Description

FIELD OF THE INVENTION

[0001] The present invention relates to a knitted fabric, and more particularly to yarns dyed with indigo blue and fabrics or clothes made of the dyed yarns.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0002] In general, fabrics used for textiles and garments are divided into three main types: woven fabrics, needle fabrics and non-woven fabrics.

[0003] The woven fabrics are fabrics formed by interweaving warps and wefts which are perpendicular to each other, and the basic weaves include plane weave, twill weave and satin weave, and the woven fabrics are made by the aforementioned three main types of basic fabrics and various different interweaving methods.

[0004] The woven fabric is divided into a warp (in the vertical direction) and a weft (in a transverse direction), and the warps and wefts of a woven fabric may be interlaced in a one-up-one-down pattern, and the warps and wefts of the twill fabric may be interlaced in various different patterns such as a two-up-one-down pattern and a three-up-one-down patterns, and the woven fabric has twills, and the angle of the twills varies with different weaving methods, and the twill fabric is one type of woven fabrics, but the weaving method is different and requires an additional manufacturing process, so that the texture of the twill fabric is stronger and will not be damaged easily, and the fabric is relatively thicker and heavier. Denim fabric is also a twill fabric. Basically, the twill fabric is more durable than the woven fabric, and the twill fabric is thicker than the woven fabric, and these properties depend on the yarn material and yarn thickness. As to durability, the twill fabric is more durable and wear-resisting. In addition, the woven fabric has a high permeability. For example, a shirt is made of a woven fabric with approximate 30-40 yarns, so that the texture is lighter and softer than the twill fabric.

[0005] The knitted fabric is formed by winding the yarns into a coil by a needle, and then the coils are connected serially. Since the structure of the coils of knitwear has a greater yarn storage capacity per unit length, therefore such knitted fabric has an excellent elasticity, and the knitted fabric is roughly divided into two main types: warp knitting and weft knitting.

[0006] The knitted fabric comes with a soft touch and still has flexibility in a structure without elastic fibers, so that the knitted fabric is suitable for manufacturing sportswear, sports pants and vests. Meanwhile, the woven fabric is relatively more rigid, and thus completely having no elasticity in a yarn structure without elastic fibers, so that the woven fabric is more suitable for making jackets and shirts.

[0007] The texture may be dyed at different stages such as the stages of fibers, yarns, fabrics and garments.

[0008] For top dying, the loose fibers are dyed before the yarns are woven, wherein the loose fibers are placed into a dye tank and dyed at an appropriate temperature, and the purpose of dying the loose fibers is intended for obtaining a soft color mixing effect.

[0009] For yarn dying, the yarns are dyed before the fabric is woven, and the yarn dying is usually applied to color fabrics and wool sweaters.

[0010] For cloth dying, the whole piece of cloth is dyed, and the commonly used methods include rope dying, spray dying, roll dying, pad dying and beam dying.

[0011] For garment dying, the garment is place into a nylon bag, and a series of bags are put into a dying tank and stirred continuously in the dying tank. The garment dying is usually applicable for dying simple garments such as knitwear, sweaters, pants and shirts.

[0012] The aforementioned woven fabric is relatively more rigid and the color is relatively simpler, and the weaving pattern is in stripes. Up to now, there is no aesthetic fabric with a soft texture, comfortable touch, and natural color available in market yet.

[0013] In view of the aforementioned shortcomings of the prior art, the inventor of the present invention based on years of experience in the related industry to conduct extensive researches and experiments, and finally designed and developed a knitting fabric to overcome the shortcomings of the prior art.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0014] Therefore, it is a primary objective of the present invention to overcome the problems of the prior art by providing a knitted fabric which is a dyed yarn dyed with an indigo blue dye, and the dyed yarn is knitted to form a fabric structure or clothes with soft texture, comfortable touch, mild color and natural style.

[0015] To achieve the aforementioned objective, the present invention provides a knitted fabric structure that uses an indigo blue dye to dye loose fibers and the loose fibers are woven to form a dyed yarn, and the yarn formed by the top is woven to form a dyed yarn, and the dyed yarn are worsen to form the fabric structure.

[0016] The present invention further provides another knitted fabric, wherein an indigo blue dye is used for dying a yarn to form a dyed yarn, and the dye yarn is woven to form a fabric structure.

[0017] The present invention further provides another knitted fabric, wherein an indigo blue dye is used for dying loose fibers, and the loose fibers are woven to form a dyed yarn, and the indigo blue dye is used for dying the yarn to produce the dyed yarn, and the dye yarn with a portion of the yarn dyed by using a top dying method and a portion of the dyed yarn to produce the fabric structure.

[0018] The present invention uses the knitted fabric to match with a pattern of the fabric according to a designer's pattern design, and parts of the clothes including a front piece and a back piece of the clothes are arranged according to the design of a plank, and the fabric is matched with the pattern of the plank. After fabric is cut according to the plank, the front and back pieces are sewed to form a piece of clothes.

[0019] The present invention further uses the dyed yarn to knit the front piece and the back piece of the clothes by a knitting method directly, and the front piece and the back piece are connected to form a piece of clothes.

[0020] With the aforementioned technical solution, the knitted fabric of the present invention has the following effect. The color of the dyed yarn dyed with the indigo blue dye is faded unevenly due to the different number of times of washing, and the fabric or clothes knitted by the dyed yarn has the features of soft texture, comfortable touch, mild color and natural style.

[0021] In addition, the clothes made of the knitted fabric of the present invention has the following effect. The color of the clothes is faded unevenly due to different number of times of washing, and thus the piece of clothes has the features of soft texture, comfortable touch, mild color and natural style.
