Claims
1. Shoe with a threaded bolt and retractable and extractable heel
controlled by a Smart mobile communication device comprising: the
first member attached beneath the heel of a shoe; a second member
impaled below the first members central cavity using a bolt and
thread mechanism; an electric motor placed vertically within the
first members wall affixed with mechanical gear wheels near the
bottom of member one; wherein the motor is triggered by electronic
communication and an electronic charge and the rotating gears
retract and extract the second members threaded cylindrical bolt to
adjust the height within the heel, whereby the heel is lengthened
or shortened; the second members threaded cylindrical bolt is
capped with a mechanical gear wheel which is affixed to member
one's rotating gears which then spins and slides along the threaded
path vertically. Member two's screw bolt assembly replicates that
of a typical helical ridge; its male thread is wrapped around a
cylinder bolt designed to mate with the complementary female thread
located in member one. The shanks then bonding members one and two
respectively lengthening and shortening the heel.
2. A Smart communication device claim of 1 wherein the user
manipulates the apparatus to connect to members one and two; which
electronically transmits a signal that communicates to member one's
motor to rotate clockwise or counterclockwise by receiving and
analyzing said encoded electronic signal; then respectively
lengthen and shorten the heel; wherein the member one is coupled to
the Smart communication device via a Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, or
Near-Field communication (NFC) signal.
3. The shoe in claim 1 whereas the combination of claims 1 and 2,
where member 1 and member 2 are configured collectively for an
adjustable height heel shoe.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0002] Many types of shoes have adjustable heels. The two
distinction between this adjustable heel is its first member is
attached to the second member using a threaded bolt assembly. The
first member is able to adjust the height of the heel using an
electric motor that rotates the threaded bolt which then adjusts
the length of member two. The second distinction is adjustment of
the length is precisely controlled through the user's Smart
electronic communication device which respectively sends the signal
to members one's electronic motor to extend or retract the bolt to
the required height.
FIELD OF THE INVENTION
[0003] The current invention relates to shoes specifically with
shoes with an adjustable heel that is controlled with a powered
motor and threaded bolt assembly.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0004] The purpose of the device, is to provide an adjustable heel
to a shoe that can be adjusted using a smart mobile device wireless
communication methods, powered by an electric motor and threaded
bolt assembly which then adjusts the distance between the two
members which then heightens the shoes elevation.
[0005] To heighten the shoes elevation, the upper heel member is
configured as an orifice in which the second members threaded bolt
components screws into the upper member's cavity. The upper member
is affixed with an electric motor that contains gears in which the
gear grooves and the second members threaded bolt is aligned. When
electric power is applied to the motor through the mart mobile
device wireless communication device, the shoe elevation is
heighten and can be adjusted to the user's preference.
[0006] The first heel member is approximately 0.5 inches to
approximately 5 inches and the second member has an orifice that is
aligned with the threaded bolt to bolt to accept member when
rotated. The combined and an electric change is applied using
mobile communication device the heel is then elevated and together
the combined members are configured as a woman's high heel
shoe.
[0007] This summary has described the overall features of the
product being a shoe with an adjustable heel with the description
below giving a more detailed definition that will clearly portray
the members with detailed artwork and schematics.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
Figures
[0008] FIG. 1 is an elevation view illustrating a heel fully
extended
[0009] FIG. 2 is an elevation view illustrating a heel completely
retracted
[0010] FIG. 3 is a zoomed in view of the detailed gears and
components within the heel.
[0011] FIG. 4 is the mobile app screen that displays the heel's
height control.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
[0012] The details shown in the drawings listed in FIG. 1 through
5, list the intricate assembly and inner workings of the A shoe
with a retractable heel in which the first members housing body, is
cored by the second members threaded bolt, which is operated by a
rotating motor attached in the first member's cavity which turns a
gear, which then rotates the threaded bolt and extracts and/or
retracts the heels assembly when activated by the user's Smart
communication device. These intricate parts are listed from number
1 through 15.
[0013] FIG. 2,3 shows an assembly of an adjustable shoe that can
retract and extract the heel of a shoe when activated by the user's
Smart communication device, thus raising and lowering the elevation
of the rear of the shoe. The top upper portion 1 is the embodiment
of a traditional shoe but affixed with a modular subassembly 2. The
subassembly 2 contains the electrical and mechanical components
that then completes the assembly.
[0014] The heel 4 orifice is placed at the bottom of the heel to
allow the heel 3 to elevate up and down using a threaded screw and
bolt type mechanism. In order for threaded bolt 3 to slide up and
down through the orifice 4 it is rotated by an electric motor 5.
The electric motor 5 is powered using a rechargeable battery 7. The
motor 5 rotates a gear 6 which then spins the threaded bolt 3
through orifice 4. This raises the elevation of the heel 3 up or
down and places the threaded bolt 3 within the cavity of the heel
member 2. The rechargeable battery 7 can be recharged when power is
completely discharged using a mobile phone USB port 8.
[0015] FIG. 4, the mechanical effect is triggered by the user's
mobile device 9. The mobile device 9 launches an app dedicated to
the controls of the heels vertical adjustments. The user connects
to the desired shoe by selecting the "connect to shoe" button on
the app 11. The app displays the shoe/shoes 11 to be selected. The
app has separate left right adjustments 12 that can be selected to
control left right or both heels simultaneously or independently.
The center of the apps displays the current status of the heel
height displacement 13. The user can select the up 16 or down 14
arrows to adjust the heels display on the screen 13 or read the
displacement numerically in an imperial or international standard
units of measurement located in a digital counter box within the of
the app 15. The adjustment of the heel will range for zero
elevation to approximately 6 inches. The combination of the
mentioned configuration completes the adjustable high heel
shoe.
