which various contents (not shown) such as a photograph, a trademark, contents and the like of a product are printed so as to induce consumers to buy the product.

[0031] Referring to FIG. 3, the overlapping additional board 160 may be provided at the right end of the booklet type opening and closing board 150 and folded so as to be overlappingly adhered to the inner surface of the booklet type opening and closing board 150. That is, the outer surface and the inner surface of the booklet type opening and closing board 150 are both formed of the same material through the overlapping additional board 160 such that the print surface P of high quality can be also provided to the inner surface of the booklet type opening and closing board 150. In addition, the booklet type opening and closing board 150 may have a predetermined thickness for the prevention of the bending thereof.

[0032] Herein, the fitting piece 151 may be provided to a folding line 150a of the booklet type opening and closing board 150 and the overlapping additional board 160 by cutting a part of the overlapping additional board 160.

[0033] The booklet type opening and closing board 150 in this structure is preferably formed in an area corresponding to that of the front board 110, but not limited thereto. It is also possible to form the booklet type opening and closing board 150 according to various design such that the booklet type opening and closing board 150 may have an area smaller than that of the front board 110 as far as any additional contents can be sufficiently delivered.

[0034] In addition, the adhesion part 161 is provided to at least one side corner part of the overlapping additional board 160, which forms the inner surface of the booklet type opening and closing board. 150, so as to be adhered to the outer surface of the front board 110.

[0035] Referring to FIG. 4a, an adhesion surface 161b is preferably provided to the adhesion part 161 so as to be positioned inside a perforated line 161a, which is formed of a predetermined size in the shape of a circle or a polygon on the overlapping additional board. 160, so as to minimize the tearing of the print surface P due to adhesive strength when the booklet type opening and closing board 150 is flipped over to be opened.

[0036] That is, if a consumer flips over the booklet type opening and closing board 150 so as to open the booklet type opening and closing board 150, the perforated line 161a, at which the adhesive strength is weaker rather than the adhesive strength of the adhesion part 161 attached to the outer surface of the front board 110, becomes to be torn first.

[0037] Referring to FIG. 4b, a portion to be removed from the print surface P is limited to an area inside the perforated line 161a of the overlapping additional board 160 by the adhesive strength of the adhesion surface 161b of the adhesion part 161 such that the booklet type opening and closing board 150 can be sufficiently fixed to the front board 110 in close contact with the front board 110 and the damage to the print surface P can be prevented when opening the booklet type opening and closing board 150.

[0038] Referring to FIG. 5a, an adhesion flap 117 is folded at the left end of the front board 110 such that the outer surface of the adhesion flap 117 is attached to the inner surface of the left board 140 and thus the main body frame of the packing box 100 can be maintained in spite of the repetitive flipping opening or closing of the booklet type opening and closing board 150.

[0039] If the booklet type opening and closing board 150 in the above structure is flipped over to be opened, the outer surface of the front board 110 and the inner surface of the booklet type opening and closing board 150 are exposed to the outside, wherein the print surface P for indicating predetermined contents can be provided to any one or both of these exposed surfaces.

[0040] That is, the outer surface of the packing box 100 is normally limited in the area for printing the contents to be delivered to consumers.

[0041] Therefore, according to the present invention, it is not necessary to print much contents more than required on the outer surface of the packing box 100 but any additional contents to be delivered can be printed on the additional print surface P by providing the booklet type opening and closing board 150, which can be selectively opened or closed.

[0042] In this case, the print surface P may be provided with contents, which may be required at a product selection stage of a consumer, and may be preferably provided with contents, for example, cooking sequences, recipes and the like, which are not directly exposed to the outside at the product selection stage but referred to by a consumer after the purchase of a product.

[0043] In other words, the print surface P may be composed of contents, which do not particularly influence on the consumer's selection of a product but provide specific explanation helpful for later cooking procedure and the like in detail.

[0044] As described above, according to the packing box 100 of the present invention, goods can be easily packed and displayed, and the booklet type opening and closing board of a dual overlapping structure is provided to at least one side of the packing box 100 so as to provide a sufficient area for indicating the contents relating to the goods, received in the packing box, in detail on the inner surface of the booklet type opening and closing board when the booklet type opening and closing board is opened, thereby appropriately delivering the contents to consumers.

[0045] In addition, the packing box is manufactured by using a relatively low-cost material such as the SC manila, thereby reducing manufacturing costs.

[0046] As described above, while the present invention has been particularly shown and described with reference to the predetermined example embodiments thereof, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that the above embodiments of the present invention are all exemplified and the present invention is not limited thereto. In addition, it should be also understood that all modifications, changes and equivalences within the technical scope of the present invention defined by the following claims belong to the technical scope of the present invention.
