Description

RELATED APPLICATION

[0001] This is the U.S. international phase application of International Application PCT/CN2014/071535, with an international filing date of Jan. 27, 2014. The present application claims the benefit of the Chinese Patent Application CN201410033692.X filed Jan. 24, 2014, which is incorporated herein by reference in its entirely.

FIELD OF THE INVENTION

[0002] The invention relates to the technical field of foodstuff packaging, in particular to a microwave oven steaming/cooking bag for prepackaged foodstuff.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0003] The plastic zipper, owing to characteristics such as light weight, good flexibility, low price and repeated use, is widely applied to the packaging field. Though being small and unspectacular, the zipper gains a rapid development in the packaging industry. Currently speaking, the zipper with extensive application in the market comprises two separate parts, namely a male strip and a female groove; and the edge materials and the structures of the male strip and the female groove are basically the same. During heat sealing, the male strip and the female groove are ironed and pressed onto the two sides of an opening of the bag, so that excellent effects of opening and closing the bag repeatedly, keeping the freshness and the safety of content in the bag, and prolonging the shelf life of the content are achieved. However, such common microwave oven steaming/cooking bag has the following disadvantages: due to a fact that an exhaust hole is opened after a bag is manufactured, the bag body is also holed and the prepacked foodstuff is exposed to the outside easily; as a result, the consumer feels troublesome in operation and the foodstuff also cannot be preserved well.

OBJECT AND SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0004] To overcome afore-mentioned disadvantages, the invention provides a microwave oven steaming/cooking bag for prepackaged foodstuff; a tear-off strip or a single-layer thin-film material is arranged on the outer layer of the exhaust hole, so during the material filling process, leakage of a material from the exhaust hole is prevented.

[0005] Technical schemes of the invention are as follows: the first technical scheme: a microwave oven streaming/cooking bag for prepackaged foodstuff, wherein two rows of male strips and female grooves meshed with each other are arranged at opposite positions in a bag body; the male strips and the female grooves are connected onto the bag body through two thin films respectively; at least one exhaust hole is formed in the thin film either between the male strips or between the female grooves or between one male strip and one female groove at one side of the bag body; and a tear-off strip is superposed on the bag body above the exhaust hole, so that the internal exhaust hole can be exposed out after the tear-off strip is torn open.

[0006] The open strength of a zipper above the exhaust hole is 80 N/50 mm, and the open strength of the zipper below the exhaust hole is 30 N/50 mm. Through tearing open the tear-off strip, putting the foodstuff into a microwave oven and starting the microwave oven, and due to the action of hot gas pressure, the zipper an the lower row is burst open by steam and the steam is exhausted from the exhaust hole, and the zipper on the upper row still can be kept in a closed slate; and after being heated, by taking out the steaming/cooking bag and opening the zipper on the upper row, the foodstuff can be served immediately.

[0007] The tear-off strip is made of a low-temperature heat-sealing material and can be sealed with the bag body well with heat; and the bag body can be torn open easily; one end of the tear-off strip is subjected to heat-sealing and reinforcement treatment; after the tear-off strip is torn open, the tail end of the tear-off strip still can be firmly kept on the bag body; hence, people cannot readily discard the tear-off strip being torn off, thus providing users with convenience while preventing environmental pollution.

[0008] The male strips and the female grooves are sealed with heat or glued or ultrasonically adhered on the bag body through the two thin films respectively.

[0009] The bag body at the upper parts of the zippers is provided with a laser line; a pull-apart opening is formed at the tail end of the laser line; and through tearing open along the laser line from the pull-apart opening, the content can be taken out.

[0010] The second technical scheme: a microwave oven steaming/cooking bag for prepackaged foodstuff, wherein two rows of male strips and female grooves meshed with each other are arranged at opposite positions in a bag body, the male strips and the female grooves are connected onto the bag body through two thin films respectively; at least one exhaust hole is formed in the thin film either between the male strips or between the female grooves or between one male strip and one female groove at one side of the bag body; two laser lines are formed in the positions at two sides of the exhaust hole and on the bag body above the exhaust hole; and the bag body on the middle parts of the laser lines can be torn open along the laser lines to expose out the internal exhaust hole.

[0011] The open strength of a zipper above the exhaust hole is 80 N/50 mm, and the open strength of the zipper below the exhaust hole is 30 N/50 mm. The male strips and the female grooves are sealed with heat or glued or ultrasonically adhered on the bag body through the two thin films respectively; the bag body at the upper parts of the zippers is provided with a laser line; a pull-apart opening is formed in the tail end of the laser line; and through tearing open along the laser line from the pull-apart opening, the content can be taken out conveniently.

[0012] The microwave oven steaming/cooking bag for the prepackaged foodstuff disclosed by the invention has the following beneficial effects: a tear-off strip or a plastic thin film is adhered on the upper surface of the exhaust hole, so when the content is prepacked, the content cannot be exposed to the outside and while the bag is moved or placed for a long period of time, infiltration of impurities or airborne bacteria from the position of the hole is prevented, thus prolonging the shelf life of the foodstuff; the tail end of the tear-off strip is subjected to reinforcement and heat-sealing treatment, so that the tear-off strip can be fixed on the bag body relatively well; when torn open, the tail end can still be firmly kept on the bag body; hence, people cannot readily discard the tear-off strip being torn off, thus providing users with convenience while preventing environmental pollution.
