PAPER CUP COVER STRUCTURE DEVICE

Abstract

A paper cup cover structure device is disclosed, which comprises a cup body, being made of a paper, and comprising a cup opening disposed at a top thereof, and a cup bottom disposed at a bottom thereof, the cup opening having a flat cup rim disposed at an outer circumference thereof and having a flat face, the flat cup rim being contained within an extension cirucumferentially disposed downwards; and a cup cover, covering the cup body at the cover top, disposed at an inner wall face corresponding to the cup rim, and having a screw magzine circumferentially disposed with respect thereto, the screw magzine having a push-stop portion extending from a bottom thereof so that the cup rim and the screw magzine are rotationally combined with each other, where the cup body may be further reinforced by using the cup rim having the flat shape.

Claims



1. A paper cup cover structure device, comprising: a cup body, being made of a paper, and comprising a cup opening disposed at a top thereof, and a cup bottom disposed at a bottom thereof, the cup opening having a flat cup rim disposed at an outer circumference thereof and having a flat face, the flat cup rim being contained within an extension cirucumferentially disposed downwards; and a cup cover, covering the cup body at the cover top, disposed at an inner wall face corresponding to the cup rim, and having a screw magzine circumferentially disposed with respect thereto, the screw magzine having a push-stop portion extending from a bottom thereof so that the cup rim and the screw magzine are rotationally combined with each other.

2. The paper cup cover structure device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the cup rim and the extension portion are formed by folding up a pressed fit curling formed circumferentially at the cup opening.

3. The paper cup cover structure device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the cup rim is made of plastic or paper and formed by frame molding or paper molding.

4. The paper cup cover structure device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the push-stop portion takes an inverse-hook shape running slightly outwards

5. The paper cup cover structure device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the push-stop portion is inclined and runs outwards.

6. The paper cup cover structure device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the push-stop portion has a protruding rib circumferentially disposed at an inner side thereof so as to stop against a lower rim of the cup rim.

7. The paper cup cover structure device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the push-stop portion has a plurality of ribs spacedly and circumferentially arranged at the inner side so as to stop against a lower rim of the cup rim.
Description



FIELD OF THE INVENTION

[0001] The present invention relates to a cup cover structure device, and particularly to such device where a cup body may be further reinforced by using a cup rim having a flat shape, a cup cover may also be provided with a stable closure with the flat cup rim by enabling a screw magzine to stop against an extension portion of the flat cup rim so that the screw magzine may reach a closure fixation with the flat cup rim and the extension portion through a rotational or swagging fashion, so as to fix the cup cover and the cup body as a single body to maintain the single body to firmly stand as possible as it can and increase a structural strength of the paper cup, whereby the paper cup is provided with a flater, solid, safe and enduring structure, and achieves a less leakage and an efficacy of an easier fixation of the paper cup.

DESCRIPTION OF THE RELATED ART

[0002] A conventional paper cup, as shown in FIG. 7, has a protruding rim 31 disposed circumferentially at an upper end thereof, which is embeded into an indented groove 41 of a cup cover 4. Presently, all paper cups have their protruding rim 31 presenting a circular side and rolled axis shape, and which has a weak structural strength. When the cup cover 4 and the cup body 3 are embeded together, the protruding rim 31 of the cup body 3 is apt to have a deformity, i.e. become flattened and small.

[0003] At this time, between the indented gap 41 of the cup cover 4 and the protruding rim 31 of the cup body 3 has a larger gap, resulting in that the porotruding rim 31 may not firmly be embeded into the indented groove 31. Hence, the cup cover 4 is apt to get loosened, or may not tightly or may only slightly cover the cup body 3, forming a non-closed state. Out of the closed tate, the liquid within the cup may overflow, resulting in a convenient use of the cup and a unsanitary state.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0004] It is, therefore, an object of the present invention to provide a paper cup cover structure device, where a cup body may be further reinforced by using a cup rim having a flat shape, a cup cover may also be provided with a stable closure with the flat cup rim by enabling a screw magzine to stop against an extension portion of the flat cup rim so that the screw magzine may reach a closure fixation with the flat cup rim and the extension portion through a rotational or swagging fashion, so as to fix the cup cover and the cup body as a single body to maintain the single body to firmly stand as possible as it can and increase a structural strength of the paper cup, whereby the paper cup is provided with a flater, solid, safe and enduring structure, and achieves a less leakage and an efficacy of an easier fixation of the paper cup.

[0005] To achieve the above object, the paper cup cover structure device is provided to comprises a cup body, being made of a paper, and comprising a cup opening disposed at a top thereof, and a cup bottom disposed at a bottom thereof, the cup opening having a flat cup rim disposed at an outer circumference thereof and having a flat face, the cup rim being contained within an extension cirucumferentially disposed downwards; and a cup cover, covering the cup body at the cover top, disposed at an inner wall face corresponding to the cup rim, and having a screw magzine circumferentially disposed with respect thereto, the screw magzine having a push-stop portion extending from a bottom thereof so that the cup rim and the screw magzine are rotationally combined with each other.

[0006] In an embodiment, the cup rim and the extension portion are formed by folding up a pressed fit curling formed circumferentially at the cup opening.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0020] Referring to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, an exploded schematic diagram according to a first embodiment the present invention, and a schematic diagram of a use state according to the first embodiment of the present invention are shown therein, respectively. As shown, the paper cup cover structure device comprises a cup 1 and a cup cover 2. The cup 1 is made of paper, and comprises a cup body 11, a cup opening 12 disposed at a top of the cup body 11, a cup bottom 13 disposed at a bottom of the cup body 13. The cup opening 12 has an outer rim disposed at an outer circumference thereof, and on the outer rim a flat cup rim 14 may be disposed circumferentially by using frame molding or paper molding.

[0021] The cup rim 14 is made of plastic or paper which may be bio-dissolved and has a flat face 141 and an extension portion 142 cirucum-ferentially disposed downwards with respect to the outer rim. The outer rim 14 and the extension portion 142 are formed as a double-layered structure by folding up a pressed fit curling (not shown) formed circumferentially at the cup opening 12.

[0022] The cup cover 2 is placed at an inner wall face 21 corresponding to the cup rim 14, and has a screw magzine 22 circumferentially disposed with respect thereto. The screw magzine 22 has a push-stop portion 23 extending from a bottom thereof. The push-stop portion 23 takes a shape of an inverse hook and runs slightly outwards, and has a protruding rib 231 disposed circumferentially at an inner side thereof, so that the cup rim 14 and the screw magzine 22 form a rotational closure with each other. Further, the protruding rib 231 stops against a lower rim of the cup rim 14, and thus the cup cover 2 is combined on the cup cover 2. As such, the novel paper cup cover structure device is formed.

[0023] In fabrication, the cup rim 14 is formed with plastic or paper by using frame molding or paper molding. In operation, the cup cover 2 may be combined on the cup body 1 as a closure. The cup body 1 may be further reinforced by using a cup rim 14 having a flat shape, the cup cover 2 may also be provided with a stable closure with the flat cup rim 14 by enabling the screw magzine 22 to stop against the extension portion 142 of the cup rim 14, so that the screw magzine 22 may reach a closure fixation with the flat cup rim 14 and the extension portion 142 through a rotational or swagging fashion when the cup body 1 and the cup cover 2 are combined together. In this manner, the cup cover and the cup body are fixed as a single body to maintain the single body to firmly stand as possible as it can and increase a structural strength of the paper cup, whereby the paper cup is provided with a flater, solid, safe and enduring structure, and achieves a less leakage and an efficacy of an easier fixation of the paper cup.

[0024] Referring to FIG. 3, FIG. 4, FIG. 5, and FIG. 6, an exploded schematic diagram according to a second embodiment the present invention, a schematic diagram of a use state according to the second embodiment of the present invention, an exploded schematic diagram according to a third embodiment the present invention, a schematic diagram of a use state according to the third embodiment of the present invention are shown therein, respectively.

[0025] As shown, the present invention may not only provide the structure presentation as what the first embodiment shows, but also the structure presentations as what the second and third embodiments. The difference dwells in that the push-stop portion 23a is inclined and runs outwards. The push-stop portion 23a has a protruding rib 231a (shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 4) circumferentially disposed at an inner side thereof, or a plurality of ribs spacedly and circumferentially arranged at the inner side, so as to stop against a lower rim of the cup rim (shown in FIG. 5 and FIG. 6).

[0026] In this manner, the paper cup may not only achieve in the efficacy what the first embodiment possesses, but also meet the requirement in different use states by the cup body 1 and the cup cover 2.

[0027] In summary, the paper cup cover structure device of the present invention has the essential features that the cup body may be further reinforced by using a cup rim having a flat shape, the cup cover may also be provided with a stable closure with the flat cup rim by enabling a screw magzine to stop against an extension portion of the flat cup rim so that the screw magzine may reach a closure fixation with the flat cup rim and the extension portion through a rotational or swagging fashion, so as to fix the cup cover and the cup body as a single body to maintain the single body to firmly stand as possible as it can and increase a structural strength of the paper cup, whereby the paper cup is provided with a flater, solid, safe and enduring structure, and achieves a less leakage and an efficacy of an easier fixation of the paper cup.

[0028] From all these views, the present invention may be deemed as being more effective, practical, useful for the consumer's demand, and thus may meet with the requirements for a patent.
