PAPER CUP COVER STRUCTURE

Abstract

A paper cup cover structure, comprising a cup body, being made of a paper, and comprising a cup opening disposed at a top thereof, a flat cup rim disposed around an exterior side of the cup opening, the cup rim having a flat face disposed at an exterior side thereof; and a cup cover, having a screw magzine circumferentially disposed at an inner face corresponding to the cup rim so that the cup rim and the screw magzine are rotationally combined with each other. In this manner, not only the cup body may more firmly stand with an assistance of the flat cup rim, the screw magzine may also rotationally reach a closure with the flat cup rim by stopping the screw magzine against the flat cup rim, so that the cup cover and the flat cup rim form a stable closure fixation.

Description

FIELD OF THE INVENTION

[0001] The present invention relates to a cup cover structure, and particularly to such structure where a screw magzine of the cup cover may rotationally form a stable closure with a flat cup rim, whereby the paper cup is provided with a flater, solid, safe and enduring structure, and achieves a less leakage and an efficacy of an easier fixation of the paper cup.

DESCRIPTION OF THE RELATED ART

[0002] A conventional paper cup, as shown in FIG. 4, has a protruding rim 31 disposed circumferentially at an upper end thereof, which is embeded into an indented groove 41 of a cup cover 4. Presently, all paper cups have their protruding rim 31 presenting a circular side and rolled axis shape, and which has a weak structural strength. When the cup cover 4 and the cup body 3 are embeded together, the protruding rim 31 of the cup body 3 is apt to have a deformity, i.e. become flattened and small.

[0003] At this time, between the indented gap 41 of the cup cover 4 and the protruding rim 31 of the cup body 3 has a larger gap, resulting in that the porotruding rim 31 may not firmly be embeded into the indented groove 31. Hence, the cup cover 4 is apt to get loosened, or may not tightly or may only slightly cover the cup body 3, forming a non-closed state. Out of the closed tate, the liquid within the cup may overflow, resulting in a conveient use of the cup and a unsanitary state.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0004] It is, therefore, an object of the present invention to provide a cup cover structure, where not only a cup body may more stand firmly by using a flat cup rim when the cup body is combined with a cup cover, a cup screw magzine of the cup body may also rotationally reach a closure with the flat cup rim, so that the cup cover and the flat cup rim form a stable closure fixation, whereby the cup cover and the cup body are fixed tightly as a single body and the paper cup is increased in its structural strength and provided with a flater, solid, safe and enduring structure, and thus achieves a less leakage and an efficacy of an easier fixation of the paper cup.

[0005] To achieve the above object, the paper cup cover structure according to the present invention comprises a cup body, being made of a paper, and comprising a cup opening disposed at a top thereof, a flat cup rim disposed around an exterior side of the cup opening, the cup rim having a flat face disposed at an exterior side thereof; and a cup cover, having a screw magzine circumferentially disposed at an inner face corresponding to the cup rim so that the cup rim and the screw magzine are rotationally combined with each other.

[0006] In an embodiment, the cup rim is formed by plastic or paper by frame molding or paper molding.

[0007] In an embodiment, the cup rim has a downward presentation in a molding and recovers to a horizontal presentation after being extracted.

BRIEF DESCRIPTIONS OF THE DRAWINGS

[0008] The present invention will be better understood from the following detailed descriptions of the preferred embodiments according to the present invention, taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, in which:

[0009] FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of an outlook according to a first embodiment the present invention;

[0010] FIG. 2 is a schematic diagram of an exploded state according to the first embodiment of the present invention;

[0011] FIG. 3 is an schematic diagram of a use state according to the first embodiment the present invention; and

[0012] FIG. 4 is a schematic diagram of a cross sectional state of a prior art paper cup.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0013] Referring to FIG. 1, FIG. 2, and FIG. 3, a schematic diagram of an outlook according to a first embodiment the present invention, a schematic diagram of an exploded state according to the first embodiment of the present invention, and an schematic diagram of a use state according to the first embodiment the present invention are shown therein, respectively.

[0014] As shown, the cup cover structure of the present invention comprises a cup body 1 and a cup cover 2.

[0015] The cup body 1 is made of a paper, and comprises a cup opening 11 and a flat cup rim 12. The cup opening 11 is disposed at a top of the cup body 1. The flat cup rim 12 is formed around an exterior side of the cup opening 11 by using a frame molding or a parpar molding. The cup rim 12 is formed by plastic or paper which may be biodegraded, and has a flat face 121 which is combined with the cup cover 2.

[0016] The cup cover 2 has a screw magzine 22 circumferentially disposed at an inner face thereof, at a place corresponding to the cup rim 12, so that the cup cover rim may rotationally combined with the cup rim 12 by using the the screw magzine 22. As such, the novel paper cup cover structure is formed.

[0017] In fabricating the cup cover structure of the present invention, the cup rim 12 is formed by plastic or paper by using a frame modling or a paper molding. The cup rim 12 has a downward presentation in a molding fixture, but which recovers a horizontal representation after being extracted from the molding fixture. In operation, the cup cover 2 may be combiend ontop the cup body 1 as a closure fixaiton. Not only the cup rim 12 having a flat shaped structure may reinforce the cup body 1, the screw magzine 22 of the cup cover 22 may also stop against the flat cup rim 12 of the cup body 1 when the cup body 1 is combined with the body cover 2, so that the screw magzine 22 may rotionally form a closure fixation with the flat cup rim 12. In this manner, the cup covre 2 and the cup body 1 are tightly fixed as a single body, and the paper cup is increased in its structural strength and provided with a flater, solid, safe and enduring structure, and thus achieves a less leakage and an efficacy of an easier fixation of the cup body 1.

[0018] In summery, the cup cover structure may effectively improve the demerits of the prior art, where the cup body may stand firmly as possible as it can by using the flat cup rim when the cup body is combeind with the cup cover by enabling the screw magzine to stop against the flat cup rim, so that the screw magzine may rotationally form a closure fixation with the flat cup rim.

[0019] From all these views, the present invention may be deemed as being more effective, practical, useful for the consumer's demand, and thus may meet with the requirements for a patent.

[0020] The above described is merely examples and preferred embodiments of the present invention, and not exemplified to intend to limit the present invention. Any modifications and changes without departing from the scope of the spirit of the present invention are deemed as within the scope of the present invention. The scope of the present invention is to be interpreted with the scope as defined in the claims.
