electronic devices, and the second toy 30b may be the device having
the similar function to the toy 10. After the connection is
completed, the first toy 10, the first handheld device 20, the
second handheld device 30a, and the second toy 30b may all be added
to the user group 400 in which the voice messages are transmitted
to perform the community interaction. In addition, both the first
toy 10 and the second toy 30b may further be disposed with the
wireless communication sensor, enabling the two toys to connect and
record with each other when they approach. Hence, the second toy
30b may be added to the user group of the first toy 10, or the
first toy 10 may be added to the user group of the second toy 30b
when the first toy 10 or the second toy 30b connects with the
community server 40.
[0038] Please refer to FIG. 4 which is a block diagram for showing
the structure of a toy of the present invention. As shown in the
figure, the toy 11 includes the microcontroller 110 and an IoT
wireless connector 111 which are connected with each other. A power
supply 118 provides the necessary power. Compared with the
conventional processor of the application program, the
microcontroller 110, which is aimed to the development of the IoT
wireless connector, is power-saving and does not need the large and
complicate Linux or Android operation system. Therefore, the
instantaneity of the human-machine interaction can be matched in
terms of the speed of turn on/off. In addition, the IoT wireless
connector 111 may include an antenna 117, and may use the real-time
communicating protocol of XMPP to connect the toy 11 with the
groups of the community server so as to perform the community
interaction.
[0039] In addition, the microcontroller 110 may further include a
speaker 112, and, a voice recognizer 113 and an image recognizer
114. The speaker 112 may include the horn used to play sounds, and
may be served as the primary device for outputting messages. The
voice recognizer 113 and the image recognizer 114 may be served as
the main input devices. The voice recognizer 113 may include the
storage device having the microphone used to receive sounds and the
storage device used to record. Wherein the voice recognizer 113 may
record the contents the user speaks to the toy 11, and may
transform the spoken contents into the voice message, and then
transmit the voice message to the interactive group. Regarding the
voice recognizer 113, function of a voice recognition method may
further be included. Before transmitting the voice message, the
user only speaks the preset command to the toy 11, and the voice
message is transmitted to the transmission object of the group
accordingly. For example, spoken contents are pre-recorded, and if
the user speaks the command of "sending message" to the toy, the
recorded spoken contents are transmitted to the interaction group,
such that all the contacts in the group can receive the message. On
the other hand, if the user speaks the commands of "calling" and
"father" to the toy, the recorded contents are transmitted to the
father's cell when the recorded contents are recognized by the
voice recognizer. Such voice recognizer 113 provides the diverse
interactive modes between the toy 11 and the groups.
[0040] Moreover, the toy 11 may further be disposed with the image
recognizer 114. The image recognizer 114 may mainly include an
image capture device used to capture images and a storage device.
The image capture device may capture different images of the user,
and then transmit the images to the group for sharing. Therefore,
other than transmitting the voice messages, the toy 11 may be able
to transmit the image messages so as to increase the interest of
community interaction. Moreover, the image recognizer 114 may also
be arranged with the recognition function which is the same as the
voice recognizer 113. By means of speaking the preset commands and
capturing the members' images of the groups before the message is
transmitted, the voice or the image messages may be transmitted to
the specific object when the voice or the image messages are
recognized by the image recognizer. For example, capturing the
mother's photo in advance and speaking the command of "calling",
the captured photo may only be transmitted to the mother's cell,
not to all the contacts in the group. Finally, if the related
sensors (not shown in the figures) are disposed in the toy 1, it
may be served as an input device, and recognize the commands made
by the user according to the sensed movement so as to increase the
function of the community interaction.
[0041] Please refer to FIG. 5 which is a block diagram of another
method of community interaction with a toy as the center of the
present invention. The preceding embodiment is referred to the
interaction group mainly applied between the toy used by the child
and the family, but the present invention shall not be limited
thereto. Other than the family and relatives, groups such as
classmates, colleagues, friends, neighbors, and so on can be
created individually. For example, the fans group can be created
between the star and the fans. Currently, the communication between
the star and the fans is usually posted on the Facebook, Twitter,
Blog, and so on via the words; the present invention, however, is
arranged with more special communication method for the fans group
by providing the functions of transmission of voice messages and
the community interaction. As shown in the figure, the star 50 may
create the personal fans group 51 in the Cloud, or an administrator
52 may be committed to create and administrate the fans group 51.
Afterwards, a star doll 53 is provided based on the star's 50
figure, and the star doll 53 is arranged with the functions
disclosed in the aforementioned embodiments. The fans may purchase
the star doll 53 so as to be added to the fans group 51. In the
fans group 51, the star 50 may use the personal doll or the
handheld device to record messages or songs which may be
transmitted to each star doll 53 through the fans group 51, such
that each of the fans may be able to hear the star's 50 voice. In
addition, each of the fans may also record and transmit questions
or messages to the fans group 51. As the amount of the fans may be
huge, the star 50 may not able to record the messages to respond to
each of the fans, and as a result, the administrator 52 may
transform the to-be-responded texts into the star's 50 voice to
respond to each of the messages by a text-to-speech converter
disposed in the handheld device. In addition, messages may be
transmitted mutually among the fans by the star doll 53. For
example, events, meetings, and so on may be held through the fans
group 51 such that the objective of community interaction in the
fans group 51 can be achieved.
[0042] While the means of specific embodiments in present invention
has been described by reference drawings, numerous modifications
and variations could be made thereto by those skilled in the art
without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention set
forth in the claims. The modifications and variations should in a
range limited by the specification of the present invention.
